Pros: "I decided to travel First Class from Houston TX and that was the greatest choice I ever made. IAH requires travelers to arrive 2-3 hrs early due to traffic or weather conditions. I checked in at 2 pm and waited for my 5 pm boarding call. First class was amazing! I stored my belongings without any issues. I sipped wine and dined on pasta and watched the movie Father Figures with Owen Wilson and Ed Helms. The stewardess was polite and friendly. The food was enjoyable and the passengers were friendly. The bathroom as also immaculate, I was impressed."

Cons: "Our bags were lost going to Rome for a wedding and our cloths were in the bags for the brides father and sister bridesmade. No updates and the have my phone number and email address. You would think it was 1968 or something! Unacceptable in this day and age of communication! The wedding is in 48 hours and can’t find our bags? All this was explained to the airline in Rome the baggage handlers etc. etc. still nothing. Absolutely amazing and disappointing!"

Cons: "Doors closed early for my 6:28am flight. I couldn't fly until 1:18pm. Crew says that doors close 10 minutes before flight. The doors on the 1:18pm flight stayed open well after 1:18pm. The flight was then delayed until 1:50pm."

Cons: "3 planes all with mechanical issues... numerous people left stranded, the whole thing was a nightmare. Finally got home around 1 00 AM. But the worst part was the gate agents I literally felt like I was disrupting their day! Email sent to American."

I was skipped for receiving refreshments, the plane had interior panels falling off. The second flight didn't have enough fuel for a 40 minute flight. The pilot told us that we were delayed for rain for 10 minutes but we did not have enough fuel to circle around. As a result we came back to Philadelphia. I missed a graduation party as a result. I had a poor experience. The flight attendants did not greet me on entrance or exit."

And had her sleep in a room with a cott instead of a hotel room. And the fact that we as customers pay good money for tickets only to be subject to the airlines way of business. Newark Airport website doesn't advertise the bus terminals, just the trans (which means security) - but the flight attendants were so kind and told me exactly where to go to do the bus so I didn't miss my flight, although it was close!"

Cons: "They had an hour and forty-five minutes to get my bags from one plane to the next in Houston but they decided to leave them in Houston anyway for some reason. Having no clothes or toiletries for a whole day in London was horrible. Baggage problems are sometimes easy to figure out and maybe unavoidable. But this failure on United's part didn't make any sense at all."

You also ask us to rate food, but they do not provide food...what do we rate...the soda choices, the teeny bags of snack mix."

The rebooked connection was 5 hours after we landed and still my luggage did not make it. The rescheduled flight was supposed to arrive just after midnight, but because of lost luggage, I didn't get out of the airport until 2 am and missed my ride."

Many passengers wanted off but they crew refused Another reason not to fly United I am cancelling my return flight an returning on another airline! United is e worse airline in business today. Cons: "I didn't like that it wasn't readily advertised you get put at the back of the bus, bottom of the pile, lowest point on the totem pole. In other words, I was booked on my return trip as Basic Economy- no frills, no thrills. Last to board, no carry-on allowed. I had to end up paying the same for that portion of my round-trip as I would have if I'd just booked through United. $60 in checked baggage. NOT happy with Kayak more than anything."

Cons: "When I went to the gate in Houston to get my boarding pass for my second leg, the lady at the gate counter yelled at me because I didn't know my seat assignment even though I had already explained that I didn't know because I didn't have a boarding pass. On my original booking, I had chosen my seat to be a window, but when they rebooked me they put me in a middle seat even though there was a completely empty row in front of me. Then, to top everything off, they forced me me check my rollerboard carry-on because they said there was no more room on the plane, but when I got on I could see multiple spaces were still available. Another passenger and I were left to wait nearly 5 minutes on the jetway while the gate counter rep went to print our checked luggage tags. I asked the stewardess why I had to check mine even though there was plenty of space, and she said "it's hard to tell sometimes how much room we're going to have left." She also didn't offer any apology. All in all it was a terrible experience. I had to wait unnecessarily at various points of the travel process, had to endure a layover that was more than double what I had planned for, was forced to check my carry-on at the gate, and worst of all I missed a really important meeting. United obviously does not care at all about economy customers. Don't trust this airline! Book on Southwest or JetBlue - they actually care about customer retention!"

Cons: "Flight attendant was really not very nice at all. I felt like I was in trouble for even taking the flight. 'Move your feet. Bags have to be moved under seat. I need to see your seat belts.' She was curt, unfriendly & really made me upset with her bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but I paid good hard earned money for my trip. I at least deserved courteousy & mutual respect."

