About an hr before boarding time they changed the gate. The plane we were taking was late arriving. Boarding time was pushed back 30 min. Everyone got on pretty quickly but then we sat in the plane, on the tarmac for over 2 hours. Idk if it was an issue with the plane, or the airport or what. I was sleeping so I didn't bother to ask but my mom was listening. She couldn't hear anything on the PA system. It was too fuzzy."

Cons: "The fact that this JAL Flight was operated by Korean Air meant that not only was the staff different, the the plane itself was an older and smaller model with extremely little room and zero entertainment systems. Both of these developments were severely disappointing given that the 2 hour round trip was 440USD, and flying on a budget airline would have provided basically the same experience for much cheaper. Furthermore the flight was delayed for over an hour taking off at almost 10:00pm instead of 8:40pm. The meal service was quite disappointing as well given the long wait. This delay nearly caused me to miss the last train into the city, in which case I would have needed to take an incredibly expensive Tokyo taxi ride to my accommodation. This was avoided by luck alone, as the airport immigration lines at Haneda airport were uncharacteristically empty. All in all, it was a surprisingly frustrating experience and remarkably stressful. I have known JAL and Korean Air to both be excellent carriers and was quite disappointed to have such a poor flight experience could have been exceeded by an average Peach or Vanilla Air flight."

Virgin's standard ticket has 23kg luggage included. What is the problem with a ticket bought online through agents such as BYOJet and Kayak?"

The problem was there was no communication from them and lots of people in line to talk with them. Infact communication was seriously lacking and needs a lot of improvement. They finally announced that the flight was delayed until 2200. I finally stood in line to confirm that they had made other flight arrangements for us to get to SF, again they didn't communicate. We couldn't get another flight until 6/11/16 @ 1845 but they did provide lodging and 3 meals. We didn't mind the delay but they need serious on improving their communication with their passengers"

The crew was late in getting food out but for a four hour flight there is no value in flying anymore. Airlines are just trying to rake in as much money as possible. When are they going to be responsible for everyone getting sick like cruise ships are? They should hand out masks and sanitizer because airlines are one of the dirtiest public spaces that there is! Show up late and barely clean the plane between its third or fourth leg of the day."

Cons: "Not only was our flight delayed two + hours because the crew was delayed (which happens), but then when we landed at midnight, there wasn't a gate open for us. We had to wait another 30 minutes just for a gate. What gives, JetBlue? Did you forget we were coming?"
Pros: "flights on the DCA-BOS route are the 2x2 planes, so no bad seats. Seats are also nice amount of space compared to some airlines."
Cons: "Not really the airline's fault, but there was bad weather on our route so we sat on the plane for 3 hours before we even took off. So for a 1.5 hr flight we were on the plane for 5+ hours."

Standing in it waiting for everyone to board caused a severe asthma attack after boarding. A real shame. I suspect I’m not the only one affected."

Cons: "I boarded the flight with a carry-on and one personal item. As usual I personally place the carry-on in an overhead bin. After the flight landed and I went to retrieve my carry-on, it was gone! The flight was full, so I checked with the flight attendants if my bag somehow got gate-checked or it was moved. They didn't know and they said maybe it went into the checked bags. So I wait at the baggage claim and out comes my carry on bag without any tags. Strange! My carry on didn't have anything valuable, but a bit of communication or some form of record would have made this odd incident a little less nerve-wracking. 1. Please communicate with the passenger if their bags get transferred to the checked bags 2. Please communicate with the crew which bags get moved from the cabin to the checked luggage 3. Please label the bags if they get moved around--there was no gate-checked tags or any stickers to communicate with the checked luggage folks."

We've flown JetBlue to Puerto Rico and loved the service. My adult son is a fan of JetBlue."

I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before."

Pros: "I was traveling from Charelston to DC the weekend before Irma hit with a return flight Sunday. The counter agent was great at finding a return flight change no problem. No fee. Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!"
Cons: "Due to hurricane Irma, people are flooding out of Florida like rats on a sinking ship. So, the security checkpoint is an absolute mess. Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed."

So uncomfortable, no food. And one of the flight attendants was rude.

Problem with airlines is same on each, they think can can charge the most and do the least. Well I rotate my flights based on price and I am mandating this within my organization. No more favorites, just cost the least. Tired of airline greed.

The check-in boarding counter only had 1 employee, the flight was running 20mins late.

One of the crew member weren’t to pleasant

The fly was delayed one hour for A/C problems, then after being on the road to take off, we went back to terminal secondary to a passenger problem. Last but not least I was first class and my sit was so uncomfortable, I landed with headaches

My seat next to the emergency exit could not be reclined. The meal was just fruit and sandwiches. I appreciated the fresh fruit but the sandwiches were mediocre.

Delayed departure. Made me have to pay more for parking and had to call out of work.

Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

Cons: "I recently requested an urgent response from Delta's customer service and received a reply stating reply time is 14-21 days. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, increased work load and decreased work force my response time is approximately 14-21 days."

Cons: "This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic."
Pros: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing."
