My daughter could not get comfortable for the love of life and I just felt horrible and frustrated and what sucked most was the 9 year old and her obese father siting in our row that kept giving us weird looks."
Cons: "There’s NO room in planes between seats. It’s 2018 and new planes must be done ASAP to accommodate people better. I’m 5’1” and 110 lbs but adding my 25lb daughter siting in my lap before she turns 2 is absurd to expect that it will be comfortable whatsoever for us or the people breathing next to us. Please DELTA, lead by example and make sure your planes are designed with more room in between and around the seats. In my opinion, every seat should be first class."

I'm not one to be to needy but when i was about to ask the lady if I can switch seats to the fair back where there was two empty seats she gladly let the other person but not me. She said no that if I wanted to sit back I needed to set with the other person. Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

There are no individual air ventilation systems above your head. It just badly needs an overhaul— especially for a flight that costs nearly $1,000 USD."

Due to late take-off we were too late to land in ZRH as runway had already closed. Diverted to Stuttgart, where no BA staff was on the ground to deal with and all services had already closed (~00:30). Basically ~50 customers were dumped at a place they didn’t want to be and no info on his BA wanted to deal with it was given. After 1 week still no info on compensation. And this wants to be a major carrier?"

The food was delicious and served with real silverware. Complimentary blanket, a pillow, socks, toothpaste, toothbrush, ear plugs and a sleep mask ensured that I got a good few hours of sleep. I was definitely much more rested than I would have been in an economy seat and very grateful for the upgrade!"

The entertainment systems included plenty of content; movies allowed for different tastes, and there were other options. The crew were thoughtful and responsive to specific requests or needs. Blankets and pillows, earphones and announcements were useful. It was possible to sleep, but also, to stay awake if necessary. The flight arrived in good time, and was de-boarded efficiently as well. The menu was sufficient, although the tarragon chicken was underwhelming: the pasta dish was quite nice. The coffee was not great, but drinkable. I appreciated having actual milk for the coffee."

Cons: "Was at gate onntime for flight. At boarding time passengers were informed if there was an issue with the plane and maintenance is on their way to check out the problem. 30 minutes later we were still till that maintenance is on their way. One hour later there is still no information as far as when the fight will leave but they kept updating the boarding time. There was only one person of the counter who could help re-assign passengers to different flights due to their layovers. After waiting in line for 40 minutes and the line making no movement I called the airline 1-800 hundred number and explain my situation to the American Airlines Airlines representative. they really give me a new flight that left 20 minutes later after my call if I did not call I would not mean it that flight nor any other fights that morning because they're all in the afternoon."

Cons: "Limited space and I had a better seat Just beverage service - not even crackers offered No entertainment options Seat recline mechanism was faulty"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight, causing me to be much further delayed coming home. Spent all today miserably tired at work. I also sat in front of a very obnoxious man who was very loud and no body was telling him anything about video chatting on his speaker phone during take off."

Cons: "Was informed when we checked in that the flight we had purchased did not exists. We were informed thatcher would have to wait 24hours (after an already 7 hour layover) to catch another flight to Los Angeles. After debating with customer servinge several times and being forced to wait in line after being told things were fixed several time we had to threaten to record conversations and had someone call American Airlines headquarters and finally was able to get in the flight the same night. We at work be point were laughed at by an American Airlines customer service professional. I had purchased upgraded seats since I’m over 6 feet tall and they were not able to accommodate on the new flight, the flight was horrible and I had ton stand up every hour to make I the whole 12 hours."

Cons: "Online check-in did not work for me. When I called, I spent 40 minutes on hold before giving up. I went early to the airport to sort out the issue and the reps lied to me and then sent me to a different airline counter even though I booked through BA and was having an issue with the second leg of the flight which was indeed operated by BA. My issue wasn’t resolved until I spoke to a manager."

Cons: "Hi, I couldnt make my flight as I was very ill and when I called to reschedule it, I was given a form to fill out and no help. So I am STILL stuck on Barcelona, trying to figure out how I can change my ticket and how much that will cost me. Why does it take a form? Why can't someone give me a price quote?"

