Cons: "No plane available for the scheduled flight. Had to bring one from the hangar. Seems they can anticipate these issues in advance a little better and be more efficient in resolving them as this is what they do on a daily basis. Once plane available, no crew was available. What happened to our original crew? Attendants @ the desk would mumble "updates" in the overhead phone which were inaudible, prompting passengers to constantly approach the desk to ask about flight status. The whole process seemed unprofessional."

It turned into a bit of a cattle call and once inside the cabin of the plane there was much more standing around while people stowed their carry-on bags and settled into their seats. Loading from the back to front was done on the other flights and it was much more organized that way."

We were Delayed, which is understandable, but not sure why we couldn't board and wait for crew to come on to speed up process rather than waiting for crew to arrive to even begin boarding process. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

The plane was uncomfortable and the screens in front of me were useless because they were so low quality. The air craft has an option for fax but has no USB charger or port for a 10 hour flight. The aircraft I was on was not fit for that long of a distance."

Ended up using Sani-wipes and had no coffee - seemed ok for a relatively short flight and half full plane. 90 minutes to make the decision to just go on resulting in many rescheduled flights."

Flew back on Delta and didn't see any of this. Between this and their recent beating up of customers, no more United for me."

The crew I feel for as they, I am sure, felt the stress of the flight being late to get in (and thus causing the other flights of that particular plane to be behind). The free sandwiches offered by SFO as an apology were a good thought but no substitute for timely delivery. Not a nock on SFO just an unfortunate circumstance."
