Passengers were not informed timely of delays. The staff appeared like they didn't really care about the passengers.

Food and entertainment aren’t a thing on these regional flights. But it was a smooth flight. Could see gorgeous countryside through the large windows. The earplugs are a nice touch for the prop engines but the hum of the engines did not bother me. Grateful the option exists to easily get from A to B.

Both flights were delayed going to our destination and leaving, and communication about the delays was not great by the airlines, now the crews were phenomenal and great to be around!!

Delayed. It's not our first flight with them either, it's actually our 3rd and all 3 were delayed by hours each time. It was a myriad of delays. On one flight we boarded after being delayed for a little over an hr, only to be told we were going to sit in the plane for another hour before departing. Once landed, we waited another 40ish min to get to our gate. On another flight, flight was delayed just under 3 hrs but atleast we got to wait it out at the airport terminal. Its just a bad experience overall flying with Alaska Airlines.

We had to take the train to our next gate but had time to eat a meal. When to our next gate and asked employee about gate and got informed that gate had been changed so back on train to next gate. So thankful she was there and informed us of gate change. Because of the issue the boarding was slow but employees were there and busy helping all and keeping it organized.

Very pleasant and the flight felt like it went by quick

All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.

It is very bad they do not give you money back

They lost our bag and it took them days to find it. Terrible communication and lots of lies about where it was. Their system hasn’t merged with Hawaiian yet they route people on shared flights with Hawaiian, creating an administrative nightmare.

Excellent flight, the planes were newer, they did a nice job with boarding, great service overall.

Flight was delayed long enough that I was misding my connecting flight. The agents could not get me on a comparable flight, nor could they get me s Main Cabin seat I had paid for, nor could they get me on a comparable connecting flight. The gate agent would not issue meal vouchers, even though I was delayed over six hours! I had to spend over an hour and 15 minutes with customer service on the phone to See if they could get me on a better flight and get a meal voucher. Customer service was not helpful enough in trying to find alternate flights and it Ended up taking me 24 hours for a 12 hour trip!! Delta does not provide upgrades NOR will they even give you a pass for a few hours to their lounge. They claim that they do not issue daily passes to their lounge anymore. I call BS since this would be no extra cost to them to provide excellent customer service and give you a few hours to relax in comfort when you’re sitting in a crowded airport and your flight has been screwed up for that many hours.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.

Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.

Everything was good except when we're on a 6 hour flight at dinner time and all they offer as part of the fare are little bags of junk food, it's disappointing. Bring back food service without an added price.

Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!

I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight

It was not a good experience. When I went to check-in one of Alaska's employees told me I had to check-in with Hawaiian Airlines, which was on the opposite side of the airport. I made my way over and when I got to Hawaiian Airlines they told me I was in the wrong place. The employee saw the look of defeat in my face and was able to get someone to check me in and text me my boarding pass. I had to make my way all the way back to the other side of the airport and barely made my flight. I think it would be very helpful for employees to be more informed with these Hawaiian flights that are operated by Alaska so they are not rerouting people to the wrong terminals. Also, clear signage in the check-in area.

Same as ive said before. All airlines and TSA need a massive revamp.

Alaska airline sis usually great. However flying nowadays is so stressful and feels more like an interrogation rather than a fun part of the vacation experience. From the TSA to the cramped seating it feels like i am entering a concentration camp having my picture taken via TSA and being forced to have my body scanned. Then we are forced to sit in beyond cramped conditions where our knees are crushed into the back of the seat in front of us with almost no movement possible constantly being reminded to put our seats forward when we want to alleviate the horrendous pain of our knees being shoved into hard plastic. My knees looked like i had kneeled on gravel for 2 days straight after flying for a total of 14 hours for my roundtrip. I keep hearing from our elders about the jopys of flying in the 70s and 80s but now it feels like the joy has been removed as a means of acquiring more financial gain by the airlines. Not to mention that my flight via hawaiin airlines was delayed so long that i had to miss my connecting flight which then forced me to miss another day of work and the only recourse i had was a wonderful conversation with a lady via Alaskan Airlines when she got me a new flight the next day due to the delay. She was very pleasant and helpful. She got me onto a nother flight the following day but when i have to travel 2 hours from springfield Illinois to st louis it was a huge hassle having the delay in the first place. Not even the tiniest bit of compensation was offered either. Not a voucher, not a free meal, not a slightly better seat, just a reschedule when in no way was the delay or the missing of the connecting flight my fault. I want to reiterate that Alaska Airlines is really one of the best airlines overall. I fully understand they dont control the TSA, but it does effect the overall experience when TSA is making it feel like we are going through a re-education camp with rather strange videos playing on the walls the entire way through Security. With that said, Alaska should take cosnideration from years of past and make the flying experience fun again. I understand profit is important, but if just ONE airline made flying like it used to be 40 years ago and stopped making it such a money-driven experience, then i, along with many others would choose to fly more often. We see the smaller soda cans and we laugh, we see the tiny snacks and scoff, we see the ridiculous wifi costs and choose to not pay for it because we download our own prior to flying. Why not get everyone to use the wifi by making it like 2 bucks rather than 8 bucks? Make a much larger first class area with slightly lower costs so it doesn't feel like we are mere peons boarding a cattle car? Create some more leg room and watch how fast people are clamoring for your airline over others. Not one airline is actually catering to the general public, if they did, they would see so many people seeking out their airlines above all others and it is just that simple.

