I booked a LATAM flight for a 10.5 hour flight specifically because they have better in flight entertainment. I arrived at the airport and found it it was operated by AA. 10.5 hours with zero in flight entertainment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Flight got canceled for over a week.
No hassle of changing terminals in JFK, no bagagge claim, AA check-in-this time, was a "good luck"....Connection in Helsinki, very quik!
Finnair flight AY06 are old aircrafts. Every other in-seat monitor was out of order, flight attendants could not do much. That created mess for passengers, trying to move their seats to the ones with working monitors.....
had to take another flight, ticket agent was able to change me to a different flight on JAL. however, JAL could not access the ticket info and ticket agent would not take my payment. result was missing that flight, ticket manager told me it's my fault and tough luck no refund. American airlines told me the same, ended up losing my money for the ticket purchase. i booked another new flight with another airline direct. worst experience in my life using kayak.

Sold me headphones that were very poor quality. Couldn’t use them. No snacks provided on a very long flight-all was for sale. Drink was a bit more than half a cup
Flight cancelled due to weather, the workers made it seamless.
Had to tack on extra expenses for food while waiting for the next flight. Should have gotten some type of vouchers to cover meals at the very least during cancellations. That would be next level.
Couldn't move. Had the seat in front of me so close I couldn't use my computer to do work. Had I known I wouldn't have brought it.
the flight overall was okay
the time on my flight info and the info received from Air Canada was incorrect according to my boarding pass and the was delayed we were not notified of this until just before the flight arrived. the agent at boarding wasn't very pleasant and didn't smile at all.
The crew was professional and treated us with dignity. The flight was smooth
