I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either

Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay

Our flight from Detroit to LaGuardia on Thursday 8/20 was delayed from 555 to 910 due to storms and a ground stop at LGA. It’s never fun to be stuck at the airport but I thought the desk crew and captain handled it well and kept us informed. I especially liked how they referred to us as their “LaGuardia family.” I am a loyal delta customer and this is one of the reasons why.

Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.

Wonderful crew, great movie selection and good food. I prefer Airbus to Boeing, much more comfortable

I paid for a business class ticket on Delta. It was sourced to Virgin Atlantic. They changed out the aircraft which had fewer upper class tickets. Even though I'd checked into the lounge, was receiving alerts via kayak about the delay and changes; no one informed me that the seat would be changed - until I attempted to board and was told that I would have an economy seat or they could search to put me on another airline. Even the flight crew were informed of this change (10 passengers were bumped out of Upper Class) around 2 pm (1400) time. Hours would have helped to consider alternatives instead of making a last minute change. There needs to be compensation from both Delta and Virgin given this change in service/experience.

When checking our bags at the Virgin Atlantic counter, the employee told us that we should go to Delta because we needed to verify our passports and our names. Fortunately the employee organizing the line stopped us and asked why we didn't hand over our suitcases. He sent us to another line and told the employee that we already have the passports verified in the reservation. She understood and received our suitcases. In London they have a general waiting room, where you stay until the gate number of your flight is announced. KAYAK informed us the gate number hours before the airlines did. Just like the flight to London, the legroom is too small. abusive for a flight of so many hours.

I liked that the planes brought me back to NYC safely, but I could have used a friendlier crew.

Pilots concern for safety was excellent. Flights were pretty much on time & bags made it too. Food was decent for airline food. For some reason Delta tagged me for extra security when I hold a Global Entry/TSA pre-check #. At connecting flight at JFK because Delta didnt honor my pre-check # we nearly missed our connecting flight as we had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get through security. Really Delta!!! Secondly, we were not notified by Delta's partner airline KLM that our flight from JFK to Amsterdamn was cancelled until the day before oue scheduled travel date. We had no idea Delta re-scheduled us until me made a call where we were on hold for 30 minutes. Delta did reschedule us but we lost upgraded seats we paif for. Of course ths extra money for the upgraded seats was not returned. Really important - Delta customer service doesnt know how Customs works at JFK if you have a connecting flight. The wait time to get through Customs on 10/4/23 @ 1700 was 60 to 90 minutes & then you had to go through TSA security again where the wait time was 45 minutes. If we didnt have Global Entry no way we would of made the connecting flight. If your travelling through JFK off an international flight with connections better have 3 to 4 hours between flights. Delta agents told us it only takes a few minutes. Some flight attendants were awesome & others really didnt want to be there but that is pretty much with every airline.

Bad check in experience. Dirty ancient aircraft. Truly awful food and this in Business/ First class.

Flight was late to take off Plane broke down Had to move everyone to another plane Told we weren’t going to LGA but Newark Also told we would be taken to NY But United lied and we ended up at Newark at 2 in the morning Horrible experience. And the experience of trying to get compensation from United is just as bad. They could not care less about their passengers Never again!

It would have been better if the crew has supported my husband's reasons for needing to keep the space clear around his feet, rather than insisting that he put his knapsack in that space.

For both flights I requested a gluten free meal, they didn’t have one nor were there other options.

Evidently, my seat had the only broken TV. I couldn’t plug it in, get it to come on, or watch anything, and of course, no one could fix it while we were on the plane. The service was good and the boarding was quick

Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.

Fast checkin with the self serve terminal, good communication at the boarding gate.

The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

Left late after one day delay. Even after we were called to board we stood in line for 30 minutes. Seemed disorganized.

I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it

Caring & friendly crew. Most important: got us SAFELY to our destination!

One of the best flight experience I have had in along time. Would fly with them again.

Like - the crew were nice Dislike - sitting on the tarmac for long periods after boarding and landing.

The biking process was confusing and I was called for a seat assignment from I number I repeatedly though was spam, but the flight itself was great

I think the extra charges for seating with no added advantage and the added charges for baggage are excessive compared to other airlines.

I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the services of the airline since flying is not my favorite thing. My goal was to be with my brother's family in Manchester after his death. All staff was helpful, the food appreciated since I selected an overnight flight. Every aspect of the experience was comforting. I plan to return to Manchester in order to attend my brother's funeral in October and hope that I am able to find a reasonable priced flight. Thank you

Flight was on time. Boarding was quick and efficient. Seats were comfortable. Food was fine.

It was ok not that much because I always travel with Emirates airlines, Etihad, airlines, Qatar airlines compare to them food and comfortable was too low . Staff was good . Helpful

Flight was cancelled. There were no Aer Lingus reps to help. I had to rebook my flight and find a hotel. Still had nothing from the airline.

My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY

Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim

awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off

2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination

Poor, had a 5+ hours delay. Kept sitting in the aircraft with three kids. It was terrible

I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. From Edinburgh to Boston was pretty good, actually! From Boston to DCA? Not so much. More food offerings for those w/gluten issues please! I don’t do well w/wheat OR legumes so neither the pasta nor the lentils would have been good for me (or pleasant for those around me on a 6+ hour flight!). Staff on the Boston to DCA leg were brusque compared to those on the other 3 legs of my trip. Also, I paid $19/seat to select 2 seats on the Boston to DC leg and we didn’t get those Row 8 seats but were sat in ROW TWENTY-FIVE😕 Someone owes me $38!

Jetblue provided a very good service during the flight, the plane in a very good condition, the crew is professional, everything was on time. That's it!

The regular feedback of any changes to our flights. The Jetblue staff were very helpful. Our flights were great. Lots of leg room!

We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?

Great! Apart from small sitting in one the flight everything else was good

Delayed suitcase - terrible service to get my suitcase next day, I was informed it would arrive today in the afternoon (Jun/28). Now, I was informed I may or may not receive it until 3 am (Jun/29).

Business class lounge for my gate was closed and no email was sent, causing me to walk back and forth to different gates, etc for over 20 minutes one way. Flight entertainment was mediocre with very poor choices especially for business class cabin. Original flight was cancelled and rebooking was difficult and no reason given for cancellation.

efficient. on time. cabin crew were very professional and very nice to deal with. would definately fly BA again.

Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort

Excellent. The crew and flight were great. Checking in was easy and everyone was very helpful.

I was in a bulkhead seat and my tray table wasn't level. Eating was difficult.

It was great. Enough space and room for legs . Great service to.

Great on board entertainment Tasty food Cattle class obviously crammed but not as bad as shorter hall flights

1. The website didn’t allow me to checkin from London as I have Bangladesh passport with US permanent resident card. This pushed me to sit with my wife in the middle of two aisle seats, terrible experience! 2. BA should allow within 24 hours to checkin with other passport holders to choose better seats. A 2nd verification of travel documents can be done at the desk about immigration status. 3. Food options were poor for vegetarian passengers, try to introduce healthy options avoiding carb-dense food ingredients.
