Pros: The washroom maintains its cleanliness. The inflight tv/movie shows is a help especially with long flight.

Pros: The plane didn't crash. The flight left on time.
Cons: The staff were fine but not overly friends. We had to circle the airport over Okinawa for roughly 30 minutes before landing due to flight traffic. When an elderly gentleman stood up to use the rest room, the staff shouted at him to sit down. That could have been handled much better.
Pros: I liked nothing crew rude and racist they hate white people all the Chinese people where able to lay down and sleep me being white and American they gave me a eilee Seat with someone sitting next to me so I never was able to sleep all other passengers had no one sitting next to them and where able
Cons: The airlines charged me twice 320 for my 2 surfboards for total of 640.00 which is wrong the crew rude they broke my suitcase handles tore apart my surfboard bag over charged my sports bag will never fly this airline Shanghai should b called shanghell the Chinese people in airport r rude and mean

Cons: Because of an accident at Manila, all flights were delayed. This can happen, but the information provided by ground staff was far below standard. I assume they have procedures in place to inform passengers, and to make any estimations and guidance on what to do next. Absolutely no courtesy for passengers with connecting flights with different airliners. Usually, MH is a professional organisation, but this was an all time low in their service. Sorry.

Cons: Quantas seems to have frequent gate changes. You have to pay attention. No WiFi in terminals despite posted signs.
