Very good seat, very comfortable, good food, and good service.
It was a good flight, very comfortable seats for sleeping in business class. Probably the most comfortable business class seat I've ever had (20+ times in business class on various airlines). Service was good, but the only downside is my screen didn't work and it had to be reset multiple times to get it to shut off. I had to block my eyes because the screen was white almost the entire flight and I wore an eye mask when I slept. But when eating and reading in my seat, my eyes hurt because the only way to turn the screen off was reset it and the screen would only be off for a few minutes at a time.
Everything was wonderful! AirBus seats are more comfortable to sleep in as compared to the Boeing planes.
All reviews good because...flight from BWI to London ,economy seats was miserable. I usually book 1,step up from economy but this would have added 1500 bucks 1 way. Bit the bullet and upgraded for retun flight, otherwise all ratings would have been rock bottom.
Great. It was awesome to have boarding from the front and back of the plane as it made the process go very quickly
It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.
Wish that everyone would board the back of the plane first. Also let kids on first. The gate wasn’t open at arrival and we waited 45 minutes to takeoff. They made up for time in the air.
This was an absolutely exceptional flight. The flight attendants were extremely attentive and very friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to make us comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed., We were in business and were very happy with the size and the details for our pods. We would definitely recommend Finnair and will definitely be flying with them again.
We had an excellent trip with Finnair. This was our first time and we’re very pleased. The only issue was with the boarding - it was a little bit confusing and needs a little bit of streamlining.
Crew very lovely. Arrived an hour late due to bad weather. We were given new tickets to an other flight but it could have been organised better, so we did not have to run through the whole airport to.

Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks

Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
The aircraft had several problems - from excess fuel to non operational ac. Two hours of delay in Chicago could have been avoided with proper planning and aircraft maintenance.
They made me pay $40 to check a bag that was listed as free when I bought my ticket. Then before boarding they offered to check any bags free.
The seats from lax to DFW was so tight that I could not move my legs . No WiFi and had to pay . Not a good selection of entertainment
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?
Lower WiFi prices; allow us to see our flight on a map; more variety of drink choices.
Kayak was among the missing. There was not the usual advice regarding next gate after arriving in Dallas. No communication after the reminder to check in before the Moline flight. What happened?
They should have allowed for extra time to de-ice the plane before boarding passengers. This delayed us about 10-15 mins after we boarded. Overall experience was fine. Crew was friendly and on top of everything. We didn’t have any issues during the flight.
Our flight from Eagle to Vail was delayed to the point we missed our connection to Savannah. Now we’re a family of 4 in a hotel room with luggage, no toiletries, no clean clothes. Gate attendant said the delay was mechanical but it was put in the system as something else so no compensation. That’s just wrong.
Boarding, crew, food and baggage handling excellent (no bags lost, yay!). However for an 8 hour flight, there were limited entertainment options. And really would have liked to have a pillow!
The crew was super friendly and helpful. The food was quite good. An overall positive experience.
A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.
why can't planes be boarded from back to front?? everything was great otherwise
We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.
For what we are willing to pay for international air travel, our experience was very good. We had no problem checking in, we had very little wait time at the AA counter in Madrid, and the staff in Madrid were very helpful. The flight crew was helpful and courteous, the plane was on the newer side, and our assigned seats were together without us needing to purchase them. The flight took off on time and arrived early. Overall, it was a pleasant experience or as much as could be expected in economy for almost 10 hours.
Boarding was easy, the flight left on time and even landed 20 minutes early. The food was plentiful and really good! The crew was kind & helpful. Overall it was an exceptional experience!
We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.

temperature was too cold there should be free blankets, seat are very uncomfortable, entertainment is limited.
My touch screen at my seat wasn't working, the films BA advertised on the website for this flight were not available, and the plane was a little dated, food was good and the staff were good, just let down by the aircraft facilities.
Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort

My seat cushion was poor. The cushion was compressed and was uncomfortable for such a long flight.

I was attacked in the Miami airport and the staff did nothing. On my flight from London to Miami one of the flight attendants screamed at me and demanded I keep my seat in the upright position at all times during the fight so the man behind me was comfortable for the flight. I will never in my life use British airways again
There might be more food options for people who can't eat so much starch/sugar/bread/rice. Meat, cheese, walnuts/pecans for snack, maybe jerky or other kinds of meat-based snacks would be better than bread and rice and sweets. I had an extra chardonnay, which was fine. The entertainment was great.
what would have been better would have been that my booking not been canceled by the system and had I been informed that the booking had been cancelled by the system I could have immediately rebooked and not found out that there was an issue when I was told by the system that I needed to book in. It would have also been good if either the booking agent or BA or anyone been in anyway useful. In the end I had to rebook a flight at an additional cost of $350. So no I'm not impressed by BA any of the other parties involved.
Flight was delayed but my previous flight was as well so It worked to my advantage. This was my first time in first class. I don't think they ever stopped feeding us. The seating area was very spacious and comfortable. The attendants were wonderful, warm, friendly and very personable.
Some how my flight was canceled, neither BA or Justfly.com accepted responsibility. I only found out about this the day before when I tried to check in. I had to book another flight which due to the time ( day before) cost me $300 more. I was still receiving notifications about the flight even when I was on another flight from you. So no my flight to London was not good.
