Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325.

Cons: My registered luggage was sent LAX->MDE and i had a short change in MEX. Running out of the LAX->MEX plane, the crew the said: "don't forget to pick up your luggage".. and then all went pairshaped. One member of MEX staff claimed the baggage is going directly to destination, another said that it won't and i need to pick it up myself and do god knows what with it. LAX->MEX flight delayed by 30mins, 1hr change time. Everybody relaxed just me loosing all my boozy contraband as i had no choice but to put my registered luggage thru security.

I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!

Cons: Probably one of the most tedious flights of my life. Unexplained delays while sitting on the tarmac and not allowed to get up to go the bathroom because “we could be leaving any minute”. Repeated indications that we were cleared to move, and then no movement for another 15 minutes before assuring us they were cleared to move. Everything about this airline, from check-in to boarding to taxiing to deplaning to baggage claim felt like it took 60-80% longer than it had to, with no real customer service to be found. This is an airline that does nothing more than provide passengers with a way of getting from point A to point B, eventually; getting there on time, or in comfort, was clearly a luxury their airline was not positioned to deliver. First and last time flying Aeromexico, especially with Internet, Volaris, and other carriers plowing the same routes.

Cons: I'm fairly tall, so I spend the extra for Economy+ for a few extra inches of leg room. It's still not adequate, but it's better than nothing. However, the seats on Aeromexico's E+ are more uncomfortable than any other E+ seats I've sat it. Truly awful to sit in for even a short period of time. Also, the planes are not clean. There was a half eaten lollipop stuck to the floor in front of my seat on our outbound flight, and on our return flight there was some sort of dried spill (I HOPE it was a spill, and not some sort of bodily fluid) on the wall under the window. If you want your drink to be cold you need to ask for ice - otherwise expect room temperature water/soda/juice, and only a tiny cup of it - there are no full cans of soda here. This wasn't a huge deal to me, but on our return flight I was quite parched and never could quench my thirst with the little amount of water I was given. All this said, I'd probably still suffer through a direct Aeromexico flight than deal with a layover on another airline.

Cons: With one hour to go, a man in my row in the AMPlus section (which costs extra for a bit more comfort in economy) was joined by his companion who started the flight in the back, the basic economy fare which does not cost extra.. I didn’t appreciate the fact that she got to sit up front without paying and that the AeroMexico crew did nothing to call her out or send her back. The lesson: Don’t pay the extra money for AM Plus. Just wait until no one is watching and move up front. No one cares—except your fellow passengers who paid for the added comfort.

I was traveling with my mother to Mexico to celebrate her 60th birthday and was very excited to upgrade to kick off the celebration. We were offered a glass of water or orange juice after boarding; and when we requested a celebratory glass of champagne, we were denied. As in all other airlines first class participants are served anything they desire while the economy passengers board. It wasn’t until an hour into our flight that we were offered something again. At one point, I turned around and noticed that the first several rows of economy class already had their meals. Before first class. This is not something I would expect. I only fly economy class and was beyond excited to experience the first class amenities, only to feel extremely disappointed in the service by AeroMexico. At this time, I would like to request a refund on the upgrade.

So the e-mail service provider didn't allow me to log in. I suffered from proving that I received eTA. I had to spend much time on collecting and showing all the itineraries related to Vancouver. So I could never visit the VIP Lounge for Business Class passengers because of insufficient time.I had to go to the gate directly to avoid my flight. It was very hard time.

Cons: I was seated next to the toilets at the rear of the aircraft and I didn't like that seat. Guys, you really need to do something about this, because during the whole flight I had people standing next to me while queuing to go to the toilets. So, I was 12 hours with people next to my seat, watching me all the time and pushing the back of my seat while they made their way through the queue waiting for their turn to go to the toilet. Terrible situation having people queuing next to my seat and hearing the flushing sounds the whole flight.

I saw disable passenger without any attendance when wheelchair was requested.They don't have any idea that you are part of a business industry with many competitors. Cons: I experience an incident that affected emotionally my family. One hour after depart from Mexico City, the fly attendance announce that we need to land in Guadalajara for safety/security reason. You removed a youth passenger without any strong and fair reason, because he was unlucky this day: He was accommodated together with 2 members of a middle east family that was logically to be filled by the 3. he touch friendly the kid near him and his father that was in different place??? react negative against this normal gesture of the youth passenger. Why you didn't put the entire family together from the beginning?

