Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

Cons: "We barely made it through a storm. Super scary. Even the pilot said we "barely made it" over the speaker. I would rather be hours late getting home than feel like my life was possibly gambled with. I have my pilot's license so I am not unfamiliar with having to create an alternate flight plan when inclimate weather strikes. However, this was scary. My boyfriend quietly had a panic attack while we were on board. Would not fly Delta again because of this experience."

Also there was complementary movies to watch but there werent any head phones that were given, united aire lines provided us with head phones for entertainment."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled and I had anxiety about being at my destinations on time because I had to travel another hour away without knowing if my ride would be able to wait for me. However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time,but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

Pros: "for a 9.5 hour flight, the seat was actually pretty comfortable. The A330 is definitely more comfortable than 767. While the food sucked on my outbound flight from atlanta to london, the food on the amsterdam to atlanta flight was pretty good. there was a lunch, a snackbox and then a hot snack before landing. There was plenty of beer to drink so that made the flight better."
Cons: "first, the entertainment system was busted. you could use the flight tracker and play games, but couldn't watch any movies or tv shows. They only told us about this 5 minutes before boarding. There was wifi so you could stream shows to a tablet, but that assumed you had a tablet and that it was charged because the usb ports on the nonfunctioning entertainment system were, you guessed it, nonfunctional. Fortunately we had charged tablets and were able to stream some shows but they kept buffering and locking up because the gogo wifi wasn't working very well. About half the flight attendants were friendly but the other half obviously didn't want to be there. The last half hour was pretty bumpy due to remants of a hurricane in the area. The person behind me was frantically looking for a barf bag but we found out that most of the seats didn't have them. So that could have been ugly. I flew delta for the skymiles but based on this trip I will either fly on their partners (virgin, klm, airfrance) for reduced mile credit, or choose a different airline."

Cons: "The plane was delayed by more than 3 hours due to "weather problems" earlier in the day. Delta did not permit re-booking to flights that left JFK for Boston earlier, even tho there seats available, instead insisting that we had to wait for our assigned flight. Small snacks (regular Coke, no Diet) did not really compensate well."

Cons: "I had a problem getting a boarding pass that was a carryforward from a problem that I had had on the flights from the USA to Frankfort 2 weeks earlier. On those flights, I was denied boarding on the flight from Amsterdam to Frankfort because of miscommunication between Delta and KLM. Apparently, the staff who dealt with that problem did not note that the issue had occurred, so it looked like there were "out-of-sequence" segments on my initial flight and I was not allowed to check in electronically. It took several calls to KLM and Delta in Frankfurt to try to resolve the problem and finally it was determined that it could only be resolved at the airport. Other than a very nice KLM representative, the other people I talked to seemed unwilling to engage in helping me and sent me along to someone else. Although the problem was ultimately fixed, this was not a great customer service experience."

Cons: "Everything that could have gone wrong with my flights, went wrong. On my way from LA to Raleigh (through Atlanta), I was affected by the weather conditions at Atlanta. I understand that the weather is beyond Delta's scope of control, but customer service is not. I had to wait in line at LAX for 8 hours to even get information on what had happened, and what solutions were available. The customer service call center was collapsed, and at the airport counters at one point there was ONLY ONE DELTA REPRESENTATIVE serving a line of more than 100 upset customers. This IS Delta's fault, and it is unacceptable. This definitely was under Delta's control, but in order to save a few dollars in overtime for emergency staff Delta was willing to let its customers make terribly long lines, miss their flights, their connections and consequently their commitments. It is disappointing to observe how Delta believes that a few dollars saved on extra staff and emergency measures can offset the irreparable long term damage to its business due to upset customers. My way back from Raleigh to Los Angeles was also a disaster. Without any type of explanation and nothing more than an email announcing the change, the nonstop flight I bought was replaced by a 1-stop flight with connection in Atlanta. This was NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. There is a reason I paid a premium for a nonstop flight, and Delta did not hesitate in providing me with a less valuable product without any explanation or refund. Delta prioritizes its operational metrics - an obsession to fill and overbook its capacity - over its customers' experience, one again under the foolish belief that short term savings in any way offset the long term damage of disappointed and alienated customers. I will NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN. I will do whatever I can to transmit my experience to everyone I know. At a time where major airline carriers are in the spotlight due to abusive practices (i.e. the United passenger case), I still find hope in knowing that alternatives such as Southwest still put their customers first, over the ethereal benefits that a few-dollar savings in operational expenses can provide."

