Cons: "If there was a less than one star that is what they deserve. SFO flight was late. They gave away my seat on my connection to Kalispell. They basically blamed me for being late and not being there on time. Two others from my flight were allowed to make the connection but told me that they gave my seat away because I was late. We all showed up at the same time from the late flight. I talked to 3 people including customer service and did not get a single “I’m Sorry”. Do they not communicate with each other when a flight is late and they have passengers for connections running late? They told me they don’t talk. The best they can do is put me standby for 9:30 flight and if I cannot get on that flight I have to wait until morning. My daughter is in a competition tomorrow morning and thanks to Alaska Airlines I’m going to miss it. I’m sitting here writing this review, paying for a dinner I should not be paying for and probably searching out a hotel room until morning when I can catch a flight. Unbelievable the lack of empathy."

The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

The airline crew failed to update all passengers so most of us were just aimlessly pacing around the gate. The team was very disengaging, not sincere, and not professional. This was definitely a -1 customer experience as many customers complained, missed connecting flights, or like myself - had to call my office at an ungodly hour and explain that i’d be missing work"
Cons: "First Sun Country does a bait and switch. You buy your seat and then you learn that you pay for baggage. No forewarning. Now I worked to pay less by doing online check in and discovered they had no record of my checking in. So I had to pay again for my baggage. The problem is not yet resolved."

Scanning a bag has not been a problem to me, since we scan other things we have anyway. Just seems like another money maker for the airlines. Not happy at all about that!"
Crew was inconsistent in instructions in advising passengers about seat backs during take off. Perfunctory announcements except from cabin.
The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.
The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend
Flight delayed and moved to another gate. Got a text message updating the gate as final boarding finished. Missed flight, fighting for my refund
Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.

Flight exceeded my expectations. Crew was upbeat and flight was on time.
Ticketing agent never said our flight was delayed. It went from a 2 hr to 3 hr delay to just cancelled….why…lack of crew. Breeze doesn’t even have a phone number to call. You have to “text” them or use Facebook messenger to get in touch with someone. If you’re trying to market a new airline, make sure you have crew to fly if you’re going to run flights. The plane was literally at the gate.
