How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."

Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Cons: "Our British Airways flight was downgraded to a smaller airplane and we were not informed of this until we were in an hour in to waiting in a very long line to check in at the airport. We were unable to check in online the night before but not told why, and then we were unable to check in at the electronic kiosk at the airport but also not told way. When we got into the very confused and long line at the check-in desk 2.5 hours before our scheduled departure, we waited for almost an hour before anybody told us what was going on. They then told us that the flight has been downgraded to a smaller airplane, and that the agents were individually looking into rerouting passengers as they came up to the desk. Yeah sure does that the flight would not leave until everything was resolved and that people who had purchased their flights earlier would have priority. We then waited another 1.5 hours before it was our turn to speak to an agent at the desk. She told us that we would definitely not be getting on the flight because we had not checked in in time, which we had been unable to do. She then worked on rerouting us and offered us what sounded like an excellent flight option direct to Amsterdam on KLM the following day, however when we went to KLM to check in for the flight they said it was overbooked and we could go standby but we would not be guaranteed seats. We went back to her again and she eventually booked us on a Delta flight through Salt Lake City leaving the following day. We are currently in Salt Lake awaiting our flight to Amsterdam. This gets us to Amsterdam 12 hours after planned, Shortening our vacation with friends and causing us to miss events that have been planned. We are very upset that there was no information provided to us earlier and that British Airways did not, as is customary, first seek volunteers to take later flights, before bumping people off due to a lack of seats on their available plane. Instead they gave priority to people that had paid more money to check in with priority. We booked our flights 3 1/2 months ahead of time and feel that we were grossly AND unnecessarily put out by the actions and lack of communication throughout the process with British Airways."

Pros: "Nothing to complain about. Everything excellent."

Cons: "We booked online with a major travel booking site and got Much chaper seats than aa offered. However, they wouldnt assign us a seat until at the airport; what a hassle."

Pros: "Friendly crew; okay food and nice movies. Security screening went fairly quick. No abnormal long lines."

Pros: "The cabin crew were exceptional. One flight attendant in parifular was extremely helpful to us in helping place our carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. I did not get his name but he told me he was from Spain."
Cons: "- Landing cards were only distributed 20 minutes before arrival. The seat belt sign was already on. So, I could not use the food tray to fill out the cards. I tried to use the magazine to put under the landing card, but there was some turbulence and I could not fill out the cards n the plane. Cards should be passed to passengers an hour after Akef off. - no gifts given to kids like small games or coloring crayons to keep them busy. - food took hours to serve and was not comparable to BA's image. - the water pressure in the toilet's wash basin was too strong and was splashing all over my cloths."

Pros: "Whenever they transferred me to Iberia airways"
Cons: "Departure ticket problem (they were never issued) - delayed flight from Madrid to London -missed my connection -delayed flight from London to atl -sadistic and uninformed staff at the London airport, they literally laughed at my face! -stuck in D.C. For the night because there are no more connections to atl due to (again) delayed flight. -outdated aircraft. -no available internet -not even phone chargers. Never will fly with British airways or buy ticket through kayak."

Pros: "Food was great All flights were on time Very clean and comfortable"

Pros: "The crew was caring and we were kept comfortable with blankets, pillows and headphones. The food was good, too, especially the cheesecake!"
Cons: "There was nothing I did not like."

Pros: "Great Crew, smooth operation. Efficient service."

Pros: "The staff was polite and the entertainment was good. The seats were ok."
Cons: "It was too cold, even after throwing the blanket over me. The breakfast was disappointing, just a small granola bar to eat, more like a snack then bfast. They did not distribute the hot towels or wipes after waking us up."

Pros: "The flight was short."
Cons: "The card machine kept declining my cards for a bag of crisps. Seriously! Money was available on all cards. Got to the airport and purchased crisps and tea with no issue. Flight attendants were nice, but aloof."

Pros: "Civility in the boarding process, bathroom cleanliness and on time departure and arrival."
Cons: "Poor entertainment system and choice. Some parts of the main cabin were dirty. As an asthmatic, I tend to be quite sensitive to dust etc. The age of the plane. Some of the flight attendants seemed not as friendly on request of some, not all, service."
