I wish you would have just canceled the Saturday flight from sea to rdd on Dec 13. the diversion cost me more time and money than if I had just rebooked to Sacramento. It was a huge headache and cost.

There was no food or entertainment so quit asking about that! Everything else was fine.

I wasn’t assigned a seat until last minute even though I checked in 24 hours before the flight and was told I might not be able to get on the flight! The leg room and seat room in the flight was abysmal. The service both at boarding and on the flight was very mediocre and not particularly friendly.

Late boarding, older plane. Great flight, no issues. Very cold inside the plane.

The plane was old so the seats were very worn out. The seats were hard, uncomfortable, and caused me actual pain. The lights were too bright. The flight itself was fine.

1. Denial of Basic Needs (SEA): Upon arrival in Seattle, the wheelchair attendant refused my urgent request to use the restroom, insisting on scanning documents first. She eventually took me to a restroom but then abandoned me and my autistic son at an unstaffed, deserted gate for over four hours. When I called the accommodation line for help, I was told to "get someone's attention," which was impossible. My son, traumatized by the prospect of me yelling for help, was forced to wander the terminal to find assistance. 2. Revocation of Accommodations & Threats: At the gate, an agent stated I had no accommodations on file, despite my previous leg having them. When I showed the app (where my bulkhead seat was erased and replaced with Row 14), he denied the evidence. When I attempted to advocate for my immobilized leg, he threatened to "yank me from the flight" if I said one more word. He coerced me into agreeing that I was "asking for accommodations for the first time" before he would allow assistance, effectively forcing me to falsify the situation under duress. I complied only out of fear of being stranded in a strange city. 3. On-Board Negligence and Injury: Because my bulkhead seat was revoked, I was forced into Row 14. With my leg immobilized and unable to bend, it extended into the aisle. During boarding and the flight: 16 different passengers tripped over my injured leg. 6 rolled luggage bags were pulled over my injured leg. The Flight Attendant (FA) was one of the people who tripped and drove luggage over me. I reported the issue to the FA after 10 trips and 3 luggage impacts. He ignored me. He only addressed me later to ask me to move my immobilized leg for beverage service. I informed him again: "16 people have tripped, 6 luggage runovers, I cannot bend it." He provided no medical aid and no incident report. 4. Resolution and Trauma: Eventually, a different employee noticed my distress and my original paper boarding pass showing the correct bulkhead assignment. He asked me to move up. I broke down in tears, terrified that moving would cause the gate agent to remove me from the plane as threatened. We were eventually moved to the bulkhead, but the damage was done. My autistic son was traumatized by watching his mother be trampled and threatened. 5. Post-Flight: I called to report these injuries, but was disconnected after a 45-minute hold. I require a formal record of this injury and these violations.

Larger seats with a bit more room would be good! Thanks for all your hard work. I think we are all feeling a bit down these days economically and your positive attitudes, both from SJC to Seattle and from Seattle to Bozeman makes more of a difference than you can see! Thank you and Merry Christmas! I hope all your financial needs are met and that very good things come your way.

We flew economy, it was what I expected. The seats are too upright for me

I purchased a 1st class ticket and unfortunately the main flight attendant was not the best and seemed more interested in her phone than the passengers at times. Then the plane didn’t get restocked and the only snacks for this flight were pretzels. However I would like to say that the rest of the flight crew and ground crew at the airport we’re great, especially the people that wheeled me around the airport some and then the one getting me to the plane and the automated wheelchair that wheeled me through the airport.

Typical domestic flight. No entertainment. You have to use your own devices and provided entertainment didn’t work. Pretzels and water of flight over 4 hours is unacceptable. Meals should be provided on long flights. But it’s about the money and not customer service. You should just issue the bag of pretzels at the gate and water bottle in seat and just do away with flight attendants because they do nothing on domestic flights

Good seats in Main cabin, excellent service and excellent landing

Our flight from SFO to MSP was right on time on 11/15/2025. No delays. As we approached MSP at about 8 pm, we circled in the air until 8:40 pm so I don't call that efficient for MSP. I think the captain should announce the delay and why. (as if we all don't know that we are just circling around the area, slowing down, speeding up, slowing down.) Thank you. Marilyn Fischer

On time flight. Seat comfort could be better in the Comfort section.

