Cons: "The ceiling next to the spot lights or calling for help was dirty. I was expecting everything to be wiped. I turned my air fan on, and my there were some brown spots on my hands. And I looked up, it was dirty up there."

Cons: "This A320 aircraft departed LGA with the first class toilet inoperative. Flight was entirely full. First class passengers had to fight their way to the rear two toilets, around serving carts, etc. Cabin Crew was very good natured about all of this; but flight crew never mentioned it."

You must leave the gate, walk down the hall to the bathrooms, and then reenter the gate and be searched again!! This is a problem that can be easily fixed but they need more people speaking up before they will. Wheni spoke with people, Security blamed it on United and United blamed it on the security."

Cons: "They have a Delay and they comunicated late. I traveled with a 3 month old baby, so you can imagine whe you have a delay of more than 5 hours."

Cons: "We were sat in the very last seats near bathroom which was noisy and uncomfortable. I actually paid an extra charge so we could be sat together. In flight entertainment didn’t work in my seat. One piece of our luggage was lost."

Cons: "All the flight attendants were trainees. I was served cold coffee because it took so long to get from the front of the plane to the back. I was given a toothpick to stir it with. My headrest detached from the seat, and I had to sit uncomfortably during the flight. The plug for headphones was broken."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes causing me to lose the connecting flight home by about 5 minutes There was no effort from United to help me to get the second flight on time or from the crew on that one to delay it enough for me to arrive. They suggested I waited 9 hours for the next available flight or to get one by AA in Reagan Airport in 3 hours. They told me that transportation to that airport would not be reimbursed and would cost between 20 and 40 dollars. I didn't know the airports were that far apart and the one-hour taxi drive cost me 80 dollars. From Sao Paulo to Washington, things went as well as expected. Once landed everything was horrible."
