Pros: The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot

Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.

Cons: Flight delayed from Detroit. Closed door to Birmingham flight 20 minutes before schedule time. Rebooked me for Friday!

Cons: Food for main meals was rather bland -- not much flavor. Main meals did not have much variety. Snack items were good, however.

Cons: My seat was broken. Entertainment system was non responsige and expressly slow. Couldn’t hear anything from the earphones.

Cons: The only thing that brought my rating of this flight down was the fact that it was so hot in the plane! From the moment we boarded, this plane was, for reasons we couldn’t figure out, stuffy and uncomfortably hot. My pregnant girlfriend did not particularly enjoy this flight.

Pros: Excellent service and probably the most efficient boarding process I’ve ever been a part of. Food service went by without a hitch, and the stewardesses knew English very well so we felt comfortable and welcomed. I also really liked being able to get terminal/travel information from the infotainment system. Being that I’ve never been to ICN or NRT before, having access to terminal maps and basic instructions on how to find connecting flights and baggage claim areas was probably one of the most helpful features of the flight!

Cons: I am 5’11” and found my seat somewhat uncomfortable. It didn’t detract from being able to sleep at all, but it did seem like the seats on this airline might be at its most comfortable with shorter passengers.

Pros: This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile.

Cons: When we landed in Columbus we were stuck on the plane for almost a half hour because there were issues with the walking bridge. This was annoying.

Cons: The bathroom gets messed ( wet paper towels on floor) by irresponsible passengers, stays yucky .

Cons: The seats were very uncomfortable, entertainment screen had poor picture quality, eggs were black, stank + inedible, long bathroom lines , a child screamed most of the flight, no internet, couldn’t change phone, checked bags damaged - handles ripped off!!!
