The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.

The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. I dont usually do reviews but i felt i must tell you about this crew. They were american not european. We are platinum members and we are usually treated much better

flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.

Be on time? When not on time a circling for over an hour offer more than 1 bag of chips to the passengers? It was a 7 hour flight by the time we got done.

The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Wonderful crew, great movie selection and good food. I prefer Airbus to Boeing, much more comfortable

I paid for a business class ticket on Delta. It was sourced to Virgin Atlantic. They changed out the aircraft which had fewer upper class tickets. Even though I'd checked into the lounge, was receiving alerts via kayak about the delay and changes; no one informed me that the seat would be changed - until I attempted to board and was told that I would have an economy seat or they could search to put me on another airline. Even the flight crew were informed of this change (10 passengers were bumped out of Upper Class) around 2 pm (1400) time. Hours would have helped to consider alternatives instead of making a last minute change. There needs to be compensation from both Delta and Virgin given this change in service/experience.

When checking our bags at the Virgin Atlantic counter, the employee told us that we should go to Delta because we needed to verify our passports and our names. Fortunately the employee organizing the line stopped us and asked why we didn't hand over our suitcases. He sent us to another line and told the employee that we already have the passports verified in the reservation. She understood and received our suitcases. In London they have a general waiting room, where you stay until the gate number of your flight is announced. KAYAK informed us the gate number hours before the airlines did. Just like the flight to London, the legroom is too small. abusive for a flight of so many hours.

I liked that the planes brought me back to NYC safely, but I could have used a friendlier crew.

Pilots concern for safety was excellent. Flights were pretty much on time & bags made it too. Food was decent for airline food. For some reason Delta tagged me for extra security when I hold a Global Entry/TSA pre-check #. At connecting flight at JFK because Delta didnt honor my pre-check # we nearly missed our connecting flight as we had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get through security. Really Delta!!! Secondly, we were not notified by Delta's partner airline KLM that our flight from JFK to Amsterdamn was cancelled until the day before oue scheduled travel date. We had no idea Delta re-scheduled us until me made a call where we were on hold for 30 minutes. Delta did reschedule us but we lost upgraded seats we paif for. Of course ths extra money for the upgraded seats was not returned. Really important - Delta customer service doesnt know how Customs works at JFK if you have a connecting flight. The wait time to get through Customs on 10/4/23 @ 1700 was 60 to 90 minutes & then you had to go through TSA security again where the wait time was 45 minutes. If we didnt have Global Entry no way we would of made the connecting flight. If your travelling through JFK off an international flight with connections better have 3 to 4 hours between flights. Delta agents told us it only takes a few minutes. Some flight attendants were awesome & others really didnt want to be there but that is pretty much with every airline.

The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.

Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.

The boarding gate experience was good, however they were too exact at checking

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.

Probably won't be traveling with JetBlue again. The planes for both flights were so old; I was honestly nervous it was going to hold up. The screens had so much static. I couldn't change the volume and my movie changed to Portuguese five minutes in and refused to switch back to English. Onboarding process on the way back was utter chaos.

Ask flight attendants to make normal temperature. It was freezing very uncomfortable. No one want to lessen to you.

Complete and total debacle from start to finish. HUGE mistake picking this airline. NEVER again! Rudest staff in the business.

Jetblue provided a very good service during the flight, the plane in a very good condition, the crew is professional, everything was on time. That's it!

The regular feedback of any changes to our flights. The Jetblue staff were very helpful. Our flights were great. Lots of leg room!

We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?
