The female crew members, a dark haired woman and a short blond haired woman both would have ignored me if the other two people seated by me did not also try to get their attention. The dark haired woman gave the guy next to me headphones and when I held out my hand she just looked at me and walked away as if she'd been called away. Which she hadn't she came back and started with the row immediately behind us and the guy next to me was nice enough to give me his. Also after nearly waiting 4 hours, 9 minutes before boarding we were given food vouchers and told to "run and hurry" and get food "to go" so most people didn't even bother using the vouchers because of that. I've had better flights with American Airlines, I just didn't know this one would be so poor. Definitely way below average expectations."

I think a more concerted effort could have been made by crew to identify those passengers with quick connections (because of the delay) to make sure we could depart first. The captain did make a plea for people to be considerate of those who might have close connections, but nobody paid any attention to that."

First time it happens. Have flown several times in First/Business Class from Miami to San Juan and it has been a totally different experience."

I was able to be on another flight next day because I call a 1800 number. They have a lot of employees with bad actitud and not willing to help. Inside the airplane they charge for food and the television is a common one that they put whatever they want."

She stated that I would make the connection without a problem. She later asked how many people were going to Pensacola. I was the only person to raise A HAND. sHE LATER STATED THAt the flight would wait for my connection. We landed at 9:05 and taxied in about 10 min. The flight was to leave at 9:15. The flight attendant on my flight asked where was the connecting flight,they replied it left already. Iwas rebooked on America To Charollet,N C to connect for Pensacola. That took 4hrs more."

She came back and the woman next to me asked her AGAIN and she completely ignored her and walked away with the drinks she was carrying !!!! My dog was not safe and neither were the passengers. I could not believe it. This is not the first hot Silver flight I've taken, but this was the worst so far. Please do something about the air on all of your flights. Everyone around me said they'd never fly Silver again."

I also got there early and I aparntly didn't have a seat on the plane! I was going home to supruze my father for easter and there was no way I could have gone any later. I waited for everyone else to line up and go inside and get their seat because I noticed that my ticket has NN on my seat number and my zone was 99. This is very uncalled for. Considering that I payed an outrageous cost for one damn flight to Illinois in which I know you all do every night! They closed the doors to the hallway to the plane and informed not only myself but 3 others to go to the desk and they would figure out what they could! THERE WAS A WOMEN WHO HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET HOME FOR 3 DAYS. So you obviously had screwed her over and now you were about to screw all of us. Now I will say yes I am very upset with you at Frontier. But I was not about to take it out on the people working at the airport. The companies practice of overbooking is unexceptable during this time of year, Easter weekend, and not saving a seat for a women who has been trying to go home for three days. I am very upset and my ticket was very overpriced. Specially for how I got treated, due to he overbooking. Now they had one seat saved/ left over and because I kept my calm and didn't yell at your workers inside he airport they offered it to me. But if it was not for my calmness I would not be home with my family. That right there is unexceprtable!"

Overall, making me more comfortable with flying because we do not fly very often. We were seated in aisle 4 and it seemed a bit more noisy in front rather than in the rear of the plane. There was some turbulence, but not as much as when we flew to Florida two weeks ago."

We arrived at the Frontier Counter about 5 pm and had to wait for approximately an hour before any Frontier representative arrived to begin the checking-in procedure. If this is the procedure at Tampa Airport, then more seating should be available in the check-in areas to accommodate those elderly persons who cannot stand for long periods of time."

They were courteous upon stepping onto the plane and throughout the duration of the flight. The seats were comfortable, and overhead space was plentiful. My 2.5 hour flight from Tampa to PHL was shortened to 2 hours. Overall, it was a great experience flying Frontier for my very first time."

Cons: "Despite the fact that their ticket counter was open for other flight departures, they only allow you to check in beginning two hours before your scheduled takeoff time. This really means you have only an hour and a half until your flight begins to board. On the flight they mentioned wanting more people in the exit row, but you would have to pay an extra $50 because it has more leg room, needless to say everyone chuckled at this blatant ripoff attempt. On the flight you have two pay $2 for a small glass of water, not a bottle but a small plastic cup filled primarily with ice. When we landed we had to wait 45 minutes before the checked baggage began to arrive. Overall this is a very poor airline. Watch out for the fees as they charge you $20 for each airline interaction. I would suggest avoiding them if you can as the price rapidly rises above your ticket cost & the hassles for basic services are not worth the cost."

The flight crew came around asap to see if you wanted anything. Faster than other more expensive airlines I've been on. Boarding and getting off went smoothly. Flight was on time. Even paying for checked bag and seat choice our fare was still cheaper than other airlines. Only opted to pay for seating as we brought our grandson since the tickets were so inexpensive. Being his first time flying I thought it would be easier for him and other passengers to have people he knew in both seats as well as I could make sure he had a.window seat. Great value, good quality. If your looking for all the extras, not here. To get to where your going, safely and relatively comfortably, with friendly personnel this is for you. Do add in the cost of luggage and seat if you like certain ones, for this and other airlines, to compare and find the best value for you."

Need a boarding pass? 5$ In fact, to be able to carry on a small average sized suitcase it cost 45$. Seriously! 45$ just to carry on a smal suitcase and that price is just one way! Do yourself a favor and fly with a legacy carrier instead Delta, American, or United). Spirit has horrible customer service, dirty airplanes, and thy will nickle and dime every possible dollar from you! That's all!"
