Its sad your company do not have compassion or empathy for families with little children and the elderly population.. They really suffer!"

Kayak screwed me big time. I couldn't make my flight to Europe because I was waiting till last day for passport. I canceled my flight late and because I went through Kayak a second party booking agency the airline would not work with me on a new flight or give me a reasonable refund. Kayaks refund was $90. Out of the $1000. dollars I spent on the ticket. Never again Kayak you suck.

Efficient cabin crew, no issues with entertainment system, clean toilets.

After a long day and a 9 hour flight from Rome, which got in an hour early, our flight to CLE was then delayed an hour, making an already ugly 4 hour layover in Philadelphia into a truly nasty 6 hour layover. I had not realized what a miserable airport that is. There is no shuttle bus between terminals (there were deceptive signs in terminal A, but the other terminals had signs saying "walk to other terminals"). The buildings are old, the air conditioning out of control (around 60 degrees and wind-tunnel gusty), food bad and overpriced. I will avoid this airport in future.

Too much delay at every step of the travel. Even after landing, had to stay at tarmac for a long time due to unavailable gate. Overall a bad experience of 3.5 Hr delay for one Hr flight. Families with children and mask were struggling to be there.

Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off."

Cons: "Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Connecting gate was on the other side of the airport. We were running from one side of the airport to another. They should have provided a shuttle service for all of those passengers."
Pros: "There's nothing much to like. You're lucky if you have a nice crew which was the case. It's extremely expensive for a low-cost airline who pretends to be a full service airlines because they have a "business class" cabin. Seats are ok. Same as LH or LX"

They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."

Cons: "I bought my flight 2 months before, and at the gate I was told I'm on stand by, after the check in agent already took my bag, and without any explanation. No one could tell me WHY I was all of a suddent on standby. The answer I got was "I don't know, that's just how it is in the system". Completely unacceptable and against airline policy. I will be filing an official complaint with Brussels Airlines."
Pros: "I liked the multi-lingual flight attendants. Friendly and seemed to help everyone get what they need. Pilot performed a smooth landing and the flight was quite smooth."
Cons: "Aircraft need to stay grounded for 2 hours for repairs... After we already boarded! It was very hot, everyone was sweating profusely and facing themselves with magazines. The flight should have just been delayed and everyone should have waited in the comfort of the airport terminal to board later rather than suffering. The headrests are horrible. They jut out and but stress on you upper back, and force you to slouch, which hurts your lower back. I am a pretty resilient young dude, but even I was packing my sweatshirt, pillow, and blanket behind my back to make the seat mildly comfortable. A car style seat would have been much much more comfortable. Worst of all, I had a 12 hour layover, and during that time MY BAG DIDN'T EVEN GET PUT ON THE PLANE! I am on a budget so I couldn't buy toiletries and clothes to wear so I stank for days before my bags were located, brought from Toronto to Brussels, and then delivered to where I'm staying in Belgium. This is easily the worst flying experience I have ever had in my life."
