Cons: "5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it."

Pros: "I decided to travel First Class from Houston TX and that was the greatest choice I ever made. IAH requires travelers to arrive 2-3 hrs early due to traffic or weather conditions. I checked in at 2 pm and waited for my 5 pm boarding call. First class was amazing! I stored my belongings without any issues. I sipped wine and dined on pasta and watched the movie Father Figures with Owen Wilson and Ed Helms. The stewardess was polite and friendly. The food was enjoyable and the passengers were friendly. The bathroom as also immaculate, I was impressed."

The pilot told us that we were delayed for rain for 10 minutes but we did not have enough fuel to circle around. As a result we came back to Philadelphia. I missed a graduation party as a result. I had a poor experience. The flight attendants did not greet me on entrance or exit."

I tried to pull my laptop out to watch anything else, but the seat was too small to open a 15" laptop."

This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided."

I made a couple of calls and was finally able to get a contact email address for firstname.lastname@example.org. He is the gentleman at the NAHCO AVIANCE office. He was not only very professional but went over and beyond corresponding well and was able to get the word across to the Malabo Airport where the flight finally terminated. My pair of glasses was returned from Malabo to Nigeria where I picked it up within a couple of days. I was so overjoyed at this display of fantastic customer service. Great job by the excellent team at Lufthansa. I'm going to remain with Lufthansa for future trips. Signed OF."

Cons: "I was informed by text that flight would be 3 hours late but when I called I was told I would need to get to airport at least an hour before scheduled departure as They MIGHT get a new aircraft!!!! However when I got to airport the flight was now listed at 4 hours late. Then it was listed as 6 hours late and We arrived 6 1/2 hours late. I had missed my first trAin connection and lost part of that fee because of change then had to take UBER from airport to Penn Station in order to catch the LAST train to my home in upstate NY and was so late I could not call people to pick me up so had to take another taxi. The $50 credit you gave us did not even cover my extra taxi fares let alone aggravation AND the TV monitor in front of my seat did not work!! I am a United mileage person who flies regularly but to Texas and internationally but this was worst flight in years."

I also had to clean crumbs and trash off my seat before settling in. They charge you 2.99 each for water and airline peanuts; i didn't partake. they only gave me one boarding pass and when I boarded the plane, they said that is was the flight to Denver and then they were continuing on to Columbus. I assumed this meant I stayed on the plane when we landed in Denver, but no, they informed me the plane was then going to Cedar Rapids. I had no second boarding pass or gate number, so I asked the attendant. She took forever to help me, looking up my info for a minute and then talking to the other attendants and passing out papers to the boarding crew before acknowledging me again. Twenty minutes later, I had my gate, which I barely made to board in time for flight takeoff. Overall, the process was stressful, uncomfortable, and more expensive than if I had purchased a flight from Delta, Southwest, or Alaska. (All airlines I have flown and been happy with. Delta had a missed layover once and completely put me up for the night and was very helpful through the whole affair.) All said and done, I will not be flying Frontier again."

The seats do not recline and are ultra thin, I think this made it more comfortable on the shorter 2 hour flight as it seemed to provide more knee room. I think customer experience could be brought up very easily with better online/app and mobile boarding pass. The plane didn't seem old and seemed inline or slightly above for its price point. I'm ok with no real food or entertainment especially with 4drink being free, but in flight wifi should standard even on a discount flight."

The staff, historically great, were short and clearly frustrated with what their roles had become, with looks that shared our incredulous stares of bewilderment. We used Twitter to voice our frustration and though they replied quickly, they said we could negate a percentage of the fees if we joined a new but obscure program... which of course charged us more fees. So sad to see our favorite airline reduced to this impractical, impersonal money-grubbing caricature of corporate greed."

Being only 5'4" tall the leg room and seat size were accommodating and comfortable for me. We didn't pay to sit together but we checked in online at the same time and wound up sitting in the same row!"

I informed boarding argent I would need extra time at boarding, time between asking for disabled patrons and phase 1 boarding was 3 seconds, again no help on this issue, plane was late on the turn so it wast just get then in so we can leave the gate."

Luckily there was some one from spirit at the bag claim we asked and she was able to track it down for the 5 of us who had no clue what was going on! Needless to say by the time all your fees were paid for we could of flown a better more comfortable airline for the same price!"
