Pros: Crew was professional and understanding/empathetic given the circumstances. We were delayed 4 hrs.
Cons: While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Pros: Nothing to like when 1. you are arriving at your destination after 24 hours plus delays. 2. you paid Comfort+ class (not cheap) and are constantly pushed back in the Main Cabin.

Cons: The international flights plane was much older - janky outdated screen that’s hard to use, zero leg room, and usb outlets that didn’t work. Also the WiFi kept dropping. The delta staff, food service and nice extras like warm cookies and towels were excellent.

Cons: The flight is operated by Air France and I would have preferred Delta. It was extremely cramped but the food was excellent and it was on time

Pros: They were very helpful. I hurt my leg and am on crutches and they were extremely helpful to get me to my next gate in Minneapolis and to get me to baggage claim in Philadelphia.

Pros: Smooth flight on new B757 with good entertainment system and Comfort+ seating legroom worth the extra cost but I was disappointed that the overhead storage bins above our seats were filled by pax from other seats before we arrived even though we were given priority boarding and the toilets were filthy.
Cons: Boarding passengers should be more carefully controlled with amount and size of cabin luggage and where they place them. Toilets should be more frequently cleaned in flight.

Pros: The Delta check-in at RDU was terribly understaffed with only 2 agents handling baggage drop-off for a fully booked Boeing 757. I waited over 1 hour and got to the gate at the last minute. Poorly managed! The flight crew was great though! Very attentive service even in the economy class!

Cons: I have the worst opinion of the Delta company, when I was flying to Atlanta on October 20 they changed my flight at the last minute I had to leave until my job to take another flight. Just today when returning my suitcase did not arrive they sent it to another destination. I think the company gives very bad service.

Cons: The poorly staffed bag check at BTV was maddening. We waited in line for what felt like 15 or more minutes. Boarding was also badly managed and took 20 minutes or so. There was no jetway so passengers had to walk a distance to the plane. The attendants all seemed to be having a bad morning. Not terribly friendly.

Cons: Zero communication to the passengers as to why we were delayed for almost an hour sitting on the plane

Cons: Because our first flight was delayed over 4 hours we missed our connection and had to be re-booked on the only other flight that still had seats that day. We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again.

I had to decide whether ir not to believe the alerts, get some things done and change my airport departure time .... or to disregard the alerts. Flight ended up leaving on time. Why the alerts??

Cons: Flight was delayed for nearly 5 hours. There was no accommodations for the delay, except for apologies. Very limited snacks were provided, but this huge delay cut into our reservations and vacation in our resort.

Pros: The single flight attendant was very friendly and down to earth, and was keen to share her experience with us.
Cons: De Havilland Dash-8's can be a bit noisy, and they seem to be the only planes they fly into Hilton Head. However, that isn't to say you're unable to get sleep on them, because my partner and I both slept the entire flight- the vibrations are only slightly disconcerting. Departure was about 15 minutes late out of Charlotte.

Pros: I messed up royally, as a result, I missed my flight to Miami. However, they were able to put me on the available flight without the extra cost to me. Thanks a lot.

Pros: Flew United out of Sioux Falls. Check in took forever. United employees were miserable. Did get some help from a very nice TSA woman. TSA check in was a nightmare. Almost missed flight. Complete chaos. The sat on runway for 40 minutes waging for luggage to be loaded. Almost missed connecting flight. Just plane horrible. Very helpful stewardess however.

Cons: Upon checking in a boarding time was given of 0530. A line formed to get in a row 1/2. I would think business class would have a separate boarding rather than line 1. Once in line there was over an hour delay in boarding with no I repeat no information coming from the boarding agents, people were not happy as I heard many complaints. I was lucky and got a electronic notification but no reason. What a way to start a vacation!

Cons: Maintnece delayed our flight for nearly 3 hours. We remained aboard the parked plan for this time span and not allowed to get off of plan.

Cons: United was unorganized and they acted as if these cancellations were no big deal. Those two days that we missed could have been spent at work. Now I have wasted PTO time that I can't get back and wasted money at our resort that I wasn't able to get back. One of the agents at Bradley International Airport Sammy put her hands on my friend and screamed in her face USING FOUL LANGUAGE with a line full of people and their children waiting to check in. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. We did get police and management involved. The overall experience was terrible.

Pros: Nothing about this flight did my husband enkoy, we have been apart 3 months, and he never made it in he had to turn around and go back to hawaii, he has a bad leg, and they layover in Newark was gonna be extensive

After placing several calls prior to my departure date to confirm that my 40 inch TV was ok for transportation , it wasn't until I got to the airport to find out that I was unable to take the TV or the TV stand.. I live in Philadelphia and had nowhere to leave it causing me to give it to a stranger in order to make my flight . I am very distraught that the information indicating there was an embargo restricting the transportatione of TV greater 32 inches or boxes to Montego Bay was not given during any of those calls.. I don't understand why that information was not sent in an email prior.. On top of that I placed a call to customs in Montego Bay and was adviced that the embargo is enforced by the airline not customs... If I could some how get some answers regarding this I would appreciate it...

Took 25 minutes after we landed for the first bag to come down the chute at baggage claim. My first class dining options were chips, pretzels, or a banana. Short flight but still.

Pros: Well, my original flight was cancelled due to bad weather, got to spend 2 extra days with my family! Gave up my seat on the last leg of my flight, got a 500$ voucher, put up in a beautiful hotel, w/ a nice meal and transportation. Like winning a sweepstake. Always love United, great airline, great staff.

Pros: Seats were comfortable. I passed out so couldn't take advantage of the food and entertainment. Nevertheless, I was comfortable enough to take a snooze. Despite the turbulence, Captain remained in control and ensured smooth safe travel.
Cons: Sitting in the middle. And the bright light from the TV kept turning on because I would lay my arms on the arm rest. Also, airline attendants were not friendly. Maybe, they too needed to take a quick snooze.

Cons: One flight attendant seemed very tired. I had my garbage gathered up to give when she came by, but she zipped past me with the garbage bag and didn't see my things. She zipped by again without a bag just as we were about to land and I was able to hold it out for her. And she says "seriously?!" to me, as if I had been hiding it from her.

The entire flight the air conditioning barely worked and it was extremely hot while we were stuck waiting to take off. No explanation or apology from any crew about the air.

There was also an extremely overweight person next to me, I couldn't lean back.I had to ride the entire flight on the edge of the seat stooped over. They should have made the large man buy 2 seats.

Cons: Upon arriving to Albuquerque we landed the bridge would not open instead of moving us over to another gate they had people come out with tools to open it which they have nothing but time because they're on the time clock .we are not we have to get off that plane and go on with our lives . We were on the plane for one hour before they moved us to another gate . They backed us up and disconnected us and didn't realize they have to pull us back to the front gate so we have to wait again for them to come back hook us up and pull us to the gate . I believe it is very selfish on United part. because passengers were not on a time clock everybody else was it was very uncomfortable nothing to drink needed to use the bathroom it was held very unprofessional I would appreciate have my flight money back or A free flight to try to earn your trust again ✈️
