Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay
I booked a round trip with Delta, and each of the four segments was sold off to three other airlines. All four were late or cancelled, so I had to troubleshoot with three different airlines, NOT Delta. In fact, even though I had paid money to Delta, they could not help or troubleshoot anything. Not nice.
The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average
The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
There were weather issues in the area apparently; however, that was not obvious from what we saw outside of LaGuardia. We were delayed leaving (which I understand); however, once we were on the plane we didn't leave for a long time. It may have been two hours?? - all I know is that we sat there for a long time with no information as to why we were not taking off. Finally, after 45 minutes to an hour (maybe?), the pilot gave us an update that no planes were able to go in the our flight path direction (or something like that) due to weather. There was nothing additional added. What does this mean? Why is this? What are the options? When will you give us another update? There were no updates for maybe another 30-45 minutes. There was no explanation as to why we couldn't be rerouted to avoid the weather. We had no information at all. We just sat on the plane (for about 2 hours) with very limited information. All I would have wanted is an explanation as to what was going on. Tell me there is bad weather coming our way. Tell me they are working to reroute us around it (which is what they did). Tell me SOMETHING.
Crew and support were very good; lounge was very good. Seat was narrow and very close to other passengers; lie flat is more complicated and exposed to the aisleways.
Everything could and should be better. We are paying for, it's not a favor, it's a service and should involve quality, responsibility and respect.

I missed my original flight due to miscommunication and it was a challenge to communicate with service personnel, since my Portuguese is limited. However they got me food and a hotel overnight and a seat on the next available flight.
LATAM is a great airline who takes care of there guests. They consistently walk around and see if you need water in addition to taking care of all the passengers. The chicken in process is really easy and I’m always offered a chance for an upgrade which I appreciate.
Good flight, boarding ok and crew very nice. Flight was not full so I was able to be very comfortable. Blanket and pillow provided with was good as it was very cold during the flight . Food was very good(small snack sandwich and an excellent piece of orange cake). Overall good flight, no complaints.
Check in -- in business took over 30 mins as there was only one attendant. Boarding was also a mess. The seat was too narrow and was not working properly. Food was very bad and the entertainment very poor. Crew was very polite and helpful, in fairness.
The way the Pilot made all announcements, specially the way he congratulated the entire crew as the best team ever, making a comment that due to them they were able to shorter the delay to the destination. Amazing flight .
Just to drop my already labeled bag it took 50 minutes inline. Completely disappointed with Latam operation at GRU

My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).
Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.
I so appreciate the crew members on each flight of United. They are outstanding.
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
Overall it was good. The food was not great quality and seats were very uncomfortable. But overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Flight on time, check in and flight attendants courteous and helpful. Smaller plane for international flights, tight space, no comfortable.
the boarding staff were incredibly officious. our carry-on case was borderline within dimensions but staff were not prepared to show ANY flexibility even though many others with larger carry-on luggage were allowed to board. we were understandably furious but the staff were incredibly disrespectful. we called the supervisor who eventually agreed to look on board the plane to see if there was room for our case (one case between 2 of us) and reluctantly agreed to allow us on. The staff on board were excellent though and realized we had been treated badly and were very helpful both in finding a place for our case, some distance from our seats, and helping us to retrieve it when we landed. We are regular travelers on Gol and have Diamante status and had chosen the better Conforto + seats, so we expected better treatment from the ground staff. Also the cabins are of a size that will only fit 3 cases of normal size with a large gap of about 30cm of wasted space. If our case were deemed to be oversize, which I dispute, the extra 1cm would not have made the slightest difference.
I did not like the way that baggage fees were charged. When I signed up for the flight, I knew that there were bag fees. However, the bag fees were so confusing that it felt like I was paying for overweight bags rather than just for having brought a bag with me. Also, the bag fees were based on the pair of tickets rather than per person. It seems to me that it should be first bag fee for passenger 1 and then first bag fee for passenger 2. I eventually got away with only paying $100 for two bags, but it was a struggle to understand the process. As for the flight, the seats were the standard uncomfortable seats that are on most Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to accommodate the standard height people, so us tall people are stuck. There was never an option to upgrade for leg room. It did not appear that there were any seats on the whole plane that had a little more leg room to even try to get. Other than that, I completely ignored the food for this red eye flight. I am not one to eat "dinner" at 2 am. They did not offer any drinks in the morning before landing. I recommend that you bring a bottle of water on board.
They are not ready for international flights, poor service and food, no screen info on the seat.
Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

I missed it because of the delay in the other flights. Attendants in the airport sent me from one side to the other many times due to poor information.

Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
I had problems issuing the online boarding pass for this connecting flight. I had two booking codes (Kayak and American Airlines) and neither of them worked; I didn't receive a booking code from Gol. I had to call the airline (Gol), which gave me a third booking code that allowed me to issue the boarding pass. Even so, the QR code on this boarding pass didn't work at any point between entering the airport and actually boarding, which required document checks by airport and airline staff.
Gate agent tried hard to be helpful. Flight was just fine, some information was even in English. Fortaleza is a nice airport.
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
Food was bad, sandwiche with cold cut meat was not labeled and and none of the flight attendants could tell what kind of meat it was (beef, pork or turkey). People have dietary and religious restrictions and "I dont know" is simply unacceptable. One flight attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Filed an formal complaint withAA regarding his behavior
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
Its usually good but this flight was just mediocre. It WAS, however, on time, and got us home early. We had asked for a special meal. The one we got was not what we had requested and the staff said there were no extras so we my family essentially went without food on this 10 hr flight. Not the end of the work. Breakfast was a dry cold bun with some salad leaves and a slice of tomato. That’s it. Skipped it too and ate at home. I expect better from American.
It was a good regional flight. Bring your own iPad or iPhone to connect to the plane's wifi for movies. There were just some cookies for a snack. The plane is parked on the tarmac and you'll take a bus to the plane, and carry your carry-on up the steps to the plane. Sao Paulo is the country's main airport. I wouldn't expect to be taking a bus and walking up steps to the airplane at the main airport. The plane was a modern 737 Max 8 and comfortable and clean.
