Online checkin failed, airport kiosk couldn't handle how names are written on Japanese passports (it's English) and had to wait 2 hours on the line to check in because they were down to 1 agent toward the end. Made it to the gate just as boarding started. Very limited entertainment options for modern day airlines. Uncomfortable seating.
New system with Canadian customs was fantastic. Went through really quickly.
Seats were uncomfortable and tight. Leg room is not existent.
I almost missed my connection. No one cared. Staff in airport were downright cranky - all due to late incoming aircraft and yet more de-icing... why ever don't they allow time for that in November!!!

I got off the flight at out side,but i forgot to carried my small bag .and then the Crew returned me the bag very soon.they were very kind,thank you very much.
On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF
The flight was on schedule
It was crowded and cramped.
When you connect out of Mexico City, the food is always fresher and more protein-rich. Yum!
The screens in the seat backs are a little dated and low-resolution.
Seat 10C - does not stream properly.
Seats were comfortable, even in economy. Personal entertainment at each seat with a good selection of movies and easy way to navigate to English language. The flight attendants were very nice, and they provided not only drinks but also a full snack tray to each person. Flight was right on time and announcement were in Spanish and English which was important for me as I don't speak Spanish..
The fact that we are now charged for baggage and seats similar to the economy airlines. Service is also noticeably worse.
Boarding was very delayed. The flight was very delayed. There was never an explanation or acknowledgememt, of the delay and it seemed no effort to make up the delay while in the air. As a result, a great number of us missed our connections to Boston. Poor effort by AeroMexico and Delta
