Pros: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."

One attendant asked me, with attitude, if I was going to get off the plane...before realizing I can't physically walk. Her face turned white as a ghost when she realized what she had said and how she had said it."

But after 45 minutes of waiting, Icalled your "Guest Relations", but nobody picked up the phone. It simply said to send an email. Very poor customer service."

Cons: "Our flight got cancelled due to weather and rerouted to ft lauderdale and told we needed to rebook. We were maybe 6th inline and was told we had to wait because Orlando had to release our flight. This didn't happen for 3 hours. We stood in line waiting while others were able to rebook tickets right away for 3 hours. Tried calling the company and no one answered. The man at the booth was very rude, telling us this was a curtosey and didn't have to rebook our flight. He also yelled at the passengers multiple times."

Cons: "There was no real sign pointing towards were my gate was. Additionally the flight was boarding late and no announcements were made. Also, I didn't know the airplane was that small. The workers at the gate seemed very uninterested in being there as well and had a very "whatever" attitude. We had a lot turbulence but that's something you can't control."

Cons: "Arrived on transfer 60 minutes prior to flight and were told needed to be there 2hours early, we'd never make it through security. Made us go back to partner (JetBlue) airline in another terminal we'd just come from. After running 1/2 mile between 2 terminals in 90+ degree heat they booked us on the next flight which was again 60 minutes away. JetBlue said they could have just called them but them made us run around, literally. In the end the first flight was delayed and we could easily have made it as when we got to security we were the only people there. Took less then 5 minutes to get from check-in to terminal. Ridiculous amount of stress and run around for no reason. Don't expect good service from these guys in FTT!"

The plane ride was rocky The flight announcer sounded very unprofessional The flight attendant did not look professional Seemed like staff were handling multiple jobs"

Cons: "After 4 delays for several different reasons and 7 hours sitting at the airport, I asked for my luggage back, rented a car, and drove to Jacksonville arriving earlier than if I had taken the last assigned time for departure. It cost me a lot, one day of my holiday weekend a the cost of a rental car that late on a holiday weekend was incredible."

Two sullen employees took over an hour to deal with a line of roughly 10-15 people and never seemed to address the issue for the cancellation. I was forced to book myself on a last minute southwest flight for $225. Even before the flight was cancelled, the employee at the check-in counter was incredulous at the idea that I wanted to check my bag. She was fairly rude."

Pros: "I love the convenience of the airline. This is my third time flying Silver Airways due to the direct flight into Key West. The staff is always friendly throughout the boarding and flying process."
Cons: "I was disappointed that using TSA Pre Check was not an option for Silver Airways. There's no entertainment or snacks and the price is similar to other airlines. Seats were not comfortable."

Delayed us from 3 to 9pm with little updates, finally cancelling, when the cancellation could've happened much sooner. All other flights out were booked and people had to find rental cards. I was not able to get my money back- only a voucher on the same airline which i was hoping to never use use silver airway again."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hours by the morning before take off. Then it was bumped to 2.5, then 3, and by the time the plane was supposed to take off the delay was still unknown, until it finally took off 6 hours after it was supposed to, at 1 am- for a 1 hour flight."
