"The BA staff at the rear of the plane were extremely helpful and professional. Very unfortunately for me, I had developed a cough prior to flying, and when a couple of passengers complained they handled the situation very professionally and did not make things in any way awkward for me. Would most certainly recommend BA/Iberia to my friends for future travel."

Cons: "My checked bag did not make it to London, and it’s really affected my short stay which requires a lot of traveling around England."

Cons: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Cons: "The plane could have used some cosmetic detailing. The door to a cabinet in the bathroom would not shut and caused a problem with people being able to close the bathroom door."

Cons: "Delayed by an hour due to inbound delay, causing a knock-on delay with plane maintenance. While fairly comfortably seated and offered water, this still was somewhat unpleasant especially after a long-haul from Havana"

Cons: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Pros: "It was a very busy due to the fact that we,left 40imutes late and Iberia was also late when we left Madrid but they took care of me to make sure I did not miss the connecting flight"

Pros: "The screens on a dozen seats just failed a few hours in - engineering issue. And breakfast was a cold pretzel. Food gets let’s generous on BA all the time. The crew were lovely."
Cons: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

Cons: "Late notice of where our gate was located. By the time we got the news, we went to our gate and the people were already boarding"

Cons: "I am 6 feet 180 pounds and I had absolutely no legroom was completely stuck in my seat can’t believe that a tourist class seat is this small with no legroom"

Cons: "Boarding process and pitiful legroom space . Iberia clearly loves showing the privileged few who have paid top dollars to be at the front , that we must be made to wait and struggle to get to our seats .Then, we have to squeeze into a tiny , pitiful space of a seat .....Even Ryanair does better !"

Pros: "Flight was safe, aircraft was clean and luckily with enough room under the seat to store carry on bag"
Cons: "The fact that all the passengers boarding in "group 3" were forced to check in their carry-on bags if they did not fit under the seat; and retrieve those at the baggage claim area (not right after exiting the airplane) In my case I was able to store my carryon under the seat in front of me after pleading to the crew and gate members to let me try because of my connecting flights. There is no complimentary food service, even water is charged."

Cons: "I stopped at the Iberia check-in at Barajas in Madrid. They sent me to BA check-in, where I waited 45 minutes to find out that I should be at Iberia check-in. Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

Cons: "A porter checked our bags at the gate without asking us whether we were traveling beyond London, so the bags were never transferred to the transatlantic flight nor did they arrive in SF. It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

Cons: "Mistake Kayak or its subcontractor made in listing the name of my wife incorrectly. This created a real hassle in getting a boarding pass in her name"

Cons: "The seat pitch was so small my knees were hard against the seat in front of me for 1.5 hours and I was miserable the whole time. To put this in perspective this was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on an airplane. My legs hurt the whole flight. This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent. Cons: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."

Cons: "There was bad weather which understandably caused delays, however the communication during this eventual 16 hour delay was horrendous. We were told for the first two hours that we would be delayed each hour and then they would make a decision to delay another hour. This went on for 4 hours (the last two hours of which we did not receive any updates). The flight was originally scheduled to leave at 8:10. At 12:30am we were told our plane was at the gate and being prepared for us to board and the agent giving announcements said we were "guaranteed to leave TONIGHT". At 1am we were told that unfortunately the plane got to the gate just a bit too late and not the crew are not legally allowed to fly and the flight would be pushed back until 8am. At the time, I thought 7 hours was strange and I'd assume the crew would need more like 8-10 hours to rest. Unfortunately because we were told so late, all hotels were booked up. I live in NYC and would've gone home for the night however because we needed to be back by 6am (what the agent suggested), there seemed no point in leaving. We were not provided with any pillows or blankets until 4 in the morning. At 6am the next morning, we were told the crew needed "more rest time" and that our new departure time would be 9:30. How is it that the crew now needs more time? Shouldn't that have been figured out at 1am? Before we board, one of the agents thinks they will "lighten the mood" with the following comment - "Who would've thought a little bad weather would've caused this?" Absolutely not a time for jokes and people were very angry. We finally board for what we think is finally a 9:30am take off. No - now two new issues - 1, the co pilot is late (LATE? how can you be late when a flight has been delayed 16 hours) and 2, they needed to remove package from the plane for people who were no longer taking this flight. In the end, we took off around 11:30am which messed up a lot of peoples connecting flights, pick ups at the airport, etc. I will never fly this airline again."

Cons: "not enough leg room. and i have to point out that I am a petite 110 lbs, 5'2" woman. although the flight is short, a complimentary snack and drink would have been nice. instead, you had to pay for anything you wanted. prices on top of that, were exaggerated. very disappointing."

Pros: "I requested special assistance (wheelchair) at the last minute, no problem. Plane left on time and arrived early. Fodder was OK, no great. Complimentary wine on the international flight I'd appreciated! Staff very friendly and efficient. Nice job, American Airlines!"