The staff and the boarding procedure were all amazing . The one flight was not equipped with WIFI which now adays seems odd. All in all the experience was good

Mechanic delay in addition to a 2 hour change in takeoff time was frustrating.

Food was surprisingly good but the WiFi was not great

Easy boarding with an extremely kind attendant. Seats were spacious and we had 3 seats for 2 people so we could stretch out. Comfortable air flow and very attentive and hospital attendants. Bathrooms and food were the only negative. Bathrooms were so small you could hardly get in and close the door. I don’t think an obese person would fit or a person with a movement disability. Food was the trending food for flights, nonexistent. We spent $40 getting sandwich and snack at airport for our 6 hour flught.

No one fussed at me about my pap machine as a 3rd pice on the plane. Boarding was pleasant and smooth. The boarding agent in Anchorage was a fun character- he could be in a movie. :~) The on-board crew were downright pleasant. No militant attitudes on Delta. Like all planes these days the seats are too narrow for standard Americans and at 5’2” there is barely enough leg room. I don’t know how tall people fold themselves into the seats. But that’s nothing specific to Delta

Excellent flight, the planes were newer, they did a nice job with boarding, great service overall.

Flight was delayed long enough that I was misding my connecting flight. The agents could not get me on a comparable flight, nor could they get me s Main Cabin seat I had paid for, nor could they get me on a comparable connecting flight. The gate agent would not issue meal vouchers, even though I was delayed over six hours! I had to spend over an hour and 15 minutes with customer service on the phone to See if they could get me on a better flight and get a meal voucher. Customer service was not helpful enough in trying to find alternate flights and it Ended up taking me 24 hours for a 12 hour trip!! Delta does not provide upgrades NOR will they even give you a pass for a few hours to their lounge. They claim that they do not issue daily passes to their lounge anymore. I call BS since this would be no extra cost to them to provide excellent customer service and give you a few hours to relax in comfort when you’re sitting in a crowded airport and your flight has been screwed up for that many hours.

Flight scheduled to take off at 5.55pm but it did not take off until 7pm due to some food delivery delay.

Unfortunately, I was put into the middle seat in the first row of premium seating. Sounds nice right? No! that is the worst seat in the plane. I wish I was in economy rather than be in that seat! There is no seat back pocket, no tray table, no charger. Nothing! so unless you're row mates are willing to let you share their basic amenities any flyer should have, you are stuck. It was the worst experience ever! And the flight attendant forgot to take my drink order. I felt like the forgotten flyer.

Delayed and cancelled flights were hard and very stressful, both ways!

The crew was quite good, they came by often with drinks or to collect trash. But what wasn't nice was the flight was over weigh and several people had to be rebooked. I was questioned whether I should have a seat when I was getting to it. The in-flight entertainment kept buffering and interrupting. And the route took the airplane through high winds which caused us a longer flight

Wasn’t on the flight due to Alaska cancellation…also after all the rerouting, I was going to be on a later flight that left SFO at 7:47pm, which meant an almost 6 hour layover. That same Hawaiian flight was delayed for another 2hours.

I had to cancel the flight because with a 3 hour delay for 'unexpected maintenance' in getting to LAX, I couldn't connect to an overseas flight that I had booked on Scandinavian Air.

The flight was CANCELED!!! Can’t get much more “poor” than that. I had to switch to American Airlines, add another layover and got home in Honolulu 4 hours later than I was supposed to be home. One bright spot was Josh with Alaska Airlines at SFO. He got me on a United Flight that got me home a few hours before I would have. Without him I would have gotten home almost 7 hours after my originally scheduled flight.

Canceled my flight within 24 hours, causing me arriving home midnight. Will never book Hawaiian airlines anymore

I like Hawaiian, it was great that they had good internet connection across the Pacific Ocean, thanks to Star Link satellites. The seating was comfortable, ( I was in economy ). Maybe I missed it, but I only got offered a beverage once. It was a nonstop flight KOA to SMF. I would take it again next time I go that way.

I always love flying Hawaii and I have nothing to add

It was a good experience. I do wish the seats were roomier. Also, I did not like being charged for my carry on bag

Exceptional take off and landing in snow and wind…thank you to the well skilled pilots!

