Cons: Flight was good. Kayak service terriible. First time user and I’ll never use it again. Who wants to deal with a third third part. Information was not translated properly and resulted in my wife and I on separate flight.

Cons: I’ve had 4 flights, none of which departed on time Not even a glass of water offered: IBERIA doesn’t have the prices of WizzAir or Ryanair, but what they offer onboard is pretty much the same as those airlines

Cons: To be honest, i feel like your pricing is very misleading. I was not prepared to pay $60 per bag in luggage fees. For an international flight, I believe your site should be much more clear in stating whether the fees paid will include luggage or not. I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport.

Pros: The pilot did an excellent job navigating through rough weather.

Cons: Boarding is a mess, too many special groups, and then the masses get in and it just becomes a zoo inside the plane. There are so many charges, flying these days is really not better than taking a local bus.

Cons: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.

Pros: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.

Cons: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.

Cons: I called the airlines and requested a special meal, and was only provided it one-way so was left unable to eat anything. Water was free, but would only give you small amounts and was very infrequent. Waiting in the queue to check luggage took over an hour. There were only a few attendants, and at one point all attendants left except for the one that was checking in flight attendants. Awful.

Pros: The seat is not comfortable. although the plane was an A380, but the configuration is not as comfortable ASIANA.

Cons: The boarding process is so poorly organized : very very long lines, just a couple of gates for security. The worst I have ever seen is at the Frankfurt airport. It is so bad that I swear I would never fly Lufthansa again. Talking about German efficiency ... nil .

Pros: Friendly and helpful crew. We were served drinks and food. I liked that the flight attendants requested everyone put their seats in the upright position anytime food was served so that the person sitting behind you had space to eat.
