Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight

Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.
The Frankfurt airport is just not that easy to get around. Having to get from one end of the airport to the other when it was not well marked was a challenge. The flight itself was fine. I would fly with United again.
Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.
Lufthansa and United Airlines messed up with our reservation and they canceled our flight to Los Angeles. We ended up stuck in Frankfurt with two little kids. They sent us to San Francisco, but their flight was full and they wanted us to sit separated (even our 3-year-old was supposed to sit separated from me or my husband!!! Isn't it illegal???). Then the flight from San Francisco was delayed and we had two little sleepy kids, we were also told we needed to pick up our luggages. It was just horrible. I paid for a direct flight from Frankfurt to LAX and ended up going through hell. I am very upset and going to submit a complaint.
The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.
I would’ve liked to have made that flight so I didn’t have to go to Munich and have a 24 hour travel day
No water on the toilets, dirty sits. 4 hours delayed departure.

We love United Premium Plus! So comfortable without the cost of Polaris Club. The crew was so attentive and friendly!!

Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.
Pilots were very conscious about giving us a smooth flight
Very good. Flight on time. Cabin crew were all really friendly.
On time, smooth, luggage was out fast at the end of the flight. About perfect.
Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.
There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
Our flight was canceled and we were stranded in another state for 3 days and were not allowed to get our bags.
There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.
Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.
Flight departed on time and arrived a bit early. Can’t go wrong with that! And makes a travel experience go so well
Sub par plane for an international flight. My seat was so cramped even after I paid for more legroom. i was basically in the aisle with everyone banging into me the whole time. Will not book again unless I have no other choice.
They lost my luggage, and bring it to me after 3 days. Not happy because I spent one hour to claim my luggage. After a long trip , to spend more time with claim luggage is not fair
Lost luggage, breaking the rest of plans, instead of going to other place from JFK should go home and wait for bag don’t know for how long 1, 2 days.
I was not aware there was a $100 bag fee per bag. Not on the way there and I booked round trip.
Horrible see last review they lost my bag had to sprint to gate no inflight wifi
Iberia is a much classier experience than their US partner airlines.
It was cancelled. And they had terrible customer service to rebook. Then our rebooked flight was cancelled
The economy seats had space unlike Iberia Airlines from NY to Barcelona.
8+ hour flight with no tvs working and no usb port working to charge ones own devices was brutal (traveled with 2 small kids)… yikes
The plane sat on the tarmac for 2 hours, it was terrible. No drink service during the flight. Terrible
Seats did not have enough legroom. Reclined seat in front meant very little room to move. Tablet for movies was difficult to tap on. Food was excellent. Staff excellent.
This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.
The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.

Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!
I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best
My seat was upgraded to premium economy, food was good and cabin crew was nice.
Terrible. Super uncomfortable/less room than a domestic flight and flight was 9.5 hours. Food was terrible. Flight attendants slammed the cart into 2 people in our party numerous times as they were both over 6' tall and sitting in the aisle.
Not helpful crew! With no care for passengers. No effort made to find the right food.