Cons: "Multiple delays, from 8:15 to 8:49 to 9:05 to 9:39 to 10:12 to 10:19 to 10:25. I am not joking. Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."

While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Ridiculous could not obtain a seat assignment until I arrived in Bogota, there I found out that the flight was overbooked and ended up having the last of a center seat."

I liked the staff but the plane arrived late to Atlanta and when we landed in Montreal there was a plane already at the arrival gate causing me to miss my flight to London. This resulted in an extra stop in Lyon, France and the airline lost my bag. I arrived finally on the 15th of December and now it is currently the 19th and I still do not even know where my bag is after days of calling and tracking to find it.

Need to afford first class.

Cons: "Food for economy class 10 hour flight was: Dinner: a bowel of rice with a couple of shavings of meat, bread, and a brownie. Snack: pretlzes Breakfast: small loaf of bread with a tiny amount of meat filling. Absolutely eat before boarding this flight. All you will get are carbs. The foam on the seats was thin and not comfortable. This airline can be a bit cheaper than others but I don't think it's worth it."

Pros: "Clean plane. On time departure and arrival. Transport service as expected. This is the INTL review."
Cons: "Even coach class international flights typically have full food and beverage service, as well as in flight entertainment. There was ZERO in flight entertainment. And the beverage service consisted of coffee, tea and water. That's it. It would be useful to provide more details at time of booking."
Cons: "Food was grose. Seat was located on an emergency exit and supposed to be "preferred". Worst seat ever. Right next to the window is very uncomfortable since your stuck to the wall if the plane. Theres no window on that row. But this specific seat is awkward and very uncomfortable."

Cons: "I hated how there was NO entertainment. Honestly on a 12 + hour flight this was a bit ridiculous. No tv, or movies... no screen on the seat at all. Not even a big one for everyone to enjoy! It was horrible... The seats were so cramped and the staff seemed a bit unprofessional and sloppy looking. The food was pretty bad as well. I've had my fair share amount of flights and honestly this was probably the worse one i've gone on with the amount of hours it took to get to our destination. I wouldn't have mind too much if there was no entertainment on a 2 or 3 hour flight..."

Cons: "When I am willing to purchase overpriced food on a plane, please at least have what I would like from the menu. On my flight to Canada and from Canada to Las Vegas I ordered food and had to settle on what they had available because I was so hungry. As soon as I asked for food, the crew should know what is and isn't available. Food was ok, whoever shot the pictures for the menu did a fantastic job of making it look good. Chicken wrap was good."

Pros: "Nothing, from your rude gate agents and closing the gates far too early when passengers are waiting in excessively long lines at customers to in flights systems being broken, your service is abhorrent."
Cons: "Your gate agents refusing to keep the gates open to the appropriate boarding times, you over priced food, being improsojed in our seats and no access to the toilets due to a 2 hour in flight food and beverage service. not receiving water until after 2 hours II the flight! And no second beverage offered on a 5 hour flight!"

Cons: "Entirely too little leg-room. Crew kept banging my elbow and knee with food cart-didn't really care either."

Cons: "The food was the worst. Did not feel it was even edible. For an 11 hour international flight there were zero amenities. If you wanted to watch a movie, you had to pay $10 per person for an iPad. You could not even use your own & link to their wifi unless you are in their earned points program."

Cons: "Traveling with 2 adults, a 3 year old and 1 year old, we had to ask to get our seats next to each other's for each flight at the desk. For both our family and other passenger it would make more sense to get that covered beforehand."
Cons: "Staff was very rude especially a flight attendant named Taylor. Made us wait about an hour on the plane to wait for people to clear customs but then no one extra boarded the plane . Air canada rouge I was overall a terrible experience will not fly them again."

