Crew timed out for a 7:20am flight. They had to fly another crew in. Didn’t leave until 3pm. Very poor communication throughout the day. Received a $12 food voucher and 8000 miles for compensation. Bags delayed in San Diego - came in on later flight. Delivered around 11:30pm
From the moment I walked into the airport in Chicago to the moment I was walking off the plane in Florida I had an unforgettable experience! I was traveling with my 3 month old by myself and everyone just made sure I was taken care of. I couldn’t thank them enough!

Cons: "There are too many announcements on the screen before you can start watching entertainment. It takes about 15 minutes."

Pros: "I was in first class this time. The seat was comfortable for the flight of roughly 2-1/2 hours. We were served a continental breakfast that was filling and healthy with cereal, fresh fruit, Brie, soft crackers and yogurt. I'd rather have something simple but satisfying than something overcomplicated and possibly not that good. The crew was polite and efficient. I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."
Cons: "The entertainment system was down, but it wasn't American - it was gogoflight or whatever it's called. I ended up listening to my Audible so it turned out alright, but on a 2+ hour flight, it could have been frustrating."

Cons: "I bought WiFi but never worked. Entertainment didn’t work either. It was cold. At the airport, United has huge lines for bag drop both curbside and inside. waited 30 plus minutes and gave up. Checked bag at gate."

So we had to cancel the entire reservation. I have trip insurance with Allianz, and am trying to get a refund for the tickets. If"
