Should have preboarded families with children...they didn't. We paid hundreds more to have good seats & they didn't recline & we had crying baby in seat behind us...we were so upset...not a good flying experience at all.
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
Our plane had mechanical problems at a previous destination which caused a chain reaction of delays. We were supposed to depart at 11:59pm. We departed closer to 3am and arrived 3 and a half hours late. As I result I missed an appointment costing me $75. This is our second JetBlue flight this weekend, both of which had major delays and greatly hampered our trip.
Southwest flight attendants are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Always friendly, professional, and taking that extra step to make sure everyone is safe, happy, and getting to their destination in style. I have HAD to fly on other airlines recently, and the service and price of Southwest is the only airline worth my time.
Customer service who helped us switch flights from Burbank to LAX was helpful
Booked and paid for a flight for 4 had no seats, put on another flight that was delayed for 5 hours. Sat in Denver airport for 6.5+ hours with small children. Could not get seats together on second flight
Less organized boarding of carryon items. Other legs of my travel had gate checked cartons in advance for the last boarding groups instead of just having us try to load it all first when their clearly was not enough rokkmin the overhead bins for everyone.
The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.
Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."
