Sweden has restricted the entry of most foreign travelers arriving from outside of the wider European Area until at least December 22. Swedish nationals and residents may still return to Sweden from countries outside the EEA.
On July 2, the Swedish Government announced that citizens and long-term residents of EEA countries, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, or Vatican City, people with Swedish residence permits, and their family members may now enter Sweden, regardless of the purpose of travel.
From December 21 to January 21, Sweden imposed a temporary entry ban that will be in effect for foreigners who arrived from the United Kingdom and Denmark with exception for certain travelers.
Visa holders of Sweden and people with a visa over 3 months for another EEA country may also enter, as may people with an 'essential purpose' such as healthcare workers, health researchers and students attending a Swedish institution. More information may be found here. In addition to this, residents of Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, and Uruguay may also enter Sweden. Diplomats, border workers, healthcare professionals, transport personnel, relief workers, and travelers visiting for urgent family reasons may also enter Sweden.
Travelers arriving from the UK who are exempt from the entry ban must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival. The Swedish Border Police have now confirmed they are accepting tests from an authorized provider including those on this list. Holders of Swedish passports do not have to do this.
The Swedish government recommends that all passengers who arrived from the UK since December 12 should self-isolate for 7 days and take a PCR test in the day of arrival and after 5 days.

Along with less leg room than other airlines, it felt like the seat itself was narrower too. The food quality control was disappointing. The meal I had on the first leg of my flight (Mumbai-Munich), I noticed that it expired by about 2 weeks. And the complimentary water bottles also had a past expiration date (although, I don't know how water expires). Generally speaking, I think all of the meals I ate on Lufthansa were subpar compared to the many Asian airlines I've used for overseas flights. Quality could be improved and I think there's a missed opportunity to incorporate meal options correlated to the airline or international destinations (German airline, why not bratwurst? Pretzel bread?)"

Lufthansa blew me away with the level of service and friendliness. It was a short (90 minute) flight but they still offered a free breakfast sandwich along with the beverages. Flight Attendants can switch from German to English without hesitation and were very professional. Look forward to flying with them again."

None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

Then, when Inledt for the ladies room, she left him there to kick the seat in front of him and throw his tuna fish sandwich pieces on me and on the floor. I never agreed to play nanny to her child and after I'd paid $750 for a one way ticket from TPA to AMS, I didn't think I should have to. The mother gave me an earful of her bad language when I asked her to take care of her own child and take him and his fishy tuna sandwich back to his own designated seat. I had asked a male flight attendant to handle the situation, neither he nor the other staff, who stood by, cared that it was disturbing me, or that the other passengers were playing musical chairs with empty seats all night. I have flown British Air more than 100 times in my life. For 35 years it was my go to airline for step up in quality, service and class. This time I could have flown several other airlines that would have been $379, $400, 547, 650 for the same flight TPA to London Gatwick then AMS, instead I opted to pay a little more and thought I'd get a little more. Not any more on British Air. Other passengers on the flight were rested when they arrived. Not me, I was tired and disappointed and kicking myself for paying more to fly British Air. This is sadly understandable, as all quality is down with alot of airlines. But it's particularly disappointing that I'm saying that about British Air after all these years. I have only complained one time to an airline over 30 years. This will be my second time. I plan to send this complaint to British Air and ask for a refund."
