Bags show in their system, but are not physically present anywhere. It was a direct flight!! TERRIBLE service! they don't know if/when I'll get my bags. Unacceptable, as I have medications inside, thinking they could not screw up a direct flight."

My phone battery was out because my charger was in my checked bag."

We were rebooked for the soonest flight the next morning and told that a hotel would be provided free of charge. Upon arriving in Seattle, that was not the case. The best we were offered was food vouchers, which normally might not have bothered me as much, except that I am pregnant. Sleeping on airport benches at 6 months pregnant is ridiculous!"

In a short 5 minute phone call I was on the next safe flight out only 2 hours behind my regular schedule and they were really nice during the whole conversation!"

We got boarding group one but by the time all the families with kids, first class, and frequent flyers went ahead of us they called all remaining groups together. Forget about overhead space left over, we had to gate check carry on. Seats were very uncomfortable, no room under the seat because of a big metal box for power outlets. No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"

I misunderstood because I replied “I am not checking my backpack, only my suitcase.” The United employee said “no, your ticket” which caused an awkward silence of confusion & everyone surrounding us to look at me like I had said something wrong when in fact it was then United employee that was unclear with her words. I handed her my ticket & the other United employee proceeded to tag my wife’s suitcase but not mine looking at me like I was crazy for offering mine up. Out of further embarrassment & frustration I ended up carrying my suitcase on the plane. The seats on the plane felt like I was sitting against a piece of plywood. If I could give comfort zero stars I would. Terrible customer service & terrible comfort."

When I called ahead of time about it, a United employee told me it was "do-able". We barely made it, even with riding on the skycap's cart. If I hadn't had that cart ride, I would definitely have missed it. Reasonable layovers would be more helpful."

Cons: "We were delayed almost 2 hours. Sick of it every time I fly. Get it together. I missed my ride and had a 6 hour wait for a bus. Ridiculous!"

Pros: "Not bad overall. I was exhausted at one point and passed out in my chair. I would have missed my flight if the gentleman boarding people hadn't noticed and woke me up to ask if I should be on the flight. I was out so deeply that I hadn't heard any announcements. There wasn't any food on the three flights but a cookie waffle thing and that was all I had during the 13ish hours I was on planes. The staff was super awesome and nice. Space wasn't any different than other planes, but tight on the first flight. I got lucky on the last two."

Cons: "Both flights were INCREDIBLY delayed. First, the flight from San Jose was delayed 1.5 hours because they were "waiting for the aircraft." After everybody finally boarded the plane an announcement was made that somehow the luggage crew had damaged the cargo hold, and that everybody would have to deplane. It would take 45 minutes for maintenance crew to arrive to assess the situation. People got up, got their luggage out of the overhead bins, and started moving to the front of the plane. The pilot then came back on the intercom and told everyone they would have to return to their seats. Roughly an hour later we finally took off. It would have been the decent thing to do to AT LEAST offer the passengers something (i.e. comp drinks or snacks), but the cheapskates at United DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. Multiple people missed their connections. Fast forward to IAH--> SAT. Another late flight. This time, everybody boarded the plane only to be informed that due to a problem with the plane's computer everybody would have to sit on the plane while they "rebooted" its computers. This was done TWICE. UNITED AIRLINES, GET IT TOGETHER. There is a very good reason you are consistently ranked one of the WORST US-flagged carriers, which makes you one of the MOST HATED AIRLINES ON THE PLANET. I really and truly pray that the US airlines and their lobbyists lose their battle to prevent foreign flagged carriers from operating within the US, because you all deserve to go bankrupt."

Cons: "Well considering I am still in Houston, the plane left late and I was in the last row and I it took 10+ minutes to deplane, I missed my connection to Corpus Christie!!! The schedule between planes is way to tight!! I am very unhappy and too old to be running to catch my connecting flight. I will never make reservations that the airline or kayak do not consider time needed to change terminals etched"

Cons: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."

Pros: "Wonderful experience the entire way! I did fly first class as I've decided if I have to fly all the way across country I want to be very comfortable, and I was! Thank you United!"

I've never flown Frontier before so I asked the male Steward a couple of questions about the drinks (short bright from GEG to LAS) he was rude as if I should know the rules. So I simply got water which he filled one third of the way and that was it :-("

Pros: "Forced to order a $50 Uber because the flight was delayed over 3hrs. I would like a refund since I always take public transit and allowed for some delays to still be able to take the A-line train. With no explanations our flight was delayed over 3hrs which made us land after the last train and when I talked with frontier agents they said that public transport schedules were not their problem, however their delay prevented me from using RTD and accruing a large charge for a ride home."

I still don't know where my bag is. The plane was supposed to land at 12:45, and I left the airport at 3:30 and missed an important work meeting."