Cons: "My husband being injured and in severe pain!!! It ruin our anniversary which was on the exact date of the accident, 4/8!! The sandwich had a razor thin slice of turkey on a big roll!! Shane on them!"

Pros: "The lounge and boarding area at Houston Airport were great. The staff at boarding did a good job keeping everyone happy and in line and boarding in the proper zones."
Cons: "All the flight attendants were trainees. I was served cold coffee because it took so long to get from the front of the plane to the back. I was given a toothpick to stir it with. My headrest detached from the seat, and I had to sit uncomfortably during the flight. The plug for headphones was broken."

Cons: "The food was terrible. The cabin crew was aggressive. The seat and leg room was cramped. The temperature was unbelievably hot."

Cons: "This flight was five hours late. there was an exchange of four planes before United could provide one that did not need maintenance. When it was time to board there was a last minute gate change to a different terminal. Surely United must have known of this hours in advance."

Cons: "We sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate to find out that the dispatcher did not have paperwork for the flight and hence we could not leave yet. We were not told of all of the issues and were kept sitting on the plane idle for 2 hours before we had to deplane and wait even more."
Cons: "Again crew seemed annoyed with people. The flight was delayed 2 hours. The person giving info and safety demonstration talked so fast no one could understand them."

Cons: "Called ahead to secure a vegetarian meal option for a 6-hr flight and the meal was promised. Once on flight it was explained to me that vegetarian option was not offered on this flight. If customer rep would have explained that, u would have taken measures to bring along a prepared meal for myself. Not okay."
Pros: "Security Video was interesting. Seat was wide and comfortable."
Cons: "Food was tasty, but strange smell was contaminated. Announce was so fast and unclear both English and Japanese. I felt no intention to communicate."
Pros: "Economy tickets were over sold and I was moved to 1st class seat! Best flight ever.!!!"

Pros: "Because of the delay, I missed my connecting flight, but a United staff member was ready to hand me a boarding pass for a new flight right when I got off the plane. That took away any worry or hassle for me, which I appreciated."
Cons: "We sat on the runway for 2 hours. Also, my headphone jack was broken, so I could not connect my headphones to watch a movie. When I tried to explain the problem, the flight attendant misunderstood and just ended up bringing me a new pair of headphones... not helpful."

Cons: "The plane left 7 hours late - for a 45 min flight. I got on another flight (only becuase I sought a solution to arri9ving 7 hrs late) but still arrived several hours after my determined arrival time. No compenatio or apology."

Cons: "They might as well have thrown us in a car trunk the crew was very unaccommodating they didn't really care about us and the room legroom is ridiculously smal. On the connecting flight, the last flight the plane was two thirds empty and the crew made us sit in our assigned seats, crammed together telling us that if we want to sit in a seat with more legroom we have to pay $180"

There way no anouncement about a delay just one that the crew arrived, nothing about why we where delayed or estimation of time when we would board. Other delayed fights where getting information over the loud speaker. The attendants left the area came back when we could board and hurded us on the plane. Not a friendly face or smile. Everyone was tired, a little civility would have gone a long way"

Cons: "So we arrived at the desk after a 7hr international flight ready for the final 1hr leg - only to be confronted with "flight overbooked" looking for 9 volunteers - how can you over book a 40 seat flight by 9 ???? So we had an anxious wait wondering if we'd be dumped from the flight - we weren't but it wasn't enjoyable waiting for the flight and our meeting with our grand kids."

Pros: "A really small and swift on her feet lady was waiting for us upon arrival, and had the best attitude meanwhile she rushed us through airport security, costumes, check in desk and boarding desk. I realize the Brussels Airlines delay is not toyr responsibility, yet you assumed the consecuences and managed it smoothly and coformtably for us."
Cons: "Even though the staff did an impeccable job rushing us through LHR to catch the flight, the situation was not comfortable at all. During the flight, the staff made sure that economy felt the economy - no smiles, no please or thank you - deffinitely not paying first class with that kind of staff aboard. On top of that, my luggage arrived 12hrs later on another flight and I was not even offered a chocolate bar... I can see why the tickets were the cheapest ones, I just didn't expect it to get as far as not delivering the luggage with the passenger."
