There is no food or entertainment in this flight. Service was excellent.

Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!
Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.
Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
On time on a day with lots of weather cancellations on other flights. Thank you for getting me home during a winter storm!
Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.
The attendants were kind and helpful. A sugar-free drink would have been very welcome.

UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.
Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa
It was fine. My connection in Charlotte to go to WPB was too late and I had to spend the night in the Charlotte Airport in the mini suites.
Boarding was organized and timely. Food was mediocre, especially for first class travel.
We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.

Horribly rude check in at airport, worst in 25 years of flying. All over a simple issue they could have googled to resolve.
1) No pilot available for 1 hour 2) no room for most passengers careyon in overhead—-> stowed below 3) when we landed we had to wait 45 min. Before docking at gate as gate was not ready
Good. No issues except a slight delay. Crew came in late.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.
There was a fowl odour coming from the lavatory the entire flight

WiFi was not eorkig (again) And the plane was from 1990 with the screens which were.not touch and most didn’t even work and if lucky could tune in tv
It was great. I had never flown on JetBlue before, but would be very happy to fly with them in the future.
The captain gave good announcements and the flight attendants were friendly. The WiFi was pretty good. The plane itself looked very old inside and the seats were very uncomfortable. The screens in the seat backs were the smallest I’ve ever seen. There were so many loud and obnoxious kids on this flight and the parents didn’t do much to try to quiet them down. Some had videos and games on tablets with higher than necessary volume going the whole time.
Cancelled my flight, said next flight was 30hrs later. Had to come out of pocket $500 to get on a SW flight

Spirit has always and will always stink. Absolute worst airline around.
I know it's a low-cost airline. However, the seats are very basic, so after two hours of travel, they feel very uncomfortable and cannot be reclined. The two flights from Bogota to Orlando and the return flight were very punctual. The check-in process on the app works very well. I really liked the self-check-in process for luggage at the Orlando airport; it was quick, easy, and very convenient.
All very good except they didn’t load our walker so haven’t gotten it yet
For the cost you can't e too critical, but the inablitiy to recline the seat and minimal cushioning in the seats made for a less than comfortable flight. Other than that we had an ealry departure and arrival, boarding was smooth.
Nothing everything cost money a bottle of water is 5 dollars and there wasn't even an outlet to plug 🔌 in my 📱 phone

Even though the plane was delayed from the previous airport, the staff recognized this and kept us informed. The flight crew was absolutely awesome from on my flight from Ft. Meyers to AC. Great experience all around!
Not seat assigned because overbooking. We could go because some people decided to give their seats.
It didn’t happen. I booked it and then was told it wasn’t available and then forced to pay far higher prices for a worse option
This company socks. It's fraud. They canceled our flight yesterday, and today we were late because of a really long line at the check in bag. At the rebook station, there was ton of people. The workers were all rude. I am gonna make a report to FTC.
Flight got delayed for 5 hours no good explanation was offered ;(
There was no one at the counter to assist with our check in. The app didn’t work, so I arrived at the airport with time to check in and I couldn’t because no employees were there. When I finally got someone on the phone, it was inside the 60min rule and they said I could no longer check in and they could sell me another ticket. We had to scramble and pay an additional $800 for tickets and THEN AFTER (about 60 min from my original convo with customer service and 10min after original departure time) I had boarded my new flight, there was email saying my original flight from Frontier was delayed and leaving 2hr 50min later, but I STILL wouldn’t have been able to check in. Which means customer service should have been able to see it and let me check in because I was well within my check in time. When I call Frontier, they hang up on me. So their app didn’t work and they employees left and they take zero responsibility or assistance with their “customer service”
Everyone seemed to be in zone 1 for boarding. Maybe break it up a little. Otherwise, smooth flight.

Boarding in Orlando was not good. Giant mob at the gate, should have been lines.
My flight was delayed by two hours which made it so that I would miss my layover flight. I stood in line for customer service for over an hour and when I reached the agent she told me to scan a QR code and it'll give me options. I wasn't offered any help, guidance or compensation, only told that I have options but that I had to figure it all out myself. I was refunded part of the trip and had to buy an expensive same day ticket from another airline in order to get home. I will never fly Frontier again.
