Pros: "The seat was super Uncomfortable. Squished Middle seat that I paid $37 for (w/Priority boarding, see below). What a ripoff. The seat was designed specifically to torture passengers, of this I am certain."
Cons: "I paid for a seat upgrade that included "Priority Boarding", For AA, that meant Group 5 out of 9. WTF?? Clearly Bait and Switch - there's a big placard at every AA boarding gate that states: Priority Boarding 1-4 (to the Left) and "Main Boarding" 5-9 (to the Right). Fraudulent, clearly."
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The seat was So so"

And “AA” has a really good reputation ... so pretty bummed out ... the apologized ... and did what hey could to make the flight more pleasant ... but i’m here for my daughter who’s having surgery in the morning and .. it’s now 0107 and we should have been here at 2356 ... and we are all tired"

Cons: "Smooth."
Pros: "If you are not in first class, they treat you like dirt."
Cons: "I saw the whole plane packed in the back with 6 people in a row, when the middle of the plane has plenty of empty seats. It seems that American Airlines will pack people who don't pay for choice of seats in the back. Distasteful practice."

Cons: "Too cold on the plane"
Pros: "Arrived early"
Cons: "Couldn't get movies to play"
Pros: "Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."
Cons: "Because the airplane is so small there is not much room to move in the aisle (thankfully most people just sat down for the short flight), also you have to hand in your carry on baggage so that it is stored with the main bags."
Pros: "Good air and great stewardesses"
Cons: "Horrible experience in the ground system, they charged me $240 for my bags and the staff are really confused."
Pros: "otherwise ok"
Cons: "2hr delay"
Pros: "Delayed 2 hours out of charlotte. Missed flight to Madrid. Newark people are rude"
Cons: "Look above"
Cons: "Too many delays Seats too cramped Too much crowding at boarding ...need a single file roped off lines for boarding passengers by group numbers so there would be less shoving, K coming people down, and stepping on feet."
Pros: "Attentive staff, easy boarding"
Cons: "AA got rid of the video screens on the chair in front of you; poor snack selection"
Pros: "Comfort and quick boarding"
Cons: "Flight attendants were a bit dry and less than over zealous. Connecting gate in Charlotte was really far from where we landed. I had little time to get there."
Pros: "Boarding process was quick and staff was decent."
Cons: "Tiny seats, everyone was uncomfortable because of this. No in flight entertainment."
Pros: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."
Cons: "AVOID FLYING OUT OF PHILADELPHIA!!!"
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Delays"
Pros: "Friendly staff, on time"
Cons: "No issues"
Cons: "NEVER GOT THE TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Pros: "Small seats, no consideration for disabled travelers. Pretzels suck. One 30 min tv show on 2.5 hour flight. No bathroom for handicap. Cheap airfare is the only reason I fly American. One attendant asked me, with attitude, if I was going to get off the plane...before realizing I can't physically walk. Her face turned white as a ghost when she realized what she had said and how she had said it."
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "Check in was good."
Cons: "Hate paying for bags. It's silly."
Pros: "Departure on time, arriving on time. Great flight"
Cons: "Almost did NOT make it home to Salisbury airport. 3 hr layover in Philadelphia. Tried to obtain seat assignment 1 1/2 hrs prior to departure and was only told it was too soon and they would call my name. 5 minutes prior to boarding, checked again and told by another airport helper that the flight was OVERBOOKED and now I was on STANDBY. Purchased tickets over a month and a half ago. No problems getting to Orlando but to return to this- UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT OVERBOOK a flight!!!!!!!! People make plans, have to work the following day and face the chance of not making it home-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Thankfully 5 people did not show for the flight, should NOT gamble with that!!!!!!!"
Cons: "I realize there is no beverage service on this flight . However, I was greatly surprised when attendant walked through cabin with a tray of water to wash down the biscotti she had passed out . Water was room temperature in a plastic cup . Not what I was expecting . I guess it's the thought that counts ,"
