The flight destination is Beijing but we need re checkin at Shenzhen and the worst is we need to pickup bag and rechecked baggage

I've travelled extensively and ok many different airlines and Hainan is by far the worst. Not good communicating prior to the flight especially about delays. The food was in edible. Seats where uncomfortable and on each flight here was something broken on my seat. No entertainment on flights between Bangkok and Beijing. The crew was So unfriendly and wouldn't help at all when we asked them for help when one of our travel companions was ill.

The food was better than other airline. The flight was half full, I can sleep the whole roll seat. The flight attendants were nice.

The movie was the same going and coming back. The touch screen was not quite working.

Horrible

All flight was delayed over 4 leg. Horrible experience and flight got cancel and rerouted to a further airport. No compensation from airline and had to lyft 50 miles home

The service in Lester b Pearson airport was unprofessional and sub standard by your employee Manija Anwarzada and her shift workers. They did not help me when I missed my flight to Pittsburgh because of our late arrival from Frankfurt. She and the others were not there to assist and help stranded passengers. In fact a couple of the staff were on cell phones and not helping passengers. She finally told us we had to go downstairs to the hall since her counter was closing. After traveling from Algiers to Frankfurt then on to Canada it was a terrible way to end the day. These emoyess made a very long day even longer. I will never fly Air Canada again. I will say once I got through customs there were more professional people who did at least get me a hotel room. Your employee has left a very bad taste in my mouth for Air Canada!

Not much

We paid cash for business class seats on this flight and they were terrible seats. They were NOT business class, they did not recline and there was no leg room. Nothing offered to drink upon boarding. All they did was take economy class seats, three wide, and put a thing on the middle seat to hold drinks. It was terrible and we will avoid Lufthansa in the future, and we travel a lot.

I actually have no complaints. All went well on both legs of my flight.

Coffe and snack

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Tempting fare for a long haul flight. Luckily they had new air craft 787 on this sector.

Bad food.

One leg of the flight was a dreamliner.

Food was the worst I have had in memory. Crew are also the worst I have experienced in memory.

Nothing... Entire experience horrible for my 17 year old.

First class

The service and food was good. The attendants were very considerant.

There was no enforcement of the boarding line. Those who formed a single line where instructed had to wait as 2/3 of the passengers made a mad dash to push their way to the front. Video screen, power outlet, and window shade did not work properly in my seat on this brand new Dreamliner. Very disappointing. Especially for a 14 hour flight. The bathroom was filthy and needed to be hosed down, and there was no soap or paper towels left by halfway through the trip.

Service, food, and comfort were excellent. Crew was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Asian food choices and they were quite good to this Westerner.

Some of the equipment did not function (one chair did not function and one set of headphones did not function). Boarding was disorganized. Bathrooms had no soap. Limited entertainment.

Never got on this flight. We were never given an email to self check in, and we're unable to board 45 mins before at the gate coming frim anotthe flight. They overbooked this flight & sold our tickets, and then told us we couldn't get on flight. Now we are out $2500 buying new tix!

All the above. A simple check in email would have averted this problem. All the other airlines do this. We were under the presumption that we had to check in at airport when we didn't get check-in notice. Furthermore, they sold our tickets, so we're down $2500 and they doubled their profit. It would be hard for me to say I will use Air Canada or kayak in the future.

The crew is very friendly and accommodating. Food was decent.

Delayed three hours in Amsterdam then caused me to miss my connecting flight to Seattle. Then they only gave me the option of being late a day. On top of all that they lost my luggage. Time to retire that 767.

My special vegetarian food was not offered but the staff did their best to substitute my missing meal with what they had.

The crew at the gate as well as the crew on the plane were excellent and very helpful. The gate crew made rerouting very easy.

The 3 hour delay made for an exceptionally long trip. Delays are so very common on United; especially when connecting through O'Hare.

Flight delayed due to weather. Rebooking was a zoo, had to pay for hotel room and worst of all waited over an hour at baggage claim to get our bags back. It's taking us 2 days to get from Albuquerque to Austin.

This was a very pleasant flight. The attendants were excellent. The plane was clean. The food was good for airline fare. The entertainment system made the flight go by better. Over all an excellent experience

The usual the leg room is not great nor is the space between passengers. But nothing horrible.

Well worth the upgrade price to purchase Business Class.

Delayed flight.

Had to pay to pay extra to watch t.v. was $7.99 for a 2 hour flight. Could go to a theater for those prices. Everyone in my group complained about it.

The crew was great as usual, and I always enjoy the unique selection of international film in the entertainment system.

That old plane was VERY drafty around the emergency exit. I can't remember ever feeling cold on a plane. Usually it's the opposite. But here was a consistent stream of ice cold air leaking through the airframe around the emergency exit. It was cold enough that I had to put several layers of blankets up on the wall and lean against them all the way home. In addition, my seat was so "well-used" that it provided very little support and often felt as though I was sitting on a bench. Not a pleasant experience.

So many maintenance delays, I wouldn't make any connections. Gate attendants were crabby and not very helpful.