Cons: I was sent to Sala A & there was agate # 1 there; however, there was a second Sala A with a Gate #1 & from there my plane was boarding by the time I made it to the correct boarding gate it was too late for me to board the plane. I had to purchase another plane ticket in order for me to make it to the United States. It was a bad situation & the employees were very rude. They blame me & the manager never show his face to help me out. He could have at least given me a discount given the award situation. But, the customer service or will to help me was just not there.

Cons: We arrived at the airport to find that they had overbooked the plane and our family's 4 seats were in jeopardy. We had to wait until they had processed everyone else in line, even though we had gotten there first, because either they were in the "sky priority" line or because maybe they had pre-bought their seat assignments. After a tense 20 minutes of waiting, they closed the flight and let us have our seats. Then, at the gate, they confiscated two of our most important carry on bags and checked them because they said that children are not allowed a carry on item -- despite paying full freight for their seats! It was very nerve-wracking at our arrival destinations as these two items were not padlocked and were the very last to come on the conveyor belt.

Cons: Aeromexico is a scam. I will never travel with Aeromexico again. When we arrived in Mexico City, MX the airline changed their boarding gate without notification. We were sitting at the original gate for 2 hours only to realize they never called us to board. By the time we got to the correct gate, we were not allowed to board the plane because they said we were late. The plane left at 5:00 p.m and we arrived at the gate at 4:50 p.m. They informed us that we had to purchase new tickets which cost $370 per person. There were 4 of us. After arguing with the Aeromexico representatives and supervisor for over 5 hours and having them check their flight boards they admitted to making the mistake so they changed our flights without charging us, but now our flight leaves the next day at 6:20 a.m. and we will not get to our final destination until 4:15 p.m. So, we have to spend our night sleeping in the airport until our morning flight at no fault of our own. Their customer service is the worse and I've never ever had this kind of travel experience with any other flight. I am fed up, tired, and will be reporting this airline for fraud because many other customers have had the same experience. Never again will I travel with Aeromexico and Kayak should be ashamed to partner with this airline.

Cons: I'm stuck in this huge airport because the connection time between Mexico City and my next flight to Leon was vastly underestimated. In Vancouver I was assured that one and a half hours would be sufficient but when I saw the line through immigration I realized what a joke that was. That process alone took well over two hours, followed by another hour to pick up my bag, find the correct spot to drop it off again and then re-enter the boarding area. Meanwhile, the shuttle I arranged to pick me up in Leon have one and gone. So, here I sit, exhausted, frustrated and weary, waiting for the next flight, and not knowing how I will get to my destination in the dark hours of the night. I could do with back rub and a shoulder to cry on.

Pros: Once again I expected to had at least in this flight a decent meal on board cause I was starving, I overpay this flight from Houston to Guatemala City it was a last minute ticket, so at least I expected to have a good meal instead of snacks, peanuts and a small drink. The space within seats was really small, I got bad luck to be trapped between to guys, so the flight was really uncomfortable to be a 2 hours flight, they overbooked the flight from Monterrey to Mexico City in order to make more profit, really hot and humid inside, really old plane, just enough to achieve the goal which is transport people from A to B no matter what just bring it here.

Cons: The email said that we could check-in online 48 hours ahead of time. This was not available until less than 24 hours ahead of time. Then when I tried to use this feature, it would not work. The webpage was malfunctioning and would not let me check-in. When we checked in at the desk at the airport, it took them a ridiculous amount of time to find us seats. When she did finally find us seats with barely enough time left to get to the gate to board, she had put two of us on stand-by for the connecting flight. There should have been no question about us having seats let alone being put on stand-by. We had booked this flight well in advance and had confirmation from the booking site and AeroMexico. When we got to Mexico City, they had already bumped the two on stand-by off our flight and put them on another flight the would leave 6 hours later that day. Again there was no possible justification for this, especially since the flight they should have been on with us was only 2/3 full. Although this was less of a nightmare that my 1st flight with AeroMexico had been, again the staff was unhelpful and purposely caused us inconvenience and delay for unacceptable reasons. I intend to never fly with AeroMexico and will tell everyone I know not to fly with them either.

