Cons: "The airline allowed the woman in front of us to have her dog on her lap, which would not have been a problem except it yipped and barked most of the 5.5 hour flight. Given the flight was at night, that made it difficult to sleep."

Cons: "I missed my original flight due to weather and JetBlue booked me on the next one but it wasn’t for another 24 hours. I only missed the flight by a few minutes but the crews were not communicating with each other that they had a passenger arriving for that flight. Because the delay was weather related, they wouldn’t provide accommodations. And it was 1 in the morning. So I missed a whole day of my trip and had to sleep in the airport. I will not be flying with JetBlue again."

This was the second time I have flown JetBlue and the second time I’ve had to sit on the tarmac for hours because of some sort of issue. Never flying JetBlue again if I can help it."

I was unable to deplane from the back because they seated most people before me despite checking in early and my bag had to be put in the middle of the plane. My grandpa is in the ICU and I nearly missed visiting hours because of having to wait to deplane in the front."

Had to wait for the delivery of a specific part and install it. I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue"

Pros: "My daughter has a very severe peanut allergy. She was treated very well on her flight yesterday. Even though Jet Blue doesn't serve peanuts on their flights, they still gave her a pre-boarding pass so she could wipe down her area just in case someone on an earlier flight had something that could have caused a reaction. They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jet Blue!!! We will definitely use you again!!"

The 2 men, average size, 5'9" were placed in window seats that required your head to be bent to the side because the wall curves over and the seat was so narrow. Everyone was hanging over each other's seat. There was no leg room. Everyone on the plane was upset and in disbelief that for 7 hours we would have to fly like that. Spending thousands of dollars, I did not expect this extremely closterphobic conditions. I would have paid extra for better seats. Not a happy customer."

When we made the reservation we were told it was an 8 hour and 50 minute flight but we got there in 7 hours and 45 minutes, more than 1 hour early. It would be good to know the real timing so that meetings could be planned in a timely way."
Cons: "This is a code share with American Airlines and an American Airlines plane and crew and it is an out of date plane. There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"

Pros: "Upon leaving Raleigh, N.C. Our plane was carrying a fallen soldier and a marine who accompanied him . They announced this and gave the other passengers the opportunity to walk to an area to watch the very solemn ceremony. It was all done with respect and handled timely. The flight still left as scheduled and arrived on time. Not that this was the most important part. Even if it had caused me to miss my connecting flight, the ceremony for the fallen hero was more important."

Cons: "I used to fly USAir all the time. The service was excellent. Following the merger, not so much anymore. The seat was very cramped. So much so that I had trouble walking when I got off the plane, and I'm in pretty good shape. I used to get upgraded often with USAir. Now that I have 3 times the mileage built up, it never happens. This wasn't the worst American flight , however. I recently had the displeasure of flying on one of the new planes, and that seat was so upright, cramped, and hard, it was like being on Spirit! (And I refuse to get on their planes ever again) my entire body was sore and stiff after flying on the new AA jet."

Cons: "i decided to purchase a separate direct flight at a different time instead of changing my flight, only to be informed later when i tried to hop on the back end of my original flight, that they had canceled my ticket since i hadnt boarded on the front end of that flight. i had spoken to a customer service rep about my option before purchasing the extra ticket, and she did not mention that this would be an issue. then i had to pay extra to get back on my original flight."

She said no, because “we have to keep the last row open for emergencies”. Really? Then why was it booked to begin with? Tiny seats, flight attendants who don’t understand service, and not so much as a free drink of water after giving up our water at security. I’m not impressed."

Pros: "Our plane was delayed by 3 hours and we were being told it was just going to be another 15 minutes or a half hour the entire time. Then they just gave us a replacement plane at the last minute. It ruined work that was due for me. When I asked if there would be any, small consolation, the stewardess laughed at me and told me it wasn't their fault. I was thinking something reasonable to un-piss off the hundred plus passengers who were inconvenienced. And yes, indeed it was their fault. The rough landing happened and those passengers were ill in the conditions that the pilot chose to risk and land. Risk assessment happened, risk resulted in consequences. But not even an apology besides the Captain. It was too dangerous, but the crew offered for us to purchase anything still. It was the worst flying experience I've had and that isn't hyperbole. I've had flights cancelled and felt more satisfied than this, because they didn't laugh and belittle me and the airlines apologized profusely and it absolutely was out of their control. Compensation could have been just an apology or a pleasant flight experience, but we were hustled and treated very rudely. I wouldn't be surprised if the risk taken to land under dangerous conditions or with a less seasoned pilot was caused by profit balancing. Besides the rarest emergency, I will never fly Spirit Airlines again if this is their protocol and attitude."

Pros: "I got my entertainment from all the Nacional soccer fans. Otherwise, there was none."
Cons: "As someone who's 6'6", the seats, even in the evacuation aisles, just don't have enough width. Also the seats don't recline at all."

Cons: "Flight was delayed about an hour due to few things including way baggage was distributed on plane. Waited on plane for almost am hour and then was an hour late to destination. Also you can't even get a glass of what without paying during flight but yet I need to pay over $80 for one checked bag?"

Cons: "Still upset from the first flight, but this one was a little bit better. The seats still didnt recline, there was no radio or anything. They did have seat back pockets and bigger tray tables. Overall I will never fly spirit airlines again."