Cons: "No food. Just water Stopped to ask customer service about our gate and the girl was rude stating this is not a gate this is customer service. I asked again is gate correct which was right next to the customer service desk and she said over there"

Pros: "New plane, all kinds of entertainment choices including new movies, great flight crew, smooth flight."
Cons: "American check in software was down when we got to the airport. Created a very large line. Did not delay boarding, even though passengers still had to go through customs before reaching the departure gates. Had a bit of jog to make sure I was able to get on the plane."

Every thing was told to us as an excuse from the weather, flight attendant was running late, not staffed enough, need supplies on the plane, someone died, planes needing de-icing, planes too small, planes overbooked... you name it they said it! New York to Toronto, Toronto to Edmonton and return. Not one single flight was on time! We got put in a Hotel - only nice part of the trip - got Vouchers for $15 each - such a low amount!!! Didn't get our luggage with our clothes and amenities to use at the hotel - had to sleep in our plane clothes. Spend extra money we didn't have... it was awful! We will be staying away from Air Canada for awhile!"

Long, long long lines of people waiting without reasons given, getting lost because signage is poor, unable to understand the English of the employees, weeping exhausted children and innumerable check points for showing documents. But she didn't even give customers the chance to raise their hands bec she walked by so fast saying "water, water, water." I wasn't even dozing off and I couldn't catch her and I was sitting by the aisle. Dirty bathrooms with doors that don't lock - not just one particular stall but more than one stall."

Cons: "The seats were so tight you literally felt like a sardine. These seats were by far the smallest I have had for an international flight. The breakfast wrap was not good."

Pros: "The seats were comfortable and reclined better by having the bottom slide forward as well as back. Larger screen for each passenger. Larger windows which have adjustable shading rather than a physical shade. More frequent snacks and beverages than expected. In today's travel industry where it seems customer comfort is less and less a priority, This plane and Air Canada were a welcome and pleasant experience"

Announcements were difficult to hear in the terminal; there was a step requiring all passengers to queue up as if boarding but instead it was a passport/boarding pass check. The two queues were not labeled, there was much line-switching, and the passport-check lines blocked the terminal for travelers for other flights... The incoming plane was late; we wondered why this passport check could not have proceeded while we waited instead of delaying our boarding once our plane arrived."

Pros: "Nothing was done badly, but my flight out was with a different airline and I suppose that spoiled me."

Their online app and check in is awful- they should hire new coders and UX designers to increase functionality."

Pros: "The aircraft was very new and the food was good for airline food and they had vegetarian options."
Cons: "The boarding process was very unorganized. Roughly 20 people were not assigned seats and had to receive their seats at the gate. However when we all stood in line, the crew did not help anyone but talked with one another and then only one helped for about two minutes before disappearing. I was second in line and I stood there for over 30 minutes. Then once we boarded the flight, the crew was very rude when speaking to customers. Overall the crew was very unorganized and extremely rude."

Cons: "Terrible attitude to a customer (not me). I asked for a US custom form and it took them an hour and two people to do that."

Pros: "Same. I was well taken care of despite the weather delay. Crew was friendly but more stressed and a little slow. Seats were comfortable and there was more leg room than normal."

Cons: "I ordered a special lacto-ovo vegetarian meal ahead of time. They said they received the order, but didnt have my food. They said they would do their best but ended up giving me a plate of lettuce and bread. When I asked about the bread having dairy or eggs they said they didnt know, so I had to throw it out."

Pros: "entertainment system was very good. Crew were fine. The flight itself was fine as well, no issues with weather, etc so it was just long."
Cons: "The boarding at Rome was chaotic. They give you a "zone" assignment but they never used it. People were just milling around trying to figure it out. Weird."

Cons: "We were told there's issue in communicating to the engine and delayed for two hours or more. The staff provided updates periodically but it would be better if the issue could be prevented before boarding. Although it's not expected, I was pretty happy the seat on my left was empty on first plane. On the sub plane they arranged an overweighted guy on my left which made the delay worse as he threw off the strong smell of curry."
