The was not a vegan option for dinner. I thought the pilot announced complimentary beverages; soft drinks, coffee, tea & alcohol. Perhaps I was mistaken or maybe he was. I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."

Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."

Had a small issue to validate my passport in the automated cheek-in botths and waited over an hour to get them to personally validate. terrible experience. There were several of us with the same problem. I chose Delta given their prestige for great customer service, but they definitely need to do something about some of the folks at Logan's terminal."

Cons: "I'm just glad that we got to the airport 2 1/2 hours early because we needed it. We had to check a dog so we had to go through the special needs line, they had 2 out of 20 of ticket lines open. My wife also needs a wheelchair and after 45 minutes of standing in line, I spoke to one of the idiots that are supposed to be there to help and he went and got a wheelchair which I had to push my wife in the wheelchair through the zig zag line with 2 large suit cases and a dog. It took us an hour and a half to get tickets and then they called for someone to push the wheelchair and we where told to wait for them there. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come but no one came so I started pushing her towards the Sercurity check line and finally someone came to push her and he stayed on his phone the entire time. When my wife got to the point where she needed to walk through the metal detector she was having a little trouble getting out of the chair so they told her to just stay in the chair and they would push her through in the wheelchair. When she got through, they almost strip searched her and patted her down like she was a criminal. That took another 25 minutes!!! They the guy pushed her to our gate and insisted on taking the chair back with him, so 5 minutes later they asked if it was anyone who needed assistance getting on the plane. I went up and told them that my wife needed a chair to get on the plane so they had to call and get another chair which took another 10 minutes and finally we got on the plane. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a ticket and go through Sercurity!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!"

We had 3 people flying together but did not get the seats assigned in one place. Yes, we did not pay extra for confirmed seats but since we were buying 3 tickets I think 3 seats close to each other (if not in one row) should be expected."

I was able to leave out on Friday (11-27-2014) with no problem."

Though, me and the AA rep., had to cross-run about a mile up and down the escalators at terminal 8 , my baggage was left behind and did not make a transfer to FinnAir 6. At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Had the movies been working, it would’ve paused during the long speech. Not cool at all!"

Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

Your luggage was about to get on the belt then they tell you to pay $100 because it was over weight. Ask for a supervisor. Total on her employees side 100% even if she is in the wrong and instructs me to take stuff out of the bag or pay $100. While all this is going on I have my boarding pass and luggage tag in my hands already printed. Cons: "When all the passengers, who book the flight, cannot be accommodated, the airline should not allow booking for that flight. Having a ticket and a boarding pass to board my flight, I was still told (and was not asked if I would like to do this) to take another flight route, which would take me to my destination 5 hours later than my booking time. The complimentary vouchers is not always appreciated when the passenger is already exhausted from previous flughts, and then is told to spend additional time at the airports/flights just because the flight went overcapacity. I wish the flight staff had asked if anybody on the flight was willing to volunteer for a different flight, instead of just making the 4-5 passengers take this alternate route, all because of the overbooking. Also, the flight gate as mentioned on the boarding pass was not accurate, and the only way a passenger can come to know of the change, is if the passenger makes an effort to go verify this information. IMO, the airline should make an announcement, at the least, at the gate mentioned on the boarding pass that the gate has changed."

Cons: "If nothing else United has been consistent in their late departures and arrivals backed by absolute lies about the reason for delays. Staff says one thing then Pilot says something completely counter. Then the lack of any sort of heartfelt appology adds to the insult. Every flight was overbooked by at least 5 people. Total incompetence. Moreover, United has made profit so obviously more important than client comfort. The seats were similar to a straight back Dining room chair except with your knees in your chest. They even took away the seat back pouch as a smal comfort to place items to be replaced with an 8 inch high mesh that fits nothing larger than your cell phone. A 6 hour flight and 1 drink service with 1/2 glass of soda. Pay $7.99 only to find out that video does not work through Canada which was the majority of the flight"
