Cons: The safety instructions portion of the flight was not thorough. They just held up the large card and stood there. No true demonstration which was important to me as I was sitting in the emergency exit row.

Pros: As expected of Delta. With Covid, even the food service understandably was limited. They had prepackaged goodies, albeit not much flexibility, but I had no complaints. Mid row was empty per Covid, for flight comfort, this was somewhat a plus. Knowing air was filtered with HEPA filters every 2 minutes with fresh oxygen and outside air mix was also reassuring.

Cons: Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April.

Cons: The check in and boarding process in Incheon was terrible! My flight ticket was printed and had the wrong name, which the agent at the check in desk did not catch. It was not until I went to the security line when they found a mismatched name. I was asked to go through security THREE TIMES. And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight.

Cons: I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight.

She seemed very laissez faire and there was no information about the connections gate overhead or when I got off the plane. I think that if the flight is delayed, the airline should let passengers know where the close connection gate assignments are to save them time (my flight landed ten minutes after my connection was boarding). 2. The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety.

Pros: The fight was awesome from takeoff to landing. This has been one of the first flights that my ears did not pop and hurt in years!!! We took off about 10 minutes late waiting on a crew member but made the time up in the air. Great flight!!

I appreciated the fact that they were being through for our safety, but catch that before you have people board.

Cons: Flight from Ny to Detroit was delayed for 2 hrs. Coming back was worse after multiple delays, they cancelled the flight. they put me on a flight for next day with 2 connections which will reach ny almost 20 hrs later, no aplogises, no hotel room. After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight...

Pros: Finally getting to my final destination and out of DFW.
Cons: The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 8:20 pm, but due to several delays did not end up getting off the ground until after 11 pm. After being in the air for about 45 minutes we were informed that there were issues with the engine and that we would be turning around and heading back to Dallas. By this point it was after midnight, and although I was appreciative that safely is a priority, there was no communication as to what the next steps were. After landing we were finally told that we would have to deplane, and after we sat around the gate for awhile we were informed that the flight would be delayed until 5 am. Being 12:50 am at this point a hotel would have been nice, but we were informed that AA was "out of hotels" but that if we wanted we could have a $12 food voucher to use at the one restaurant that was open several terminals over. The AA employee assisting in handing out the food vouchers seemed extremely unapologetic about the situation which didn't help with the frustration everyone was feeling. I will not be booking with AA again, and will be passing along my negative experience to family and friends. It is worth spending the extra money on a ticket for an airline that is more reliable with better customer service.

Pros: Just outstanding handling of any upcoming issue, comforting travelers, helping lost moms not knowing what to do with their unbehaving sceaming kids. Helping rude business travelers to get more alcohol without charging them, and many challenges along that line, just handled amazingly!

Pros: The United staff and flight were great, no complaints. We arrived a few minutes too late for my partner to check in with his luggage so they even arranged it so that he would be able to still catch the flight but the luggage would be sent on the following flight. Definitely saved us from the stress of having to be split up and worried on when there would be room for him to catch an alternate flight.
Cons: My complaints are with Newark airport (EWR). The AirTran took over 10-15min to arrive and when it finally did we had to get off and wait for another one which didn’t have space for everyone so a group of us had to wait even longer for the next one to arrive. A guy said he missed his flight last time that happened. They had more trains going to the parking lot for customers leaving the airport than they did for people catching their flights! Then there was only one security check in line, even for expedited check in. Despite allocating extra time for our overall commute, we still made it right on time for boarding so make sure to give yourself PLENTY of time when dealing with EWR.

Pros: The best part of this flight was getting off the plane and vowing never to fly United again. They, in this experience were no better at doing their job - getting people from one place to another on time with a little comfort and dignity - than the cut rate guys. Miserable 13 hour trip for what should've been 4 hours in the air.
Cons: 13 hours of travel time for what should've been 4 hours on two planes. The first was staffed by a miserable crew who seemed bothered by the notion of having to deal with passengers. The second was staffed by a crew who couldn't see the passengers scrounging for anything to cover up with to keep warm. Both crews lacked any sense of pride and professionalism. Add delays to that and you have a sum total of a miserable trip home.

