They did not get back tickets in time about flight varification so i had to purchase another one way ticket to get home soxas rocnot Risk being unable to return home.

Food looked great but did not taste all that good.

Everything about the flight was good or very good. The only bummer was that there was a 2 hour delay and that's not the fault of the airlines but it still takes away from the whole experience. The most amazing thing was that our bags got to baggage claim in record time! That was excellent!

Flight was late boarding. United crew were not friendly and cordial unlike the ANA crew.

Vegetarian options were not that great. However, the crew and service was awesome

The food was not great and the seats you need a little bit more space to put your things down around you: the blankets and toiletry bag were good. Flight was on time and bags etc no issues

Entertainment was good , comfort on airplane easy hoarding food and drinks was good and a friendly and good service of flight staff

The plane was very clean and the crew was very nice.

The lounge in Japan was busy and smaller. Have great choice of ramen.

Everything could have been better. What needed to be wrong with United went wrong

It was good. The seats in economy weren’t bad

We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.

I don’t understand how they charge as much as they do for such a poor experience

I wish the plane had pod seating for business class. I had a window seat (8K) and I had to climb over the person sitting on the aisle when I needed to get up. Also there is no partition between the seats for privacy when sleeping. The Asian airlines have much nicer business class seating. Their seats are wider for better comfort when sleeping.

The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.

Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.

Food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work properly

It was a short flight, everything was good with it.
