I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.

It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.
Love delta but the delays and long waits for updates was just too much this time.
Flight for canceled. Horrible experience.. had to rent a car to drive myself up here.
If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.
Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.
Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.
The 1st class male crew member was very pleasant - the short female with round glasses , maybe in 50’s had no personality- never spoke when delivering my food, drink, & never smiled the whole trip! In fact looked annoyed when the boarding proses was happening- I would never hire this woman - unfriendly . Have never dealt with a crew member like her-
Best airline! Always friendly and welcoming. Skyclub was great and loved the fast free wifi on board. I also love that you can pre-order your meal on the app!
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
Some of the issues with my UA flight to a connecting flight: United said the SF to Frankfurt flight was getting late making us miss 10:50 flight and could only put us on a flight that left at 4:15 PM from biz to coach. then they canceled the ticket on the connecting flight. I didn’t have a seat, etc., etc., and over an hour dealing with UNITED blaming Lufthansa and Lufthansa pointing to UNITED. The flight itself was fine (food sucked) and we landed in time that I could’ve made the 1050 flight. but the LH gate agent said I couldn’t get on because United issued the ticket and only they could change tix back. Gave up and wasted the next five hours plus of our vacation and ended up being totally wiped out by the time we reached the hotel.
Flight was on Lufthansa, a United partner, after United cancelled our flight TWICE, and was great. Would fly Lufthansa anytime!
The next flight, Frankfurt to Washington, was the slowest most disorganized boarding and due to that flight was 3m min late and people missed connections
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
Not very good. My flight was canceled. Rebooking was terrible. I got hung up on 4 times by book agents while attempting to get another flight. Took me 8 hours to finally rebooked. Agent a check in desk not helpful. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help me. They did not handle my issue which caused me to deal with call center.
Like all other airlines United makes you pay for everything. Like everyone, you have to pay for checking in a bag on top of your already expensive ticket. Hence no one does it and we all show up with our luggage at boarding which forces the company to push people to drop their luggage as there is no space. Well, that delays the boarding process a d generates frustrated passengers who lashes out on the poor crew. Please go back to the simple past: charge my original ticket 30 dollars more and make one bag check in included (even in basic economy). I won't even see the difference on price but will definitely notice the beauty of having the chance to ship my luggage !
45 minutes delay and not clear way. Almost missed my trans-Atlantic connection
Everyone on board was great. It was just super late and we missed our connection in Frankfurt, and had to power through jet lag while we waited 4 hours in the terminal. My family missed a big welcome dinner in Berlin.
My flight was delayed and I was so worried I miss my connecting flights. Thank goodness for an amazing staff . Flight attendant was so helpful and very nice Calm me down and everything work out good I the end
They crew was very lovely, took off on time, arrived according to schedule. Was able to make my connection.
WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.
Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.
Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!
PBI to Charlotte was smooth. Charlotte to IAH was an entirely different story though, and I still have not heard back from American on how they’re going to fix it.
When the first leg of my American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Miami to Sao Paulo to Brasilia was cancelled because of a tropical storm in Miami, American Airlines put me on Delta Atlanta to Sao Paulo where I caught my original Sao Paulo to Brasilia flight. American Airlines could have put me on a flight the next day or even 2 or 3 days later. But, the agent went above and beyond and made sure I got to Brasilia on time.
Staff very helpful. Seat comfortable. Food generous and pretty good.

Everything was fine except the landing. We were off loaded on the tarmac. Squished on busses then driven around for 20 minutes. Dropped at terminal B and needed to be at A so had to wait 20 min in another line to catch a bus then another 20 min wait in customs! How on earth were we to get to our connecting flights!? Not a great first trip with your airline or start of my vacation. The woman on the tarmac was rude too
The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.
It was a very full flight, makes it harder for flight crew.

Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.
Good flight. Entertainment equipment was sub-par - old-style 2-prong jack headphones that don't fir ears well. Entertainment software interface was slow and glitchy to navigate.
Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.
Email noting gate change was good. Very bad: credit card machine broke down to charge for a checked bag. Lady at the counter read my credit card number OVER THE PHONE to a woman in Germany. Very insecure!!