Cons: I was denied an entry to the UNITED LOUNGE at Chicago Air port. The lady stated that this lounge is only for the departing passengers! She scanned my boarding card.and I said to her that I am departing to Detroit. She said I can enter if I am a GOLD card member or purchase a day pass for $59.00. I declined. I am under the impression that United is a partner of Lufthansa.and that they should honor the same Business class privileges as Lufthansa. I found it rather discriminatory act on the part of this particular employee of the United lounge at Chicago airport. Pl. bring it to the attention of the Lufthansa and United . I will appreciate follow up on this matter.

Cons: My flight last week they had us board and then de plane do to plane maintenance after I traveled litterly all day it added an extra hour. Then this flight Washington connection to Detroit from raleigh the pilot never showed up and extra hour went by, we got a new pilots but, then leading to faulty paperwork that took another hour and thirty minutes after boarding the plan to get sorted. When we got that sorted they then proceeded to tell us that the flight atendent had to leave and we had to wait another 20 min for another atendent to arrive before finally making our way to Detroit. They said to file a complaint and we would be compensated for our wait. Not sure if this is the right spot but I'm giving it a go. Thank you Keith

Cons: I didn't like that I booked a flight nearly 2 months ago to only find out I didn't have a seat. I do understand its legal but I don't get how you are putting customers first by causing this drama. I understand how that DR felt when your guards ripped him out of his seat. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to find babysitters and alternate rides all while the snotty lady at the desk kept saying "you may not be flying out today but I cant tell you for sure". So to insure the bottom line you overbook then bump people at your leisure? This little game effects many lives above and beyond just the passengers. I don't plan on booking with United ever again. Why would I? There are many other options that take customer service more seriously. I would love to speak to someone higher up in this organization. But, im sure that will never happen.

Pros: The experience was bad all around. The flight crew was understanding and sympathetic to the situation but offered no concern.
Cons: The gate agent was not helpful when my flight was running late and was going to miss my connection in Chicago. 10 mins is not enough time to taxi to the gate unload and get to my next flight. The doors close 10 mins before even if it was the next gate the door would have been shut. Had to reschedule flight for not the same day or the next day but two days later! During flight my inflight drink was evening coffee and tasted old as if it had been sitting for a while. Was sat next to a sick ER nurse who was coughing and sneezing in and around the open cup. I was sick for 8 and half days following the flight.

Cons: You sold me a ticket on Lufthansa. When I got to Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris I waited 45 minutes in line to check in with Lufthansa. When I got to the counter they said they had no record of my reservation. When I showed them the Lufthansa reservation they told me it actually was for a United flight, even though it clearly said Lufthansa . I had to wait another 45 minutes in the United line to retrieve my boarding pass, then about another hour to go through passport control and security. I barely made my flight. I will never make a reservation through Kayak again. I am deleting your app.

Pros: The seats were more confortable. They could be a bit taller for head room but space between seats and the width of seats were very comfortable.
Cons: The crew seemed very unpleasant. The guy (head crew) was very rude. When asking us to do things he just said it with a tone that was very unneeded. You could tell he didn't want to be there. The lady flight artendant was nice just facially her expressions make her look stand off ish. They talked about passengers to each other in the aisle ways and made comments that "they've talk to this lady each several times and she's not listening". Seemed like private conversation they could try and have.

Cons: The flight was late/ delayed over 6 hours. The crew was rude and very unprofessional. This was the worst experience i have ever had flying. I can honestly say I will Never fly United airlines again. I understand that flights get delayed, but when every worker at the flight check in desk, and flight attendants are rude and have a smug attitude as if they don't care then at that point i walk away from ever doing business with you again.

Cons: The flight was delayed 2 hours without any real explanation of why. They ended up moving us to a new gate at the last minute.

Pros: The personal were mostly very freindly
Cons: My carry-on had to go through the scanner a few times and finally had to be checked. The check person was calling out "who's bag" and I did not hear her. She scolded me for not listening.
