The flight was smooth. Without turbulence and landed early.
Since i checked in, the crew were makingproblems out of everything. I had to pass kilos of my belongings from bag to another three times, which was incredibly tedious and annoying. They also made me throw out things that were of small quantities But in bottles of over 100ml. And that were not liquid.
Then in the plane, I asked if I could buy some of ghe hot food that was being distributed. The attendant seemed to say no, or, she would comeback later, which she didnt. So when I realized this, I asked again. It was a long flight and I was very hungry. But of course, all the hot food had now been eaten. So forlunch I had to buy expensive commercial ramen.
The crew were so narrow minded. That is never good when dealing with customers.
I will never be taking Air Asia in the future. Id rather pay more for better service, decent food, and a logical limit for the baggage.
The plane was old. There was a technical problem with the plan, so the flight was delayed for two hours. There was no entertainment whatsoever to help with the situation. In addition, the food was really bad.
I liked the A300 used is was in very nice condition and the leg room was reasonable. The cabin crew was above average. The pilots were smooth on take off and landing.
The departure gate announcements in English were hard to understand. The landing jetway was used to disembark, but then we had to use stairs to the tarmac and board a bus to get from the domestic terminal (we were an international flight) to the international terminal. Because of this many passengers, especially the elderly, were unprepared for this situation and their carry on luggage.
Korean airlines ignored my wife's request for a wheel chair. She explained that she was a diabetic and was feeling dizzy. They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment.
I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife.
Very attentive to handicapped passengers. Which is me. Yhe flight is short yet they served a light lunch we seemed like a waste to. I had a coke. The plane was clean I love the hostess uniforms. Beautiful and very feminine. Refreshing in today's world
For a short hop I have nothing to suggest. Perfect
Did not have food so can't commen. This airline reminds me of Cathay pacific I really liked it. I have down Vietnam airlines several times Good English and on time. They know how to deal with people in wheelchair. I will fly every time I can
