Usually flying peach means saving big money. My trip really only saved me around 15%, had I known I'd be flying out of the cargo terminal on both sides and have to endure multiple packed bus trip on top of the most uncomfortable airplane seating I've ever had I would surely have paid the extra and will do so in the future.

The level of care and attention that was given to my comfort during the flight was extraordinary. Also the economy was much better than any economy i've ever come to expect from other airlines.

The boarding I didn't know at first where to go to get to the gate. Having to exit and then re-enter the airport was a pain and further complicated my boarding. But that was not JAL's fault and is on SFO.

Sitting in my seat I felt that I had wiggle room for my feet and my arms/elbows. Usually on American flights, I feel like a sardine packed in a can. Even though I was in economy I had plenty of space and was very comfortable during 9 hour flight from BKK to Tokyo.

The plane was delayed about two hours by some excuse which was a connecting aircraft problem. Due to their incompetency I and my pickup person had to be strained at the airport about four hours. It was terrible. Hope it won't get this kind of delay when I go back to ICN. If that happens, I'll miss a flight back home to U S.

My husband and I were so hot during this flight! We originally had bulwark seats, then were changed to a "better " location. This new location had no air vents above it, while all the other seats did. People around us were using blankets, while I was fanning myself. We couldn't use our neck pillow...it made us hotter. I dread the return flight!

Flight attendants were very friendly, greeted everyone with smiles. They seem to accommodate most requests, just be polite! There were a few people on my flight that were not the most friendly to them, but the attendants still tried to help as much as they could. Food is pretty good. I mean, don't be expecting a 5 star meal, it's still airplane food... International flight so I got 2 free checked bags, which was really nice.

It's a small thing but the Chinese and Japanese movies only have Korean subtitles, it'd be nice if they had English too. Deplaning - the only exit is from the front of the plane, so it takes a while because there's 70-something rows of passengers.

Boarding was quick as i've come to expect from DFW.

I bought economy to save money, but unfortunately since I got the very back of the plane my seat couldn't recline.

Food and beverages were served promptly. Moreover there were several rounds of coffee and tea service so that I never went thirsty. My economy seating was still given first class service.

Sitting in my seat I felt that I had wiggle room for my feet and my arms/elbows. Usually on American flights, I feel like a sardine packed in a can. Even though I was in economy I had plenty of space and was very comfortable during 9 hour flight from BKK to Tokyo.

Service was fine considering it was an LCC carrier. Aircraft was new and was in perfect order. No significant delays.

No beverage service was offered even if we would have had to pay for anything. No other issues.

Usually flying peach means saving big money. My trip really only saved me around 15%, had I known I'd be flying out of the cargo terminal on both sides and have to endure multiple packed bus trip on top of the most uncomfortable airplane seating I've ever had I would surely have paid the extra and will do so in the future.

Professional and attractive flight attendants. Clean cabin.

"We'd like to buy the noodles." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "We'd like to buy some grape soda." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "I'd like to buy a model airplane." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." This was on the way to Hong Kong, where they may load up on some of the catering items, but not on the duty free. Strange for an LCC to be so low on inventory, which is a huge part of their revenues. My other gripe is that the only source of water in the holding area at Okinawa's LCC terminal was, like the flight afterward turned out to be: sold out. Oh, and they split the two of us up upon checking in (two hours prior to the flight) by seating us on opposite sides of the plane. I can't believe the entire rest of the plane paid for confirmed seats and left only single seats. Like AirAsia, Peach has Navitaire's reservation system, and apparently, like AirAsia, Peach intentionally splits groups up in the hopes that they will pay to sit together. If this is the case, it is wrong. I agree with LCCs' notion that baggage is a service, for example (at least seven people handle a bag on a nonstop flight), or selling food rather than giving it away. But it is really low to intentionally cause discomfort and then charge to relieve it.

comfortable seating. friendly/helpful crew. loads of room in overhead bins. great selection of movies. asiana is my first choice for international flights.

there's never enough room in a coach seat, but it was still better than in u.s.a. domestic airlines.

Flight attendants were very friendly, greeted everyone with smiles. They seem to accommodate most requests, just be polite! There were a few people on my flight that were not the most friendly to them, but the attendants still tried to help as much as they could. Food is pretty good. I mean, don't be expecting a 5 star meal, it's still airplane food... International flight so I got 2 free checked bags, which was really nice.

It's a small thing but the Chinese and Japanese movies only have Korean subtitles, it'd be nice if they had English too. Deplaning - the only exit is from the front of the plane, so it takes a while because there's 70-something rows of passengers.

Low fare punctuality. Much cheaper alternative than any other mode of transportations in Japan. No frill is expected. 10kg of free carry on should be enough for most savvy travelers.

The back of seat was soft and the person behind me kept pushing/kicking without realizing I could feel it.

The staff is very arrogant and only looks for ways to make money rather than providing information and helping. NO COURTESY AT ALL. They made me miss my flight and managed to blame it on me despite my being there 1:30 ahead. I’ll never recommend them.

The plane was delayed about two hours by some excuse which was a connecting aircraft problem. Due to their incompetency I and my pickup person had to be strained at the airport about four hours. It was terrible. Hope it won't get this kind of delay when I go back to ICN. If that happens, I'll miss a flight back home to U S.

My husband and I were so hot during this flight! We originally had bulwark seats, then were changed to a "better " location. This new location had no air vents above it, while all the other seats did. People around us were using blankets, while I was fanning myself. We couldn't use our neck pillow...it made us hotter. I dread the return flight!