Both flights were late 2+ hours with ZERO communication from the airlines or their staff. No offers for compensation. WiFi didn’t work for streaming and they said to only use browsing but that didn’t work either. Waste of $$. No drinks only boxed water or apple juice. No snack. One of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had.

The ticket and bag check in was chaotic at SEATAC. No clear communication or signage for bag drop off.

This was actually an Alaska flight. I was not able to check in online using the Kayak app or the web for Hawaiian or Alaska airlines. So I contacted Hawaiian and they advised that I had to go to the counter when I arrive at the airport. So I waited in line at the Hawaiian counter for 45 minutes. When I got to the ticket agent she advised that I needed to go to the Alaskan Airlines ticket counter. So I went to that counter which thankfully was not busy. I received my boarding pass and then went to security. I arrived at the gate as boarding was beginning. The frustration is that Hawaiian or Kayak should have directed me to the correct ticket counter. When it is “operated by” a average person doesn't know what that means. Kayak app was silent on what action to take when I was unable to check in online and Hawaiian just stated my ticket number and confirmation numbers were invalid. Communication is key and this process could be cleaned up. Thank goodness I am savvy and speak English, I can’t imagine this process for someone who may not be.

If I knew I would be on Alaska Airlines flying back, I never would have bought the ticket. My flight kept getting delayed and Alaska always seems to be late which is why I don’t fly on them.

Good. They changed our gate very late and then when we landed, we had to wait 20 minutes to get off the airplane because another plane was in a slot.

Very nice experience. The boarding however seemed somewhat mixed up, and we were delayed taking off.

Flight was delayed in phoenix by 1 hour. When Kenny got to minneapolis st paul, Kenny missed his connecting flight to Duluth on Sun country air. Sun country customer service did nothing to help Kenny get home to Duluth. We will not fly with sun country ever again.

When we landed in Minneapolis from Providence, the ground crew was unable to move the jet bridge to meet our plane because the wheels were frozen. We waited patiently on the plane for about 45 minutes while they tried to solve this problem. It was mind boggling that this would not be more quickly resolved, or anticipated, in a place where sever winter weather is the norm. We stressed about meeting our connecting flight to Portland, which we assumed would be our only option for that day. Fortunately, when we finally raced from our gate to the next one, that Sun Country flight had been delayed so we didn't miss it. We decided not to take anything but direct flights from now on, no matter how much cheaper.

No line to check my bag. Reasonable overweight fee. When the connection was late due to weather, the gate agent opened the door and let me on the second flight. The plane waited for my luggage transfer. My bag arrived on time at my final destination:)

I had paid for a seat assignment at the time of reservation but when I checked in the night before it wasn’t there. Had to purchase another seat.

So unprofessional. They changed my connecting flight to a time that made it literally impossible to make the flight with no way to contact them or reject the changes. When I missed the flight as expected, there was no one to be found at their ticketing counter and the phone support put me on hold for an indefinite time. Since they didn't have another flight that day, all sun country air personell had left the airport (this was at 7pm) and my only options were to get a hotel for the night and come back the next afternoon to hopefully get rescheduled or buy a flight with another airline.

I purchased an aisle seat but was put in the middle seat surrounded by families with small sick children (3). That can happen anytime and I was prepared. The ticket agent questioned why I hadn’t paid for my luggage and had to explain that 2 pieces were included with my ticket. I hate that nickel and diming attitude. Please inform your staff better.

I know the airline has been open for 40 years and the flight crew looked just as old. The flight attendants were not friendly and rude. They should think of retiring this crew.

Since you have to pay for overhead bags then they shouldn't be running out of space and asking individuals who paid to remove stuff from the overhead

Book with frontier airlines with the mentality that they'll cancel your flight, kick you off and lose your luggage. Anything besides that is a win. Compare prices with other airlines (to include luggage) and if frontier is still worth it, book it but know all of their policies.

You get what you pay for nothing essentially but a hard uncomfortable seat that doesn’t recline and kids screaming all around you and chaotic boarding and limited check bag weight allowance when compared to other airlines