I liked entertainment system being downloaded on my iPad. The selections were limited but I appreciated being able to use my own screen. The flight was just fine. My only issue was both terminals being far from the main airport. Especially stoning at LAX near midnight and having to wait for a bus to take us to baggage pickup. Very inconvenient.

Just fine but comfort is always an issue since the seats are so close

The Flight was fine, the staff treated me well, the flight got delayed over 5 1/2 hours for maintenance issues....but it worked out OK,, they were very apologetic about it, and it is better to not fly if there is any issue than endanger peoples lives, so in reality that was a good thing, It did cost me extra for parking because I went beyond the time I had purchased for parking at MSP. But all in all, Good flight

I did not take this flight because the reservation made by Kayak was wrong! Kayak owes me a trip from Minneapolis to Duluth.

When I got to the airport in Seattle, they told me the flight "did not exist". Kayak reserved me a seat on a flight that did not exist. This is inexcusable. I was able to change my reservation to a flight that actually did exist, but the flight was later and then I didn't make it in time for the next leg of my trip from Minneapolis to Duluth. Kayak owes me a trip from Minneapolis to Duluth, and a big apology for messing up my reservation.

The plane was freezing cold. Asked for a blanket and there were none. Was told twice that the pilots would warm the plane and it never happened Worst experience flying ever

Multiple delays because they screwed up on the crew schedule and had to wait for over an hour for more people to come.

It was good. Basic flight. Drinks only. Pay budget. Get budget and I’m good with that. I want to get where I need to go. Not hard to please. Female First Officer is an absolute bonus for me!

Not clean and was told I would get a great seat and it was not great at all

Flight got delayed for 5 hours no good explanation was offered ;(

Horrible. I would never fly Frontier again. The booking process is tricky at best, but fraudulent in my opinion. Frontier customer service did nothing to rectify my purchase -- I ended up paying more than double what I could have gotten from other airlines and nearly triple what I thought I was buying from Frontier. Their booking practices are unfair to the consumer.

Delayed. Text notifications were slow. Not much information o what was happening. Boarding was slow and confusing. Wasn’t even offered water other flight. Had to ask. No entertainment at all. Felt like.a Greyhound bus.

When I wanted to check in 3 hours prior to boarding time, the employees mentioned “a little over an hour delay” so I waited for an hour then I went to go look for food in the terminal and most people from that flight were in the same area looking for food. Finally I decided after food to check to see if it’s anytime closer and now it’s 2 mins until boarding closes?! What are you kidding me? I didn’t receive anything via sms about boarding now nor via email or on the intercom. I luckily made it through, barely, and then there’s no room for my carry on mind you I’m in the very first row so I had to place my purse in one further row back and my carry on sections down. Not sure who pays for better seats to get your stuff placed all over the plane but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had flying with anyone.

Better than expected. Staff were friendly and nice on both flights.

There was no one at the counter to assist with our check in. The app didn’t work, so I arrived at the airport with time to check in and I couldn’t because no employees were there. When I finally got someone on the phone, it was inside the 60min rule and they said I could no longer check in and they could sell me another ticket. We had to scramble and pay an additional $800 for tickets and THEN AFTER (about 60 min from my original convo with customer service and 10min after original departure time) I had boarded my new flight, there was email saying my original flight from Frontier was delayed and leaving 2hr 50min later, but I STILL wouldn’t have been able to check in. Which means customer service should have been able to see it and let me check in because I was well within my check in time. When I call Frontier, they hang up on me. So their app didn’t work and they employees left and they take zero responsibility or assistance with their “customer service”

Terrible. Flight cancelled with no reasoning and no flights to rebook. Employees were useless and did nothing to help. Did not even know where to retrieve luggage from the cancelled flight. Flyers beware.

No fault of Frontier staff: plane was very late, reached Orlando at 1 am, took a while to get luggage. Weather, gov financial shutdown impact on TSA, air controllers seemed to have multiple flights backed up. Frontier staff seemed to cope as gracefully as possible. It did reassure me that I and my new hip could adapt to travel challenges. Food/entertainment were irrelevant to my trip.

Terrible. The canceled my entire flight when I requested a refund for a trip frontier canceled trip one way.