Pros: "Zero leg room! That actually was surprising as most other airlines have a lot more legroom. In flight entertainment was also lacking. Doesn't make sense to pay $7.99 for a 2.5hr flight. A lot of other airlines offer some sort of complimentary in flight entertainment. Also the luggage didn't start coming out for at least 30 mins of waiting at baggage claim. Not the worst experience I've had flying but far from being a good experience. It probably isn't worth flying united unless it's 1st class. But even they had to wait 30+mins for luggage!"

I would not recommend Frontier to anyone unless they absolutely cannot afford another airline. There are affordable airlines that do cheap flights well. This is not one of them."

Pros: "The cabin crew was very nice and engaging. The airplane was brand new, only three weeks old. This is a no frills airline that nickel and dimes you on everything though, from seating to carry-on bags. A minimum of $16 to as much as $50 just to select a seat that you have already paid for?!? And $40 for a carry-on bag. Several people were pulled out of the boarding line because they had not paid for backpacks that Frontier considers a carry-on bag."

Pros: "By far the cheapest flight...and it was non-stop. No problems with anything. Would definitely use again. Some of the people complaining should do their homework. Everything is spelled out in terms of costs."

Cons: "I didn't like paying for a seat that I already purchased. Perhaps I'm "old fashioned" in that when I buy a ticket, I automatically get a seat. But at check-in when given my seat selection I could choose $13 seats or $20 seats. I thought this wasn't allowed anymore in that your purchase price is the price you pay unless you upgrade to a better seat."

Cons: "You have to pay ridiculous prices for just about everything. If water wasn't necessary for basic survival they probably would've charged at least 1 dollar per ounce. You can't recline and leg room is scarce."

Pros: "On both fights I was surprised by the overbearing rudeness of the flight attendants. I turned around when I heard a loud female voice chastising someone only to find the attendant speaking to a customer. On my return flight, the pilot came in hot causing the wings to sway wildly when on the ground. The stewardess actually said, over the loudspeaker, "yehaw - we're back in Texas!!" This did not comfort me. Also, I travel alot. This was my first experience on Frontier for years. Not impressed with anything but the price."

Pros: "One of the worst landing I have ever experienced. The pilot pancaked the landing. Everything else went as expected. The seats were uncomfortable and small. The staff was super nice. Everything else went as expected."

Cons: "The whole process was bad... from checking in my bags to getting off the plane. The staff was somewhat rude, everything costs money, and the pilot flew like it was his first time."

Cons: "They offered cheap tickets to lure my friend in (she paid for my flight to her wedding as I just moved to another state and was strapped for cash) and only when I arrived at the ticket counter, did I find out that I had to shell out an additional 45 dollars FOR A CARRY-ON!! So, I had to pay 90 dollars, which I didn't have, AND pay for snacks and a beverage, because nothing was open at airport at the time of my flight. The flight crew was mediocre at best, as the flight attendants didn't bother to greet anyone except for the only man in a business suit. If you're going to nickel and dime people, I think it better to charge a little more for everyone's ticket, instead of slamming them with hidden costs. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth that even the 2 bucks a piece in-flight sodas couldn't wash away."

Cons: "I got held up at TSA so long that they made me miss my plane. I spent ALL of my money on that ticket. Frontier employees were ALL gone from the airport, so I had to call. And since frontier didn't help AT ALL and said I had to purchase another ticket, i spent the rest of the day sleeping at the airport and waiting for a friend to pull through with lending me the money to get another ticket, which finally just happened."

Cons: "Be aware- if you decide to cancel your flight, 15 minutes after you booked it, no refund will be given, only a credit to use on their airline within 90 days. You will have to call to speak to a person to not lose $100 of your ticket cost as well. Fee for carry-on. Fee to check a bag. Fee for seat selection."

Pros: "My return flight from Houston to SFO was scheduled to depart at 2:50 pm. I showed up at noon to check in, and had to wait an hour for Frontier personnel to show up to man the check-in desk. Two of the three automated kiosks were out of order, as well."

Pros: "Thank you for providing water! Everyone was very nice and I was comfortable. We left on time on a day when many flights were grounded. Go frontier! Also, there was water at the gate in Houston. I was horrified because at Frontier's gate in Kansas City there was no water. Inhumane."

Pros: "2 hour wait to drop off the bags. The counter was closed, No one there. The crew was rude, more so then usual. Every time I fly Frontier, which thank god is not very often, I promise not to do it again. A half a penny better then Spirit, which is a sad comparison"

Cons: "The front chk in atten desk told me my luggage was ok to bring on but when I got to gate they told me it was 2 inch over ! So they made pay 60$ or they won't let me in yo my flight !!! If the front chk in desk told me that I would have chk my luggage in with my other 1, which was only 30$. Is they how they try to rip customer $ from them ?"

Pros: "Price was amazing. I got in early and safely. What more could i want."
