The flight attendants were helpful, kind, and friendly.
The flights were great, on time and no problems. I was very comfortable and the food was good. FLight attendents were great except one guy who was not friendly and needed a vacation or another job.
Not much. Crew was professional but that is about it.
Tight spaces packed in like sardines. FAA seriously needs to look at how these airlines pack us into these seats. Can barely sit in the set, no room to stretch legs, tray table hits my stomach, and I don't even have a big belly. When the guy in front reclines, cannot even get out of my seat. Chaotic boarding process without any order or instructions or announcements, poor food and entertainment.
I had an episode of anxiety over very minor turbulence which I sometimes get and both ladies who happened to be on duty were very reassuring and sympathetic to me. I had my 6 year old daughter also on the plane who is not anxious at all, so I was able to speak to one of the staff in French so as not to transfer my anxiety to my daughter who doesn't understand French. This was great. Over half way through the flight they gave me some earphones and suggested I watch a movie. This helped so much.
Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam
Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen.
Crew was very helpful.food
Food was not upto the mark.
Thankful for coffee being served without charge. Not all airlines do that.
Comfort economy well worth the extra.
Plenty of space for a long flight, left and landed on time. Overall very pleased
Only complaint is that there was not dairy-free friendly food option for either meal. I figured this would happen so I brought my own food and was glad I did
EVERYTHING AS PROMISED . ALL WENT THROUGH IN A SMOOTH AND TIMELY WAY
TRAVELING IN COACH ON A LONG HAUL FLIGHT IS A NECESSARY EVIL
Second time they lose my luggage. After 9 hours in the airport they were not able to put my luggage in the right place.
Not enough place on board. Very poor company
Pilot advised passengers of a flat tire in order to be prepared for ground crew and firefighters to inspect the mishap.
Baggage size for carry on luggage changed from BA to Iberia aircraft.
The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer.
Not full. Kind crew.
Tried to call sas , no phone answered after 730 in Copenhagen, forced to buy my own ticket to leave early am as their incompetent sas transfer desk couldn’t find me a flight in am yet I was able on kayak.com. They refused to pay for it.
This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience.
We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue.
This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
