It's fine but Newark to Nashville was too long
They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.
Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.
We had excellent customer service despite the chaos at George Bush airport in Houston!
The flight was delayed so we were dead tired, and after that the turbulence was horrible. I was very scared.
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
Once we got in the air the pilot made up some of the time of the delay. So that was really nice.
We boarded but then sat there waiting on some missed connection people to get on so we sat for about 15 minutes for that. Then we sat again because the passenger manifest was wrong and they had to figure it out before we could leave. That took about another 20 minutes or so. The crew was working hard to figure it out so it’s not their fault. It ended up being a system glitch where someone was upgraded to first class while another person was also in the same seat and it just created a mess that took a little while to figure out. They literally went to every person on the plane asking their names to see who was sitting in the wrong seat. I also hate the entertainment that must be watched on your phone or tablet. Just give us setback screens. It’s so much better. Almost every Delta flight has this now and it is so nice to have them. The crew did a great job. I have no complaints from them. They were very hard working, even with the mishap and a disgruntled passenger.
Would had been nice to see a movie without having to pay to watch

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!
We missed that flight, and I am hoping that we will got the refund. It was very confusing to figure out about Aer Lingus operated by American Airlines. Then we bought another more expensive ticket to travel.
The free WiFi was great so I could stream movies during the flight. I would like to have movies available instead of on my device. Thanks!

From Rome to Dublin if you want any refreshments you have to pay for them, Not used to this as we typically get soft drinks and a little snack on a 3hour flight in the US.
Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.
Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.
Late late late. Delayed and arrived an hour late for a 1 hour 45 minute connection. Every time. Poor record for this company. I try to fly any other carrier first.
technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.

Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.
Crew should be nicer and emphatic with customers. Same cookies as the past 20 years. Seat are ok and the plane was clean though it was delayed.
Delayed because of weather in Nashville. I think God or some higher power generally has cursed me when it comes to flying out of Charlotte on American. I'm delayed pretty much everytime. We need Team Cobra Kai types to come in and "sweep the leg(s)" of the Charlotte ops people on principle. Don't let the sweet southern rocking chairs fool you, Charlotte is a sinkhole

Delays on all NY flights. There was no communication on why but they didn’t say it was weather. Other carriers were not delayed.
I never have a good experience with American and this was no different. The airplane was INCREDIBLY hot. Like unbearably so. Everyone was fanning themselves with pamphlets and sweating. When someone asked the flight attendant to turn down the temperature they were told there was nothing the crew could do. Once we pushed back from the gate we then had to wait an hour to take off and the communication from the crew was not good. People were getting up this whole time and a man was even in the bathroom when we took off. Once we landed at our destination we waited another 30 minutes at the gate to deplane with, again, no communication from the crew as to what was going on.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Sitting in a hotel in Chicago because I was rebooked due to a missed connection. Very frustrating.
It was disappointing that I could not sit next to my wife but I was not allowed to pick my seat

I was sent an email that said my card payment was not verified. When I spoke to an agent , he said my card was not verified and the flight I thought I had to booked was no longer available so I booked another flight on another airline(United). Later I got flight updates , etc., concerning my supposed first flight. So if I was charged for this flight on British Airways/American airlines, I need a refund.
The crew made it a great flight. They were friendly and attentive. They made me want to fly British Airways again.
BA has not been handling priority luggage with any special priority. This time our luggage was distinctly very slow to arrive, well after the first half of items to arrive. Business class flights cost a lot and it would be nice to have that reflected in the speed of baggage handling! (I note that this has worsened in our long experience of BA.) On a different note, we spent 2.5 hours on the plane after landing because of an airport mishap at Boston Logan. The pilot provided reasonably frequent update but more could have been done to ensure passenger comfort, such as more beverage and maybe snack services.
Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.
More space, of course. a footrest! more room to walk. Movie selection was awful. Some good documentaries would help if the movies can't be better. The flight itself was great, crew was great.
The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
Very helpful. Just sorry that my flight required connecting with British Airways.
Flight delayed an hour due to plane maintenance issues after getting in line to board. Issue was plane galley ovens which eliminated hot meals for overseas flight. Cold selections were limited due to availability. Drink and meal service (already an hour delayed) was very slow. Upon arrival in Nashville, had to sit at gate for about 15 minutes before disembarking with no explanation. Local police then boarded plane as we were disembarking so maybe that was the issue.
