The food was good.
The seats were not too comfortable and the video screen was small.
Lufthansa lost 6 of our bags and left us with no information or compensation. I sent them emails but there is no response from customer service. Costed us $500 to buy things on emergency basis for our family and they delivered the bags after 2 days. This was very unprofessional and Lufthansa has to pay for it. Can you please help. Next time we will certainly have to avoid The airline as their gate transfer in Frankfurt is horrible with very rude security staff who has no interest helping our family to board the flight on tight connection. Instead the person decided to go on his break right when we were at the X-ray screening. How rude and unthoughtful.

The food was great. The seats were soft and there was enough legroom.
We were stuck on an aisle where the seats don't adjust on one of the flights, but it was a relatively short flight. The boarding process was a little disorganized, but we were able to get on the plane quickly. The worst part was the home airport. I don't know how much control Turkish airlines has over that airport, but the bathrooms we're absolutely disgusting.

Ground staff at Manchester very helpful
Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros.
The flight was very good, specially considering it was a daylight one. Staff was friendly and servicial. Tue food was above the industry's average.
Entertainment was good, and crew was very nice and accommodating. Flight was very comfortable and smooth.
