Other planes who were scheduled to leave after us got to leave earlier than us so I don't know what happened there. After I was finally on the plane my headphone jack would not work. I know it's not my headphones because I had just used it before boarding for both my Nintendo and computer. Also, the buttons for the TV are on the armrest and if you try to get comfortable you'll change the channel. When the flight attendant came around she just propped a bunch of stuff in front of us and since it was dark I had no idea what I was looking at, ended up getting a very crappy bag of chips. Overall was a terrible experience flying JetBlue."

He didn't even write it down even thought he had a pen in his hand. Apparently, at customers, we are not suppose to get this information and it's a burden on the employees to give it. Again the flight was late and while I know it was due to weather, we were seated in the plane and sat at the gate for more than an hour. Apparently, we were not cleared to be given an update. Once again, the speakers at the seat didn't work. Apparently, this is a constant problem with JetBlue"

Then, as the stewardess was serving drinks, she spilled the entire tray. A can of Coke exploded and soaked everyone on a three row radius. She did very little to address each passenger who was covered in the coke. I was wearing white pants which had coke stains all over. Liquid ran down the aisles getting all of our bags wet. She never said anything to us!"

Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!"

We were abandoned at a closed airport for hours. Eventually, I got the one and only uber still running in waco to drive me at 330am from waco to dallas. There has been no reinbursement of fares or compensation for lost wages, time and the general annoyance that being awake all night long caused. I upgraded to first class for the return trip and was very pleasantly surprised to get real first class service. I Will always check sun country first when purchasing airline tickets."

Everything is priced except water, I would have chosen Delta or Southwest if I had known that a pillow costs $5 and no free crackers or condiment snacks. My advice to take here would be... grab your drink+snacks BEFORE you leave the terminal and keep it in your bag, as well as anything to help sleep with. Several of the Flight Attendants seemed like they were "working their job" but were not happy about it, and their manners seemed to reflect this. I will probably give a followup after my return flight."

The line to get your boarding pass was long and slow. It took so long many passengers had to be escorted to the wheelchair TSA security check point in order to still make the flight . I still wouldn't have made the flight if some very kinds people didn't allow me and 10 other SunCountry passengers to cut in front of them SunCountry does not have TVs but rather rents out for eight dollars portable entertainment systems. It was great to kill time for my flt to Minneapolis . However when I wanted to rent one on the return flight, I was told that they had given them all to the first class passengers. Knowing they don't stock enough for us common folk I would have brought a magazine or book to read. It was the longest most boring, arduous flight I have taken. I guess I'm accustomed to all the amenities and conveniences of JetBlue"

Boarding: calls were made for first class, exit rows, passengers without bags, mothers etc...and then nothing. So many random people went through because of the awkward 10-minute gap in announcements while nice people waited for their zone or row to be called in vain. Flight attendant asked me to swap my seat with a mother with young children, but never got back to me about whether there were any other non-middle seats available in the plane I could take (the plane was not full). You have to pay for snacks."

I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

I witnessed a lack of self control of the American employees (including a Supervisor) and every point of my trip w/your customers. I was embarrassed for the American executive team."

I would say that we will never fly American Airlines again nor will my family. This was not the only delay or cancellation because of American either. We spent 48 hours traveling because of delays and cancellations and still American would do nothing for us. I'm 66 and my husband is 72 (who also has had back surgery for five slipped discs) and we had to sleep on concrete floors and had very limited money to buy food. It was by far the worst experience of my life and I would encourage everyone to not travel with them."

The rear toilets are almost in the galley and navigating people entering and leaving the toilets is a skill given the lack of space. I don't know how the flight attendants can work in such a confined space."

A coach service with a little improvement. Nothing compared to business classes of other major airlines. AA is plain behind its competitors. From Orlando to Miami my 40 minutes flight was delayed by 30... No bad weather. The flight to São Paulo was worse. They lost all of the family lugage. All five pieces. We arrived yesterday morning and still have no luggage. Conclusion: if you have options, fly any other company. Delta, United, much better. I would say that even prefer the Brazilian airlines. Avoid AA. Poor airline with no service and no attention to details."
Pros: "The price, and the service. After paying just $44 for my ticket I was offered a 1st class upgrade for the cost of 2 bags and a seat choice. A great deal if you ask me. And since I have pre-check, combined with priority access by choosing to upgrade upon online checkin getting though the airport was a breeze."

First off the flight attendant was so rude, whenever I asked for something or said thank you she would just stare at me and not respond. I mean I get it, it's a red eye flight I wasn't expecting anyone to be chipper. But honestly that was especially rude having to deal with her for the 6 hour trip to Madrid. Second the food was especially disgusting. The chicken was in this white sauce that looked like discharge and if taste like rubber. The bread was hard to bite into. Everything was so stale and tasted so bad I wondered how long they had that food sitting there. My last trip to Europe I flew Swiss air to Italy they had the best customer service and the food didn't taste like I was eating cardboard in jail. I am never flying united airlines to Europe again. It is too long of a trip for subpar service."

