On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

I love flying DELTA it's my favorite airline to fly I love the staff the flight attendants and most importantly the safe flights that the pilots bring every time!!!! period!! My experience has been beautiful every time....I hope the good standards will always be kept

Flight and gate staff were great as usual. Inflight entertainment did not work. Was watching a movie while at gate. Screen went blank once started to taxi to runway and never came back on until landing and taxi to terminal. Grrrr flight attendants were too busy to bother them. All seats around me were working fine that I could see.

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The pilot was excellent - he flew us around a storm and even though predicted it would be a bumpy ride - was able to avoid all turbulence and land us safely with only a 15 min delay. Kudos!

Worst food I've ever seen on a plane. One flight attendant must have been going through a bad breakup, although the one who kept covering for her was excellent.

It was great I love flying Delta and have never had a bad experience with them

They were 2 hours late departing with no explanation. I missed my connection, was rebooked not in correct seating that I paid for. Over all of was horrible. I now know why I've not flown Delta since 2018

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains

At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.

Terrible. 2 hour delay. Sat on the tarmac. Missed my connecting flight. Had to ARGUE with Customer service to get a hotel and food. Terrible experience with my loyal carrier

Flight delayed from Cape Town to Washington then got diverted to miami and in miami we had to fend for ourselves , im still trying to get to Shreveport now

I liked the exit row seat. Hated the distance between gates in Houston.

delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.

I just wrote a text which was supposed to be for the flight from Denver to spokane not Frankfurt to Denver.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

Meals were adequate but could be better. Lots of movies, podcasts, tv shows. We really enjoyed using our personal headsets highly recommended. 15 hrs flight great to travel at night.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

I really did not like being ordered to pull my shade down by the attendants. One of them was very rude to me about it, standing there until I closed it like I was a child brusquely reaching across me to close an adjoining one. They claim it was so people who wanted to could sleep. It’s a 10:30am flight not a red eye. Closing your shade or leaving it up for natural light should be a choice. Ruined my flight!

My baggage did not arrived with me. Took 3 days to get it after so may calls and follow up

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

Not enough trash pickups throughout the flight. Everything else was great.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.
