Cons: Delays delays delays poor maintenance of all their planes leading to frequent mechanical and electrical issues on all United flights. Avoid them whenever possible!!!

Cons: Very cramped and uncomfortable seats in Economy. 2 hours late arriving in KansasCity.

Cons: Now United is showing the struggle by selling food on board the plain. Thats not a good sign of business for loyal travelers

Cons: I couldn’t check in for my flights ahead of time because the check in system from United and Copa airlines didn’t accept my reservation details. My first flight from Sacramento to San Francisco with United was cancelled and I was not informed until I arrived at the gate for check in. United wanted to rebook me on a flight to Los Angeles and Newark which would have been a delay of 10 hours. After security I had to go to the gate of a delayed flight to San Francisco and ask that they put me back on my original itinerary

Cons: Lady at check in, Helen, at Pearson was TERRIBLE. No compassion for us travelling with a 2 month old baby, and then booked our seats with united in separate locations with no bassinet. I will never use air Canada Again.

Cons: Very cramped no room to move. I can't believe the meals that were served. Very small portions. A slice of bread for breakfast. No butter just dry bread and coffee!!

Pros: The in flight attendants were very helpful and attentive. Boarding was quick and organized.

Cons: The entertainment system didn’t work well to start, and then stopped working altogether 2 hours into a 5hr flight. The staff tried to fix it and were very apologetic, which made up for it. The seats were a little too hard for me. I was pretty sore by the end of the trip.

Pros: The food was OK, but not really as good as what we had received on other airlines. Example, on one flight I had a fish dish which was overcooked very dry and there was no sauce of any kind to make it palatable. I do not like to throw food away but half way into the meal I had enough. Other than that Qatar Airlines was really first class. The flight attendants were the best we have ever experienced. Their dress was immaculate, they were very friendly and attentive and were there to make the flight as comfortable as possible plus cater to all requests.

Cons: The food which was generally very bland and without any taste. Sauces with some of the dishes would be helpful.

Pros: Of all the flights and airlines I have used this was definitely the top of my list . The aircraft was clean , the crew were polite, curious, and attentive nothing was too much trouble. The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you

Cons: Crew members are waking up for lunch and breakfast but not for snacks and other beverages. We are feeling hungry later. we aren't knowing when they ll provide.

Pros: the only good thing I can say about the flight was that the crew was for the most part friendly

Cons: Everything. From the chaotic boarding scheme to the uncomfortable seats that really didn't recline. Less than 2 hours into the fight, they were out of red wine. They were also out of chicken for dinner so the only choice was vegetarian pasta. As for movies, what happened to Gogo Entertainment? I had to use their headphones to watch the movies on their screen instead of my iPad. So, I couldn't use my bluetooth headphones. There was no close caption so it was hard to watch the movies amidst the noise of the engines.

Pros: The 777 is excellent. Service very friendly. Food is good. One leg flight is super good

Cons: Apparently the pilots are allowed to smoke on these long flights. In this trip it was not bad but on previous flights it was really bad

Cons: I used Kayak to find my ticket and fill out my information (all kayak logos on top of the page and so on). However, when my confirmation email and e-ticket came in, they were issued by Budgetair.com. I had no experience with them and took it to be a reliable website since they were working with Kayak. However, I had to change/cancel my flight because of delayed passport delivery, and this is when everything turned very Ugly! I had to spend an hour over the phone to get connected to an agent with BudgetAir, who disconnected the line within 2 minutes saying: “please hold so I can pull up your information”. This game went on for 6 hours. I tried to connect with the airline directly to make the change, which was not possible since Budgetair had placed a restriction on this ticket. After 6-7 hours, which meant no work for me or lunch because I was sitting behind my desk with a phone on my hand, I got through an agent who was rude and impolite. He took 15 minutes to find flights for the new dates (I did it in 2 minutes on their website), and then told me to pay $315 in extra fess. When I inquired that the prices on your website for the exact same ticket is way cheaper than my original ticket price, he got angry and aggressive. Basically implying that I have no choice to take their offer as is, or let go of my original ticket price of over $2000. Long story short, DO NOT buy from BudgetAir if you like having a peace of mind!
