Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
It was NOT pleasant. Started from checking our luggage to the last time getting off the plane. The crew was not friendly, the food was horrible and the seats were too close to each other that I got a bruise on my knee.
Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.
Did not get a vegetarian option in 1st class and the video was not working.
The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.
Really bad baggage handling. Had my Rimowa bag badly damaged at the latches.
I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.
The plane from SNA wouldn’t start after 5 tries. The team gave me an option of flying direct from LAX and giving me a Lyft ride there! Perfect!
Trip was uneventful which is good. Boarding took a long time due to many disabled/elderly requiring assistance which again is fine. Landing and take off were excellent. Food and entertainment were as expected, bring your own if you have preferences otherwise you get what you get.
Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food
The premium did not live up to expectations. The seats were tight and looked like there was no more room at the rear of the plane for seating then at the front of the plane. Instructions were not provided for entertainment. It was difficult to get the app. The app is not user-friendly. It requires too many inputs by the consumer to get to the correct page.
No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.
The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!
Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.
Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell
Only 2 bathrooms at rear of plane for about 30 rows of passengers. Ridiculous! Long lines passengers alway waiting. On long trip a full can of beverage rather than a little cup would be appreciated and expected.

Hey it got me from A to B on time on a crazy day. No food is offered in board No entertainment options And worst of all, no communication regarding baggage claims in Atlanta!! Having precleared CBP in Canada and landing at a domestic gate I expected to pickup baggage at the domestic terminal. No indication in app of where to pick up bag. No text message from WestJet. So I went to domestic where my bag was NOT. Do you know what a pain it is to get from domestic terminal to international at ATL? 45 min ordeal. My bag was still on the carousel, along with many other WestJet bags from mine and other flights. I pity any arriving customer not familiar with ATL trying to find their bags in this circumstance. And then no way to catch Marta from international. This falls far below the standards expected of modern airlines.
No complaints l will always do Air Canada once they are flying where I want to go
Same problem with the entertainment controls being on top of the armrests than on the previous flight, also a Boeing 737 series.
2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.
No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.
Both fights were delayed. Food could be better comparing to other international flights
Flight took off little late and landed back at YVR after an hour without informing a reason to the passengers. Also, second time also got late but an hour to take off. Therefore, I had to change my plans during due to delay in landing to SFO roughly about 6 to 7 hours.
Great crew and the plane was very nice! The problem was that we didn’t have WiFi on both of my flights. I found that to be very disappointing today when all the other airlines always have WiFi so I could work or watch a movie.
Even after booking in advance and getting to airport early, multiple delays and gate changes as well as forceful check in of bags even though it is within size and weight limits.
Very good. It was a short flight, but check in, boarding and flight experience were all great.
Air Canada should allow basic economy passengers to upgrade if they wish to do so.