Cons: Our flight from Dallas was delayed due to the crew being late to show up. This delay was so late that there was no way we would make the connecting flight in Mexico City. Staff in both airports knew this and made no attempts to remedy the problem. In Dallas the avoided answering questions or being helpful. When we got to Mexico City they kept us on the shuttle bus sitting outside the airport doors for an extended amount of time. They refused to let us out of the bus despite several requests. When we finally were allowed to leave the bus and enter airport we were handed new boarding tickets. We were not given any instruction on what to do or where to go or even told that we had missed our flight and it was no use anyway. I along with several other people wondered around the airport trying to find where to go for baggage claim, customs and the boarding gate. Airport staff did not try to help or answer questions. When I finally found my luggage, sent it on to the other flight, made it to the boarding gate, the staff there informed me that I had missed my flight and would not be flying out until 16 hours later. This was distressing enough, but when they laughed at me while they were telling me, it made the whole situation intolerable. At that point I went to try to find someone who would be helpful and not laugh at me. I found the check-in desk. The lady there did not laugh at me but gave me the run around about how weather had caused the delay and the airline could not help me with a better flight or even hotel accommodations. She informed me that my luggage was still in the airport and that I could retrieve it in baggage claim. Retrieving my luggage was another nightmare. None of the airport staff outside of the glass doors to baggage claim could understand that I needed to reclaim my luggage. I cannot imagine how seeing that 30 some other people had to have already returned to do the same thing just a few minutes earlier. I intend to never fly AeroMexico again. And I will be telling everyone I know not to fly them. This airline allowed us to miss our connecting flight because of crew incompetence. They made to attempts to remedy the problem or make up for it, instead the staff lied, was purposely unhelpful and at times rude and disrespectful.

Pros: Flight was fine. Good staff on board and nice food etc.
Cons: Arrived at MEX to get through thousands of people at immigration and customs. Ended up missing my connection by a meer few minutes because of the sheer volume. Aeromexico could have waited a few mins for me as they knew I had arrived from London but didn't wait for me so I was rather annoyed by this. Aeromexico even agreed with me that the airport was overly busy so I think they should have accounted for this. To top it off I found out later that the connection flight had been delayed so not impressed,I'm sure they could have got me on board.

Cons: No snacks or drinks provided on any of my flights on American this weekend. 2 of them were real short so that makes sense but other 2 were long enough to have this but stopped before my row. We were Delayed, which is understandable, but not sure why we couldn't board and wait for crew to come on to speed up process rather than waiting for crew to arrive to even begin boarding process. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights.

Cons: Our extra legroom premium seats didn’t feel like we had much more room. No TVs, WiFi that didn’t work...left a lot to be desired. I know the standards are pretty low in the US compared to other countries, but for a plane that seemed relatively new, the lack of standard technology seemed cheap.

Cons: AA did not update the flight status. My inbound flight was delayed due to weather but AA kept reporting the connecting flight as on time. I ended up making the connection with time to spare. If AA had reported the delayed departure I would have stopped for food. My bag did not make the connection.

No lodging because not their fault! Okay, storm not their fault, faulty policy is!

Cons: no entertainment! Nothing. On the flight from Mex City to LAX the bathroom facilities were so limited that some Economy class passengers had to try to use the business class or first class facilities' An FA then came on the intercom and said Economy class must only use their own facilities and this is according to an FAA regulation. THat is a straight out lie. If you eliminate bathrooms from Economy class to squeeze in more seats this problem will persist. American Airlines should be ashamed of itself.

Pros: Did reschedule our flight before we left which was helpful -Group 4 but at least we could get home.
Cons: Paid for seats closer to front to get off for connecting flight. Waste of money as flight was delayed 90 minutes trying to fix the water system which the slow response maintenance crew never fixed. Ended up using Sani-wipes and had no coffee - seemed ok for a relatively short flight and half full plane. 90 minutes to make the decision to just go on resulting in many rescheduled flights.

Cons: Luthsansa sent the reminder 30 prior the flight that was a delay on the flight operated by United. I called customer service they do don’t helped and hanged up twice. Finally after waiting for an hour on the airport the same flight was change 4 times more. A manager in United got us in a different flight but we arrived 40 minutes later to Madrid and missed our connection to our other flight. I had to buy a one way expensive tickets because my connection was loss due to the issues with the FL rigth from Charlotte

Cons: Out flight was supposed to leave by 11:10 PM. United kept delaying the flight until 2 AM when they announced they flight was delayed to 8AM the following morning. At that point we had to stand for 1.5 hours in line in customer service with no information as to why this had happened. By the time we were with customer service it was too late to go to a hotel to sleep, so we had to sleep in the floor of the airport. The flight boarded to leave by 8 AM but we were again delayed in the runway 2 more hours. The last explanation the gave us was that the copilot never showed up. I do not recommend flying with United Airlines.