We were dissapointed to find out we were actually flying United. Entertainment system was down so there were no movies the entire way and we were seated in an exit row where the seats did not recline. Extra leg space was nice but I would have declined the seat if I had know the chair wouln't recline."

Cons: "While on the plane at the gate, had to wait 20 mins for someone to hang my jacket (had to ask and the person came back 5 mins later) despite the fact that the attendant immediately checked on the guy next to me when he sat down, who apparently had status with United (attendant ignored me). I guess a $7,000 fare doesn't warrant special attention. I had to ask the same attendant for other items at times, but he'd forget and I'd have to ask someone else. Also, the seats were decent yet a bit crowded IMHO. I'm 5'10" and my feet were crammed up against the front of the space when fully reclined. The width of the seat area was a bit tight as well. Finally, they have 2 heads (toilets) that serve both the business class section ( maybe 50 people) as well as the front of economy. One of the pilots was waiting at the same time as me and agreed that it was a pretty questionable layout for the number of seats covered. All in all, not my favorite airline and nothing on this trip so far changed that view."

Cons: "When we arrived, we were told we weren't actually taking Austrian airlines and should have been on united - which was at a different terminal. Then checking in was a disaster - neither the Austrian app or united app would allow me to checkin. Then the seats we had selected initially weren't given to us at checkin so we had to upgrade our seats to sit together. And then, in our more expensive seats - we froze. We were underneath the AC and the crew said they had no extra blankets."

Cons: "The Gate agent was rude and fresh. At least 10 passengers told me they did not hear the boarding announcements until the final boarding was called. When I said to my friend as she was running toward the gate that we didn't hear the announcements. The gate agent told me I was the only one because all the other passengers did. I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."
Cons: "We had confirmed reservations to go visit my daughter and son in law in Nashville. We had purchased tickets to see a concert in Nashville. We missed the concert and a full day of planned activities. We were bumped off the flight although we had confirmed reservations. So we decided to drive and incurred hotel charges. We will be driving back home and will incur hotel charges on the way home. We had to pay for gas and wear and tear on our car. This has been an awful experience."

Cons: "For some reasons, my reservation didn't have an assigned seat number ! For both trips I had to wait as the absolutely last passenger in order to be told where to sit. In both situations hence i had to leave my bag to the flight assistant because there was no space for it left. When I ask for an explanation i was told it was a sort of United software bug. Nobody cared to explain me what happened, nobody came to me with an apologize, and a flight assistant on my way back made also fun of me for being the last one. This is a ridiculous customer service, I told all my friends and will tell all my finance coworkers as well to not use United anymore."

This flight to Nashville boarded on time, we landed in Nashville early(!), AND the flight crew were friendly and accommodating. It was a genuinely pleasant experience. And you know what else? I think all of the passengers were all so shocked at the sheer normalcy and ease of this Frontier Flight- that no one turned on each other! Everyone was polite and allowed a lady that needed a wheelchair to cut in front of them when her wheelchair arrived. You know how normally on Frontier everyone is so angry and frustrated that basic human decency flies out the window? It wasn't like that this time. I'm flying back home on Frontier in a few days so fingers crossed!"

When I questioned the gate agent as to what this means, he said they needed to see if someone would take a "bump" for a voucher before assigning me a seat. Common practice with airlines, but typically they don't randomly roll the die and tell someone "you're screwed" - they take initiative to offer better and better vouchers until someone bites, and won't fly the plane until that happens. They gave me a voucher and paid for my flight 5 hrs later, but I missed a good third of the event I was flying to attend - and had no say in the matter."

Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

My flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was so bad, as far as hidden fees and customer service goes, I tried to book a on any other airline for the return trip to Nashville. This was even though I had a round trip ticket on Frontier. To my dismay all other airlines were full. I am writing this review as I wait at the gate for a departure time on my Frontier return trip, we are 2 hours late for departure with no new departure time given. There are not any Frontier employees in the gate area to give updates. This is the bottom of the barrel for airlines and I will not ever be flying Frontier Airlines again."

I finally arrived to the front of the line after about 45 minutes and 50% of the people behind me were on flights leaving in 30 minutes or less and had to go ahead of my husband and I. They obviously did not arrive with the advised amount of time allowance. It wasn't my fault I arrived with plenty of time and I had to deal with the verbal abuse from people having to go ahead. Maybe if they missed their flight, next time they would arrive earlier with enough time. It sure wasn't a very pleasant experience at all."

The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."
