This was my first time ever taking a JetBlue flight and will sure be my last, especially when I paid 100 dollars more for this flight than what United was offering- I should of took United."

Cons: "The flight back to tampa from san juan was a complete nightmare! We arrived at the gate 15 minutes before and was extremely upset to find out that the gates were closed. The pilot and the attendants saw that we were banging on the door and yet they just stared at us. The plane wasnt detached from the terminal which is why I didnt understand why they couldnt let me in unless they sold my seat. An attendant finally came out by the name of Chanel (the AD Lead). All she did is rebook me for 2 days later and told me that that flight might get cancelled due to the hurricane. She wasn't even trying at all to help me. She had a rude attitude and told me that she will be back to help me. Yeah right! She came back 3 hours later! I could not stand to even look at this unprofessional employee. I paid extra to fly jetblue as I have been told they have great customer service. Pshhhh.... I myself had to call jetblue and spoke to melinda (customer service supervisor) she was trying everything in her power and it really showed. An attendant came and started checking the next flight out of puerto rico to ft. Lauderdale. Melinda put me on stand by for the flight and ecen spoke directly to the Natalie who was checking guests on the flight. Two seats came available for me and my husband to get back to florida. We then rented a car and drove 4 hours back to tampa. I was just completely disgusted on how Chanel handled the whole situation. I told her that I had medical treatments the next morning in tanpa that I could not miss but yet she did not at all seem to care. As a lead I thought she would at least put me on stand by to go to ft. Lauderdale. That wasnt even an option for Chanel. She was completely worthless and had a stupid look on her face when she saw me get on the plane to fy. Lauderdale. Something she could have helped me with instead of saying she would be right back and left me for 3 hours later with no help. Jetblue, I say this in the kindest of ways, please fire chanel. People like that will only cost you guys more in the future as you will loose so much clientel due to the unprofessional conduct and customer service she gave. Hire more Natalie's and Melindas who help you regardless of the situation and not Chanel who didnt care and was a bother to her to put in the same type of customer service that Melinda and Natalie gave me."

There was several people who came and sat down next to me in the open seat, 6 or 7 different people who left their own seats elsewhere on the plane and came to sit next to me in the open seat. One woman brought her child over, asked me to love another seat over, so her child could lay down and put his feet in my lap. Then, when Inledt for the ladies room, she left him there to kick the seat in front of him and throw his tuna fish sandwich pieces on me and on the floor. I never agreed to play nanny to her child and after I'd paid $750 for a one way ticket from TPA to AMS, I didn't think I should have to. The mother gave me an earful of her bad language when I asked her to take care of her own child and take him and his fishy tuna sandwich back to his own designated seat. I had asked a male flight attendant to handle the situation, neither he nor the other staff, who stood by, cared that it was disturbing me, or that the other passengers were playing musical chairs with empty seats all night. I have flown British Air more than 100 times in my life. For 35 years it was my go to airline for step up in quality, service and class. This time I could have flown several other airlines that would have been $379, $400, 547, 650 for the same flight TPA to London Gatwick then AMS, instead I opted to pay a little more and thought I'd get a little more. Not any more on British Air. Other passengers on the flight were rested when they arrived. Not me, I was tired and disappointed and kicking myself for paying more to fly British Air. This is sadly understandable, as all quality is down with alot of airlines. But it's particularly disappointing that I'm saying that about British Air after all these years. I have only complained one time to an airline over 30 years. This will be my second time. I plan to send this complaint to British Air and ask for a refund."

Never happens when I book directly at ba.com - so clearly, they penalize people who book through an airfare wholesale site. In addition, they typically offer an upgrade promotion ($$) online or at time of check-in, but when I asked they said they weren't offering any - despite a colleague who booked directly on ba.com being offered one. Won't ever make that mistake again - not worth it."

Pros: "I have never flown Frontier. Everything was smooth. Crew was friendly and helpful. Did not purchase food items on plane and there is no entertainment but I knew that booking the flight. I sat in the 3rd row and had a reclining chair and plenty of leg room. Bags checked easily and in baggage claim fairly quickly. Frontier has a new fleet of planes and this plane was very clean and newer. I will fly frontier again. Price is right and great expierence. What more can you ask for?!"