Cons: Flight delayed, otherwise the seats were the same as all other planes I've been on. Not sure how you differientiate a consistiently bad experience between the 5 or 6 airlines that are left. Our expectations are now so low that if an airline Employee smiles at us we give their employer 5 stars. We should probably find a better way to rate the cable companies and airlines in our lives.

Cons: Our flight from Charlotte to Chicago was horrible!!! It felt as if a trainee was flying our plane. Landing was so bad that I threw my feet onto the back of the seat in front of me to brace myself for landing.

Pros: The check in staff which was the same boarding staff was below average there was 3 agents who very poor, poor in attitude, poor in problem solving, wished at that moment I had booked on another airline.

Pros: On the departure as well as an early arrival to my destination.
Cons: I kept getting bumped into by flight crew ever though I was clear from the aisle, and they would constantly be walking up and down. I had to hold in my trip to a restroom until touch down because I didn't want to get caught up in the ridiculous cross traffic on a plane. Overhead compartment adjacent to me kept opening, thankfully, it didn't cause an accident.

Pros: We ultimately landed safely.
Cons: The flight was 40 minutes late on departure and arrival. The front landing gear was not functioning properly so we circled the airport to have the tower verify whether the landing gear was down. In the meantime the flight attendant prepared us for an emergency landing with our hands crossed in front of us. It was the scariest flight I've ever taken.

Cons: AgainThe person next to me was so obese she needed two extenqders. She was taking up her seat and most of her neighbors, she was in the middle. I was literally pinned against the aisle arm rest. It was a full flight and I wasn't able to be moved. For the entire flight I was cramped and pinned with no where to go.

Cons: The most uncomfortable seat I have ever ridden on a flight. My back and posterior were in pain for over a day after the flight. Terrible treatment of passengers to pack a few more people in like cattle. Thinnest seats I have ever seen that felt and looked like hard plastic. This was an Embraer 175 jet...will never fly on one of these again. Had a hard landing in excellent weather. Flew the same route back to Charlotte on an American Airlines A320...these seats were comfortable and the landing was smooth even with a 20mph crosswind.

Cons: We waited for a while to depart; I believe that's customary dealy for Charlotte Douglas now, so not a sole reflection of United.

Pros: Total waste of my money paying for business class with such an old plane. Uncomfortable seats, bad bad service, and no pillows or eye masks.

Cons: Crew was not friendly. Snack did not taste good. Asked for hot tea but the stewardist was too focused on other things to hear me ask for sugar twice. I ended up with no sugar and didn't drink the tea. Upon departure, no one said "thanks for flying with us" or said goodbye. They were too busy with their own tasks. Delta does it better... No offense.

Cons: We received a notification 2 hours before our Friday flight that it was cancelled, rescheduled for 24 hours later with no help in finding alternate options. All United employees were rude and non helpful. We were forced to switch airlines to Delta, and I will never fly United again. Very disappointing, we got into Chicago Friday night at 12PM CST, 1AM

Cons: We were delayed and sitting on the plane for almost 4 hours and were left with few explanations. The crew was not friendly.

Cons: My flight was cancelled due to the weather. I had to stay at the hotel with my parents and then fly next day. I had 11 bags and was told that United can't hold bags in airport so I had to take them to the airport. I paid twice for my luggage . I paid about $700 as a sequence for the flight delay.

Cons: I got to the airport 40 minutes early. The flight was out at 6:20, I was there by 5:40. They did not let me print out a boarding pass. I could see the gate from the security line and the security line was EMPTY. There was no reason for them not to let me get on the plane, but they ended up scheduling me for a flight to Denver with the connecting flight in the morning- delaying my trip 24 hrs and charging me an extra 125$!!! I ended up paying an extra 85$ to American and was able to get to PHX that afternoon! The ladies at United were straight up RUDE too. When I told the lady at the counter my name she rolled her eyes.

Pros: They serveded drinks and I have to buy a sandwich that it was not good at all

Pros: She was very understanding to my 37 minute layover in Denver and upgraded me to seat row 11 from seat row 31 to make sure I could get off the plane quicker. Very much appreciated and why I always fly United with my MilagePlus card. I had been on vacation for a week and had to be at work the next day.
