Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.
I appreciate the staff who allowed me to board though I arrived a little late! Regarding the assigned seating, I had booked my flight before this change and wasn't aware of the change at the time, and so I didn't select a seat at booking as I didn't realize it was relevant. Better communication about the change would have been helpful for preparing.
Great flight but super high price. Glad it was a business trip and not personal
On time. Friendly staff. Took to long to pre bord all the specialty groups. Cramped small plane
Departure was delayed more than 1/2 hour while we waited for luggage (only) transfer from another flight/plane. Once approved for takeoff, the flight was excellent.
Flight was on time. Wi-fi was a little spotty/slow. Boarding and exit were efficient.
No delays and arrived to destination 30 min early. Staff was super friendly.
Everything a cheap airline should be at normal airline rates.
Full cans of soda would be nice. A choice between two snacks would be appreciated.

Totally worth the miles to upgrade to Delta Comfort. Plenty of legroom.
This was my first time flying Delta ever and I had a great experience!
Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.

Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.
Connection through Atlanta was difficult. Mechanical issue on plane caused a two hour delay. New gate was a mile away.
No WiFi. Comfort plus should have alcohol provided, crew only offered water or tea. Who the heck wants tea?
Because I was moved to an exit row, the snacks in economy comfort, the selection of snacks was better.
The entertainment screens were not working and there was no air condition the entire flight. Very uncomfortable.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
The screens were inoperable for movies and such, but everything else was just fine
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
The aircraft had several problems - from excess fuel to non operational ac. Two hours of delay in Chicago could have been avoided with proper planning and aircraft maintenance.
They made me pay $40 to check a bag that was listed as free when I bought my ticket. Then before boarding they offered to check any bags free.
The seats from lax to DFW was so tight that I could not move my legs . No WiFi and had to pay . Not a good selection of entertainment
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?
Lower WiFi prices; allow us to see our flight on a map; more variety of drink choices.
