Comfortable seats. Nice service online. Short flight, so not a lot of time to enjoy.

We got stuck on the tarmac taxiing after landing early so we didn’t get off the plane until an hour later than we thought we would
It was okay. We were delayed for weather reasons, but the pilots and the flight control staff figured a way around the storm and were able to get us to Los Angeles safely. Not all the staff members were polite, but the entertainment on the flight was good.
I am a Diamond Medallion Delta traveller and this was a disappointing flight. They allowed half the flight to preboard before Delta One and Diamond Medallion. Once on the plane in my Delta Premium Select seat we were not given any welcome or greeting. Throughout the flight the flight attendant also did not make us feel any sort of special service or attention and even rushed us when she did bring us a snack to pick in the dark not even offering a light to look at what it was -- she was overall not helpful and not accommodating. for the extra cost of the seat it was honestly not a special experience this flight. heads up that even the warm cookies are now packaged. I ate nothing. There really was nothing that was special, stood out or exceptional. Luckily I mostly slept. But I was disappointed and question if I may try a different flight next time I go to Tokyo. The last few Delta flights have been less than great. which makes me very sad.
Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.
Everything could and should be better. We are paying for, it's not a favor, it's a service and should involve quality, responsibility and respect.

Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Had to go through security at the gate again. Had to take off shoes and go through the whole thing again even though we have global entry. They asked us to check in items bought at duty free during our layover and since we checked our luggage at the original departure airport, they forced us to check in a small backpack. None of this ever happened with other airlines. In addition, no vegetarian food option and no snacks during a 7 hr flight. Luggage limits are unusually small. This is unacceptable. Will NEVER fly Copa again and will tell friends and family to avoid this airline.
I upgraded myself to Business Class at the last minute so I had a DREAMS window seat. Seeing as I've never flown Business before everything was novel and fun for me and it made the 7 hour flight much more enjoyable for sure.
Horrible food. No wine or any other alcohol is served on the flight. Water is not served often and they refused when I asked for water in two cups. On the other hand, both going and coming back flights were on time.
it was great! Boarded on-time, reasonable leg room, pleasant staff, decent food. The only thing is we were directed to Terminal 2 when the gate was actually in Terminal 1. Smooth ride. Landed early. Got off plane easily and quickly.
LATAM is a great airline who takes care of there guests. They consistently walk around and see if you need water in addition to taking care of all the passengers. The chicken in process is really easy and I’m always offered a chance for an upgrade which I appreciate.
Good flight, boarding ok and crew very nice. Flight was not full so I was able to be very comfortable. Blanket and pillow provided with was good as it was very cold during the flight . Food was very good(small snack sandwich and an excellent piece of orange cake). Overall good flight, no complaints.
Check in -- in business took over 30 mins as there was only one attendant. Boarding was also a mess. The seat was too narrow and was not working properly. Food was very bad and the entertainment very poor. Crew was very polite and helpful, in fairness.
The way the Pilot made all announcements, specially the way he congratulated the entire crew as the best team ever, making a comment that due to them they were able to shorter the delay to the destination. Amazing flight .

I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.

The entire experience convinced my wife, Cathy, and me that traveling Polaris on United is the only way we’ll fly in the future. From check-in and baggage drop to the end of the 12-hour flight, the customer service was exceptional, with numerous staff members exemplifying the very best in care. On board, Andre, our primary crew chief, was sincerely friendly, a consummate professional, and, along with Freddy, one of his team members, truly among the best of the best. The captain even came through the cabin to chat with passengers—a wonderful personal touch, especially on such a long journey.
The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM

Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!
We boarded the plane and were about to take off when we were notified that the tires had to be checked. Upon inspection, they were found to need replacement, so the entire plane had to be deboarded. After we exited the plane, United staff forced us to stay in the gate area by posting "Do Not Exit" signs on the doors connecting the gate area to the terminal. Many of us had already rebooked our flights and had no checked bags, but they told us we could not leave. This seemed inappropriate to hold people under false pretenses. When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. The agent refused, and I told them that it didn't feel right to hold people like that.
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
I so appreciate the crew members on each flight of United. They are outstanding.
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Service could be better especially in business class.. the food also needs to be better and the overall experience should be elevated.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
I had problems issuing the online boarding pass for this connecting flight. I had two booking codes (Kayak and American Airlines) and neither of them worked; I didn't receive a booking code from Gol. I had to call the airline (Gol), which gave me a third booking code that allowed me to issue the boarding pass. Even so, the QR code on this boarding pass didn't work at any point between entering the airport and actually boarding, which required document checks by airport and airline staff.
Gate agent tried hard to be helpful. Flight was just fine, some information was even in English. Fortaleza is a nice airport.
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
It was a good regional flight. Bring your own iPad or iPhone to connect to the plane's wifi for movies. There were just some cookies for a snack. The plane is parked on the tarmac and you'll take a bus to the plane, and carry your carry-on up the steps to the plane. Sao Paulo is the country's main airport. I wouldn't expect to be taking a bus and walking up steps to the airplane at the main airport. The plane was a modern 737 Max 8 and comfortable and clean.
